"Yeah yeah I know, legendary stuff's expensive and actually detrintal to produce. If I was setting up shop with the rich in mind it wouldn't be a problem but since I'm not it is. Still if nothing else I could create a "luxury" series of legendary stuff." I said with a shrug.
"By the way didn't you say you had gifts with an s?" she asked since that conversation was over.
"I did indeed! See with that vault monster dead I grabbed a rather spicy trait from it's corpse that I thought would be perfect for you, [Agelessness]. Eternal youth in a nice neat package!" I said grandly.
"You have to be joking right?" she asked with wide eyes.
I grinned "Nope!" I said cheekily.
"Wait does that an I'll look like this forever?" she asked with a pause as she thought seriously about the idea.
"I'm not entirely clear if you will stay the sa forever or age to physical maturity and then stop aging. Either way it's not like you are in a hurry to take the trait right? I can easily hold on to it until you want it after all." I say with a chuckle putting her concerns to rest.
"You sure we can't fuck yet?" she asked seductively after giving a deep kiss.
"No we COULD but I have standards. I want us to each be at least sixteen first. That's a year and a half for and like a few months for you. Be patient, it'll be worth it." I said with a shrug.
After that we headed into my house so she could see Ladon since she hadn't yet. The big lizard imdiately pinged her as "not food" after the initial thought of eating her earn him a deeply malevolent glare from . He remained perfectly still with a VERY nervous look as she doted on him because I was watching for even the smallest hint of aggression to punish. I told her about the fairy dragons I planned to sell and she was more than happy to walk hand in hand to the fish pond to grab the [beautiful form] traits I needed for this plan. Nothing had changed as far as the scenery of Athenas was concerned as it was peaceful and crisp from the lack of pollution. When we got to the pond itself I had a strange expression at what I found. Rember the fish I gave lifeforce before? It was living large in the pond at this point with a distinct lack of other males in the pond with it.-
Yes the little fucker used the size and power advantage I gave it to straight up monopolize all the females in the pond while killing the other males. The fish were still stupid and lacked any form of self preservation instinct as I was easily able to grab them one by one and get the trait I wanted from them before letting them go. I grabbed five stacks of the trait costing a total of 75,000 units of lifeforce. This would cover the remaining two eggs as well as three more at a later date. -
Right now I had them incubating in one of my specin containers in the nagerie part of my ho at the most ideal paraters. A quick trip into my house and then back out saw the eggs good to go and let get back to relaxing with a beautiful girl in my arms. I didn't even consider doing anything at all other than simply napping under a tree while Maya read a book cuddled up next to . It was nice not having anything to do pressing on my mind and just fully relaxing. I barely even realized how much I needed this until I woke up feeling like a million bucks.-
"About ti, thought you'd skip dinner entirely with how long you were sleeping." Lil said as I yawned and stretched out causing my joints to pop.

"You should have woke up then." i said and Lil had a helpless look.
"We tried but every ti we went to you'd literally growl in your sleep. None of us wanted to find out if that was a warning or a promise." she said honestly.
That caught off guard as I hadn't realized i did that. Sothing that they picked up on and Roland explained.
"I've seen sothing like that from soldiers that have been wound up for a long period getting put on rest leave. Their minds are so used to being tense that they react badly when anything tries to wake them. Usually by them socking the person making the attempt. In your case that could prove fatal so we decided it best to let you sleep till you woke up on your own." he said seriously.
"I suppose that makes sense, hard to fully relax on Pandora." I said with a sigh.
I opened up my house and we went in for dinner which Ladon complained about being late. It was amusing watching the surprised faces Lil and Roland made when Maya ordered enough food to feed Brick and finished it all just as easily. Considering she was literally a third of his size that was no an feat. After dinner they turned in for the night while I stayed up to tinker in my crafting room. Specifically on replicating the pairing effect my gun and shield had.-
I had isolated the part responsible for it and was now VERY fucking carefully taking those parts apart to try and reverse engineer them. The tech was of such a small scale though that I was doing this with tweezers, a magnifying glass and absolute focus. Thanks to my expertise and traits giving both an instinctual and true understanding of tech it took maybe a hour to fully decipher what each tiny piece did and how they functioned together. Once I did though I could help but feel relieved at how narrowly I had dodged ruining my gun and shield with my initial modifications.-
Se the tech was ingeniously designed in a full integrated manner so that it worked on the whole of the gun and shield. By modifying both as I had initially I could have very easily ruined this by disrupting the pathways the tech worked through. The tech itself was a clever usage of a paired signal and trigger systems that caused the effects I was so familiar with. In my stuffs case the shield sent out a specific signal based off whatever elent hit it that caused the trigger in my guns part to activate the elental converter in the gun towards to opposed elent.-
The signal was weak though so this effect was only possible through close proximity, hence the need to be using both at the sa ti. The best part though was there was no way any other company could copy this tech as the being that sent into this reality was being cheeky and caused the tech itself to be impossible to manufacture by humanity at this point. The reason for this was simply because it was too small for us at the mont, sothing I myself didn't have a problem with thanks to my maker thing.-
I was willing to bet my left nut the being did this shit on purpose. Maybe as so sort of long term way of saying it knew how things were going to play out. It wasn't hard to imagine how it would know either. If I had to guess I'd say the mont the being tossed into this reality it saw everything play out well in advance like reading a whole book in an instant even while the story was unfolding still.
