Chapter 154 Is it a dream?
Gu Yan was woken up by the dazzling sunlight. Then she tried hard to open her eyes, looking around. The familiar environnt and taste relieved her.
However, she seed to see Mo Yichen in a daze. Gu Yan smiled, “I must be dreaming.”
“Since you are awake, get up. Don’t you forget today’s itinerary?”
Gu Yan felt that it was so real. She opened her eyes again and felt that the person in front of her was familiar. At the sa ti, a sense of fear occurred to her mind.
“Who are you? Mo Yichen? Why are you in my house? When did you co in?” Gu Yan turned to be lucid.
“I ca here last night.” Mo Yichen said calmly.
“What’s the matter with you? As a president, how dare you break into a house like this? I’m gonna call the police.” Then Gu Yan was ready to go out, but fell to the ground since she didn’t stand steadily. Mo Yichen shook his head helplessly.
“Your girlfriend called last night. Because she was busy with a social affair, she asked for help to pick you up.” Mo Yichen said and then fed the kitten who had just walked in.
“This guy tried to bite last night. But now it’s fawning on . What a smart guy.” Mo Yichen glanced at Gu Yan. The latter was staring at him.
“Don’t worry. I just put you on the bed and I have no interest in you.” Since Mo Yichen heard what Gu Yan said to him last night, he was very proud of Gu Yan’s obedience. It seed that he was as charming as Liang Shaohun.
“Hurry up. Your breakfast is ready. If you don’t want to miss your flight, be quick.” Mo Yichen said as if he was Gu Yan’s boss, making Gu Yan shocked.
“Wow! Impressive.” Gu Yan made a face behind him.
She called Manla to know about what happened last night.
“Hello? Gu Yan, what’s the matter? It’s still early.” It seed that Manla was still sleeping and she said with a heavy nasal sound.
“Why did you ask him for help? He had been staying at my ho till now!” Gu Yan asked Manla directly.
“I was really busy last night. I am sorry. Did you have a good ti last night? What did he do to you?”
“You! I’ll sort you out when I co back!” Gu Yan seed to have accepted the fact that Manla called Mo Yichen for help last night.
Manla did not apologize but stirred up trouble. So, Gu Yan just hung up the phone imdiately.
When Gu Yan ca out from the bathroom of her bedroom, she saw Mo Yichen looking through a book on the balcony. He wore a V-neck transparent shirt, emanating mature and sexy temper. Gu Yan was fascinated to see that.
“Co here to eat. I’ve been waiting for you for a long ti.” Mo Yichen’s words drew Gu Yan’s attention all of a sudden. She was too obsessed with his figure.
Gu Yan looked away embarrassedly. When she found the breakfast on the table, a secret smile appeared on her face. However, Mo Yichen didn’t notice that.
“You cooked the breakfast in person?” Gu Yan was very curious that a president could cook breakfast.
“What? Do you think that people like can’t cook?” Mo Yichen was not sure whether Gu Yan could understand his thoughts.
“Yes. Like Wen Yunfeng, he can’t cook.” Then Gu Yan regretted for what she said. Although Mo Yichen didn’t show an unhappy face, he still felt uncomfortable inside.
“Obviously, you still miss your ex-husband!” Mo Yichen put down his book and sat before the table, but he didn’t talk anymore.
“I don’t. Many won love him.” Gu Yan gathered her thoughts quickly.
“Wow! The food you cook is delicious!” Gu Yan tried to change the topic.
“Really? Thank you. How about your call? Are you clear whether I’m a thief or not? You called that just now, but now you are showing your gratitude. Don’t you think you change too quickly?” Mo Yichen asked.
“Sorry I didn’t figure out my situation just now. If you were , what would you think when you saw a man standing next to you the mont you wake up in the morning? Moreover, I was drunk last night.” Gu Yan tried to relieve her embarrassnt.
“So, you think I am a hypocrite who had sex with you instead of a thief?” Mo Yichen smirked.
“If a thief ca to my house, he would know how poor I am and give money instead of stealing my stuff.” Gu Yan teased her financial situation.
Mo Yichen couldn’t help spewing the milk he had just drunk.
“Ha-ha, isn’t it funny? You are so easy to be amused.” Gu Yan teased Mo Yichen.
“Eat faster. You have to take the plane later.”
“How do you know that I am going to the airport? Did Manla tell you that? But I haven’t had ti to say goodbye to her. How did she know my itinerary today?” Gu Yan never expected that Mo Yichen would play tricks.
“How do you know that I’m going to the airport? I haven’t told anyone.” Gu Yan looked at Mo Yichen with a skeptical look. However, Mo Yichen avoided her gaze quickly and pointed at her phone on the table.
“Because the custor service personnel called to remind you of today’s schedule.”
“That’s so sweat. I’ve never been treated like that. Such a reliable company.” Gu Yan did buy his lie. What a silly girl.
“Eat faster, and I’ll send you to the airport.”
“Thank you. I can take a taxi.” Gu Yan refused.
“It’s too late to take a taxi. I need to catch my flight, too. I can take you there.” Mo Yichen responded naturally.
“Oh, what a coincidence! Thank you then.”
“You can call Yichen from now on. We are closer than you thought.” Then Mo Yichen went into another bedroom and closed the door.
