At the mont when the Moon God Artemis appeared, the "sun" in the sky clearly paused for an instant.

Imdiately, Charlotte saw the golden radiance slowly gather and transform into an illusory face high in the sky.

It was a face that wasn't very clear, only vaguely discernible features could be made out.

Though sowhat different from what Charlotte had seen before, the other's eyes and aura were incredibly close to the deity she encountered in the Falling Star Kingdom, who claid to be "Oceanus."

If there was any difference, it might be a lack of the rugged ruggedness and weariness Charlotte rembered, and more of a transcendence and majesty.

Moreover, the aura was purer compared to what Charlotte rembered.

In the afterlife, the deity Charlotte t behind the door should have seized part of the authority of Sea King Oceanus, exuding an aura of ocean power with every move.

But now, this mythically radiant and majestic divine power was truly like a sun illuminating all things.

Yet, after the other appeared, Charlotte couldn't help but feel an inexplicable familiarity with the power.

Albeit absurd, the vast aura, the holy radiance, and that familiar scorching sensation felt eerily like the Holy Power of the Creator God.

Charlotte cautiously observed the manifested "Sun God," while at the sa ti, the "Sun God's" gaze fell upon the three mythicals.

He overlooked Oceanus, glanced warily at Charlotte, and ultimately looked towards the last to appear, Moon God Artemis.

On the "Sun God's" vague face, a hint of complexity flashed, followed by a long sigh, and said:

"Artemis... you shouldn't be here."

"I should be the one saying that. Brother, you have 'fallen.' A fallen deity should stay where they belong, not here."

Artemis said.

The "Sun God" shook his head:

"No, you don't understand."

He glanced at Charlotte, continued:

"Artemis, this is a battle between and the Primordial Thief. For the sake of the Elf Clan's future, you cannot, and should not intervene."

Artemis's gaze was inexplicable:

"Primordial Thief? I never thought... you would use this title for soone else one day..."

After speaking, his expression was sowhat complex, part sorrowful, part angry:

"Elf Clan... Elf Clan..."

"At this point, you still use 'for the Elf Clan' as an excuse?"

"Brother, no, Helios, I don't know whose divine soul you've 'devoured' again, but as the Guardian of the Elf Clan, I will not stand by and watch you further 'fall.'

The "Sun God's" expression imdiately darkened.

He glanced coldly at Artemis, then sighed:

"Is that so..."

"Well then... what a pity."

Before the sound of his voice had even faded, the dazzling golden radiance suddenly burst forth.

Helios suddenly attacked directly.

The golden sunlight shot out like tens of thousands, the radiant Sun Divine Power turning into nurous swords, all smashing toward Moon God Artemis.

However, Artemis's reaction was equally swift.

Silver radiance spread, and Charlotte saw strands of "moonlight" transform into ribbons, completely neutralizing the fierce Sun Divine Power.

Evidently, the "Sun God's" ambush did not succeed.

The first confrontation between the two deities was not particularly flamboyant.

However, Charlotte could feel the terrifying power inherent in their diffused divine power.

It was far beyond the divine power Sea King Oceanus displayed while suppressing many Old Gods; though it manifested as swords and ribbons, their re aftermath was enough to make the present Old Gods change color.

Charlotte felt a bit fortunate.

Though limited by the current strength cap of Mireya World, combined with historical inertia, they certainly couldn't kill her in this era, but if it was just her and Oceanus facing them, it was uncertain who would have the upper hand.

Fortunately, Artemis was here too.

Moreover, judging by the divine aura Artemis had just displayed, her strength was likely far superior to the incompletely recovered Oceanus.

Neither Oceanus nor Charlotte were needed; even as a single deity, she was more than sufficient to contend with the opponent.

After the first clash, illusory flowers and vines suddenly spread, slowly unfolding in the sky.

Soon, a fantastical forest appeared high above, isolating the battlefield of the two True Gods from the outside world.

That was the Divine Power Barrier wielded by Artemis.

Charlotte saw the silver and golden radiance constantly surging within the "forest," erupting with terrifying divine power with each clash.

However, those divine power surges were confined within the barrier, not affecting the outside.

Initially, the golden and silver radiance contested as equals.

But soon, silver gained the upper hand, while the golden radiance gradually showed signs of decline, seemingly lacking follow-up strength.

And above, the "sun's" brilliance soon dimd, replaced by an increasingly bright full moon.

"Brother, your strength... seems to have waned significantly."

Artemis's voice ca from the void.

Along with His voice spreading, there was increasingly brighter moonlight, and the constantly rising, ever more dazzling silver divine power.

