"Divine Statue? Your Majesty, the True Ancestor... I do not know what you are speaking of..."
Albrecht managed a dry laugh.
Charlotte looked at him with a mockingly amused expression, not bothering to continue this fruitless discussion.
While fiddling with the newly manifested Blood Servant Mark in her spiritual realm, she chuckled lightly,
"Albrecht, I am not a patient woman, so... do not even think of equivocating on this matter. You know exactly what I am referring to."
Albrecht: ...
As he sensed a certain threat emanating from the depths of his soul, his smile grew even more unseemly.
As a Taboo Blood Servant, he was the slave of his master, his life and death hinging on her every thought.
At the mont he had accepted the contract to beco a Taboo Blood Servant, it signified that he had lost all bargaining power and could no longer negotiate with her.
He had been outmaneuvered!
Albrecht’s mood plumted as in his gaze, the figure seated high on the Blood Throne seed even more demonic than himself.
Despite his extre reluctance and the feelings of frustration and rage from being outmaneuvered, sensing the oppressive mark on his soul and the existential threat that lood, Albrecht eventually chose to compromise.
After a series of emotional contortions, he dejectedly lowered his head, his deanor deflating like a punctured balloon,
"Albrecht understands... Upon my return to the real world, I will hasten to offer up the item you desire..."
Upon hearing Albrecht’s words, Charlotte nodded slightly.
She could hear his inner voice, so she knew the Faceless Divine Statue was not on his person.
Nevertheless, his promise was genuine.
With the Taboo Blood Servant Mark in place, unless she planned on perishing herself, Albrecht had no ans to resist any longer.
Fundantally, Albrecht was an exceptionally fearful individual.
Harsh as Charlotte’s demands might be, as long as they did not force him to his death, he would ultimately succumb to the threat of the Blood Servant Mark, albeit begrudgingly.
Watching the utterly disheartened Albrecht, Charlotte pondered for a mont before adding,
"From this day forward, you must report all your actions to ."
"Your planned sacrifices in Lutecia must cease; not only that, but you must also discontinue all your previous sches. From now on, your actions will be at my command."
This ti, Albrecht did not resist.
Having beco her Taboo Blood Servant, even the Faceless Divine Statue to be relinquished, his previous plans were, in essence, bankrupt.
However...
"Great True Ancestor, Your Majesty... What about... the Blood Demon Church and Yabaton?"
Albrecht hesitated and asked cautiously.
He was a Dark Apostle of the Blood Demon Church.
The title of Dark Apostle was not rely a na but also represented power and status—not just within the Blood Demon Church but also denoting the capacity to communicate directly with the Blood Demon Duke.
Although throughout the years Albrecht had never utilized this power, he indeed possessed it.
It was a power rooted in his demonic blood.
And this power was reciprocal; as he could communicate with the Blood Demon Duke, so too could the Duke reach out to him, if he so wished.
Of course, such a power paled in comparison to the Blood Servant Mark and served more as a ans of remote communication.
But God’s power knows no bounds, and even with only this remote communication, the Blood Demon Duke could still harness the connection to send his power.
In other words, even though Albrecht had now beco Charlotte’s Blood Servant, the Blood Demon Duke could still find him.
Under different circumstances, Albrecht might have been pleased by this situation, and with a bit of luck, might even have managed to play the two "gods" off against each other, potentially leveraging them for his freedom.
But being a Taboo Blood Servant was different.
Bound by such an exacting contract, there was no escaping it.
If the Blood Demon Duke discovered his predicant...
His end could only be death.
After all... the Blood Demon Duke would never tolerate his Dark Apostle being a Blood Servant to another entity.
Charlotte observed the anxious Albrecht and let out a soft laugh, saying,
"Worry not; you remain the Dark Apostle of the Blood Demon Church, and there’s no need to fear exposure of your identity. I shall be watching closely behind you."
She truly was not concerned.
The Blood Servant Contract with Albrecht was sealed through the Blood Holy Scripture, and Albrecht, after all, was Legendary. She was concerned about suppressing him on her own, so she had invoked the Supre Divine Artifact.
With the Blood Holy Scripture involved, Albrecht’s contract also beca covertly linked with the Crimson Star Sea. Should the Blood Demon Duke Yabaton cast his gaze upon Albrecht, Charlotte would be the first to detect it.
