Through it all, Jeremy didn’t move at all. He was still watching the scene unfold with a mysterious smile.
But just as the lion’s claws were about to strike him, Jeremy moved at the very last possible instant, dodging the blow effortlessly.
At the sa mont, the two humanoid monsters ca from the sides, one ready to throw a punch, the other aiming a kick with a stretched leg. The timing of the attacks was incredibly precise; the strikes would have landed at the sa ti.
Yet Jeremy, observing all of this, only smiled even more. He simply raised his arms to grab the arm and leg of the two monsters.
The two humanoid beasts broke out in a cold sweat. An overwhelming force was holding them so tightly they couldn’t move anymore.
However, this move left Jeremy exposed to the lion’s attack, which charged directly with its mouth wide open. It wanted to devour Jeremy in a single bite. After all, the size difference between them was obvious.
But panic never ford on Jeremy’s face. He had the situation completely under control. With inhuman strength, he threw the two humanoid monsters he had grabbed just a mont before directly toward the lion.
The lion hadn’t expected such a move and couldn’t react at all. The three were sent flying dozens of ters away from Jeremy.
"You’re really this weak..." Jeremy said, first glancing at his enemies and then at his hands. "Or is it that I’ve just beco too strong?"
The answer was obvious, but the boy still needed to get used to this newfound power.At this point, a hint of fear could be seen in the monsters’ eyes. How could they not be afraid after witnessing the raw strength of the human before them?
But they couldn’t stop there. They had to counterattack, so they charged again at Jeremy, this ti changing their strategy.
They intended to attack one after the other, in rapid succession. They at least wanted to land a single blow on him.
Jeremy, with his usual smile, stood there waiting for them. This ti, he didn’t plan to defend himself — he wanted to test sothing.
The first to attack was the humanoid monster with long arms, followed by the golden lion. The other one hung back, waiting for the perfect opportunity to land a lethal kick.
Approaching at high speed, the monster’s punch struck Jeremy right in the face, followed by another punch, and another. In just one second, it had landed countless blows on Jeremy’s face.
But the boy didn’t even flinch. He was still standing there, his usual smile only growing wider.He didn’t feel a thing, despite the monster’s continuous attacks.
Then the lion joined in, using its white wings to gain even more speed, preparing to unleash one of its strongest, most precise, and most lethal strikes.
After gathering montum, it slashed at Jeremy’s only visible eye with its claws — the other was covered by a bandage, after all.
Jeremy watched the attack without blinking. Well, that was a mistake... he should have at least closed his eye.
The claw pierced through the boy’s eye, changing his expression instantly and making him scream out in pain.
"Damn you—!" the boy’s scream echoed in the monsters’ ears, filling them with pure joy. They had finally managed to injure the human!
Without showing an ounce of rcy, the lion twisted its claws inside the boy’s head. It wanted to destroy his brain in a single strike.
But as it carried out this action, the lion noticed sothing strange. Its claw was stuck. It had pierced only the eye but couldn’t go any deeper. Sothing was blocking its advance toward the human’s skull.
The lion had no ti to warn the others about the anomaly when a powerful kick landed on the back of Jeremy’s head.Just like at the beginning, the boy didn’t feel the hit at all. It was as if he were immune to this kind of damage.
"That’s enough playing around," Jeremy said, grabbing the lion’s claw with one hand.His hand, as well as the place where his eye used to be, was bleeding, but Jeremy didn’t care. The pain wasn’t that intense — it had been more the surprise that made him scream earlier.
He simply hadn’t expected to be pierced like that.
The lion was truly on another level compared to the other two humanoid monsters.
Jeremy was furious.Not so much because of the blow he had taken, but at his own arrogance. He couldn’t allow himself to behave like that, or he would suffer in the future.
Fortunately, his Bone Law passively reinforced his bones. It was thanks to this that he had survived the lion’s strike—and all the other attacks.The impact of the humanoid monsters’ blows had no real effect against Jeremy’s head; his internal organs were well protected by the bones of his skull.
Had they attacked another part of his body, it would have been a different story, but his brain was securely shielded. Thus, the damage Jeremy perceived was practically nonexistent.However, the lion had struck him directly in the eye, turning it into pulp.The injury would heal, but the pain was very real.
After grabbing the golden lion’s claw, Jeremy calmly pulled it out of his eye.All three monsters were shocked. They had stopped attacking the boy the mont he seized the lion’s claw.
Despite all the blows he had suffered, he was still alive. It left the monsters utterly hopeless.
After removing the claw, Jeremy pushed the lion’s paw away, but without using too much force. He didn’t want to send them flying again."If you’ll excuse —" said Jeremy, his expression returning to its usual smiling self. "Now it’s my turn."
"Bone Cathedral."
As he spoke, a powerful energy surged from the young man, and then, as if by magic, a world made entirely of bones materialized before them.
"Welco to my Bone Domain," Jeremy nodded, genuinely pleased to finally have guests in this desolate place.
The monsters were dumbfounded. They hadn’t expected anything like this.Jeremy’s domain, unlike Rose Redspine’s, was smaller and composed entirely of bones, of course.But it wasn’t just that. The Crimson World applied itself to the world, dyeing it red and empowering Rose’s abilities.Jeremy’s Bone Domain, instead, seed to teleport everyone into an entirely different world.
They all stood on a floor made up of heaps of bones of all shapes and sizes. There seed to be bones of Razorfangs, Flahoofs, and every monster Jeremy had ever killed.But it wasn’t just the ground—the sky and the distant horizon were also covered in bones. Despite this, the place wasn’t dark; in fact, it was brightly lit.
"Now it’s my turn. I’ll play with you a little."
After uttering those words, the monsters instinctively moved away from the boy, but it was useless. Chains grabbed all three monsters, holding them tightly.
They tried everything they could to break free, but the bone chains seed indestructible. No matter how much they attacked, they simply refused to break.
"Give it up. In here, I’m the one in charge."
Then, an enormous mass of bones fused together to form sothing else.The bones seed almost liquid, rging seamlessly into a gigantic bone spear.
Seeing the spear, the monsters beca even more frantic.They could feel it—death awaited the mont they ca into contact with it. But there was nothing they could do; they were bound.
"You’re first," said Jeremy, pointing at the humanoid monster with long arms.Not that it could have used them—they were shackled by two thick bone chains.
As soon as Jeremy finished speaking, the bone spear shot out at a terrifying speed toward the monster’s head.Even though the monster’s head was free to move, it couldn’t manage any reaction before the spear crushed its skull.
Monts later, the bone chains retracted back into the bone-covered ground, and the now-headless monster collapsed lifelessly to the floor.Just like that.A simple blow.
The two remaining monsters were left stunned—but not so much by their companion’s death as by what happened next.
From the ground, small creatures made entirely of bones began to erge, swarming over the fallen monster’s corpse and tearing at its flesh.
"Let introduce you to the Rats. Strange na, I know, but that’s what they’re called," Jeremy said with a smile. "Of course, mine are the skeletal version."
Monts later, only the monster’s glistening, pristine bones remained.They simply lded into the vast bone landscape of the domain, making the scene even more disturbing for the two remaining beasts.
There was no doubt left—they were going to die.
In their eyes, only one thing could be clearly seen: pure terror at the madness they were witnessing.