Following that was the sowhat exasperated and sowhat angry roar of the "Sun God":

"Damn it! Artemis! You're just as stubborn as always, one day, you will regret it all!"

Blinding radiance erupted again, instantly shredding the barrier, and the golden sun was imdiately swallowed by the silver divine power.

It was Artemis who unleashed her divine power.

Tiny cracks spread over the Sun God's illusory incarnation, and finally... directly collapsed under the impact of the silver divine power.

The terrifying shockwave of divine power rampaged, turning the entire high sky upside down, even Charlotte had to mobilize Blood Divine Power to fend it off.

The Sea King Oceanus seed alright, but his expression when looking at Moon God Artemis clearly changed, evidently feeling the power disparity between himself and the other.

"Sun God" Helios's expression was venomous.

As his form collapsed, he didn't confront Moon God Artemis anymore, but rather looked at Charlotte with hatred, as if wanting to etch her into mory, almost grinding his teeth:

"Dark Night... consider yourself lucky this ti, next ti... you won't be so fortunate!"

With a "bang", the incarnation of the "Sun God" fully collapsed.

However, just at the mont of collapse, the "Sun God" suddenly swung his arm, unleashing his final divine power, aiming towards the ground with full force.

The golden divine power transford into a light blade and smashed toward the ground, targeting... directly at the third-generation Bloodline under the guardian of the Divine Artifact.

This scene unfolded unexpectedly.

Fortunately, Charlotte was fully focused all along, promptly manipulating Blood Divine Power to block, even the Sea King Oceanus took a step forward, likewise casting a blue divine barrier below.

Yet, when Blood Divine Power touched that wisp of golden divine power, Charlotte's expression shifted slightly.

It wasn't ordinary divine power.

It contained the "Primordial Power" she was familiar with.

Moreover, the "Primordial Power" within that divine power was far more pure and powerful than what she could master.

It was a full-force strike of the "Sun God," although Charlotte already exerted nearly full effort to block, she still couldn't completely deflect it.

And the divine barrier of Sea King Oceanus in the face of Sun Divine Power containing "Primordial Power" only managed to further weaken it.

The Sun Divine Power, after passing through the dual protection of Blood Divine Power and Ocean Divine Power, weakened considerably.

Nevertheless, its aftermath was still beyond the divine skill barrier that the third-generation Bloodline could uphold.

Luckily, with the obstruction from Charlotte and Oceanus, Artemis's support also arrived promptly.

Silver brilliance spread, successfully blocking the majority of the golden divine power, only a small portion couldn't be fended off and struck the barrier erected by the Bloodline.

The barrier trembled violently, tiny cracks appeared, and the Bloodline maintaining the Divine Artifact spat blood one by one, their breath waning.

But ultimately, the barrier wasn't breached.

A sigh ca forth, carrying a trace of regret, then dissipated together with the collapsing "Sun."

Above the high heaven, the shockwaves of divine power dispersed, and the incarnation and essence of Sun God Helios vanished completely.

Standing above were Charlotte, Artemis, and Oceanus, while several Old Gods who watched the True Gods' battle had entirely changed expressions, standing not far away, still locked by Oceanus's divine power, unable to advance or retreat.

Charlotte glanced at the Bloodline below, unhard, and slightly breathed out in relief.

Although history's inertia made her fairly certain that the Bloodlines she brought would likely survive, since the opponent had acted, she couldn't be wholly confident.

After all, who knew that a dignified True God would resort to unleashing their final strength against the mortal realm?

"Artemis, did you... slay Him?"

Oceanus glanced in the direction where the Sun Divine Power vanished and asked.

Artemis frowned and shook her head:

"No, He... seems to have disappeared."

"Disappeared? Escaped? When?"

Oceanus hesitated.

Artemis hesitated for a mont, shook her head again, with a faint look of confusion:

"No, it doesn't seem like an escape, there's no trace of teleportation, nor any lingering aura, it's more like... really 'disappeared.'"

Seeing the two perplexed True Gods, Charlotte vaguely understood what happened.

I fear... Artemis just broke the balance point that allowed him to remain in this era, and the opponent was directly "sent" back to the future era.

In other words, "Sun God Helios" was effectively "repatriated" by Artemis.

After so thought, Charlotte said.

"He... should have been sent back to where he belongs."

"Where he belongs?"

Oceanus mumbled.

"Alright, ignore Him for now, how should we handle these fellows?"

He shook his head and looked towards the remaining few shivering demigods and asked.

Charlotte also turned her gaze to these demigods of the Old Gods Alliance.

For so reason, seeing their faces filled with fear yet hinting at confusion, Charlotte felt like their gaze seed clearer than during the battle.