The d Blood Servant’s mark was concealed within the core of the soul, and Albrecht’s soul had already established a connection with the Blood Holy Scripture.
If the Blood Demon Duke cast his gaze, he would surely be wielding Divine Power, or rather... Divine Arts, which would inevitably trigger the [Divine Technique Counter] of the Blood Holy Scripture!
At that juncture, Charlotte would be fully capable of discerning, modifying, and concealing everything.
As for whether the Blood Demon Duke would use even stronger forces beyond what even Charlotte herself could withstand...
In that case, there would be nothing she could do.
Should that ti co, Charlotte would have no choice but to sacrifice the pawn to save the queen, and directly give up on Albrecht.
Of course, there was no need to tell Albrecht that.
As for whether Albrecht would reveal her identity to the Blood Demon Duke...
She had already written her identity into the highest secret of the Blood Servant Contract. If Albrecht were to expose it, it would be tantamount to committing suicide.
The harshest slave contract was precisely so severe because when taboos were violated, the punishnt was the cruelest and most inescapable.
If Albrecht were to break the contract, his soul would instantly self-destruct from the contract’s recoil.
Charlotte knew this, and so did Albrecht.
Therefore, she wasn’t worried about him doing sothing foolish.
Upon hearing Charlotte’s words, Albrecht breathed a sigh of relief.
But then, a thought struck him, and he couldn’t help but say,
"Your Majesty, the True Ancestor, do you an... for to continue staying within the Blood Demon Church?"
Charlotte slightly smiled and nodded,
"Of course."
"I want you to stay within the Blood Demon Church, to build up your strength within."
"What you originally planned to do at the central eting in Lutecia, now, do it for within the Blood Demon Church."
Upon hearing Charlotte’s words, Albrecht’s scalp tingled.
The Blood True Ancestor... was actually asking him to act as a double agent within the Blood Demon Church!
Not only that, She was having him secretly undermine the Blood Demon Duke’s foundations and infiltrate the sect!
She She She... She was truly back for revenge!
Albrecht truly wanted to refuse.
He didn’t want to get involved in mythical struggles.
But feeling the Blood Servant Mark within his soul, he knew there was no escaping it.
On one side there was the Bloodline Demigod, Blood Demon Duke Yabaton, still slumbering, and potentially other Bloodline Princes.
On the other side was the Blood True Ancestor, who had beco his master and could end him at any mont.
If he truly had to offend one...
It seed he didn’t have the luxury of choice.
Looking at the figure on the throne, Albrecht eventually sighed and said,
"Albrecht... understands."
Charlotte slightly nodded with satisfaction.
"Furthermore..."
She changed the subject and with a slight wave of her hand, summoned a crimson orb,
"Duplicate all your mories regarding the Bloodline, and hand them over to , including the history of the Bloodline."
With that, she gently pushed, and the orb flew towards Albrecht.
Albrecht subconsciously caught it, and quickly realized it was the physical manifestation of the Bloodline magic of mory Sharing from the Spirit Path.
This was unique blood magic from the Spirit Clan of Salem, but Albrecht felt no surprise.
After all, the Blood True Ancestor was the Blood True Ancestor, controlling all Bloodline magic was only natural.
As for why Charlotte possessed it, that was naturally because the Spirit Chapter of the Blood Holy Scripture had completed itself.
"I understand, I will record all relevant mories as soon as possible, and offer them to You along with the Faceless Divine Statue..."
Albrecht replied respectfully.
He didn’t ask Charlotte what She wanted with those mories.
Being legendary and a two-thousand-year-old Bloodline, he had seen many mythical revivals and knew that often, the revived mythics had incomplete mories which required external forces for awakening and completion.
Charlotte wished to say more, but a familiar fatigue surfaced in her heart.
She had a premonition, knowing that the ti for the Blood Summon was near.
"Rember your words, I will wait for your offering, don’t force to take it myself."
"And don’t even think about any tricks, I will be watching... everything."
She said with profound aning.
After speaking, Charlotte waved her hand slightly, ending the Blood Summon.
The crimson mist spread once more, and the whole world instantly plunged into darkness.
And Albrecht was sent out of the Dark Night Ancient Castle.
