Captain Chatham stopped the other Bloodline mbers who wanted to follow Count Yulster.

The Bloodline mbers glared at him with anger, and Count Yulster furrowed his brows before saying to the rest of the Bloodline in the delegation,

"Wait here, I will go alone."

It was they who wanted to talk, not the Castels, even though the Castel’s attitude was tough, they were the ones who needed sothing after all.

Under the escort of the guards, Count Yulster boarded the carriage bound for the Count Mansion.

The Count Mansion was also heavily guarded with many guards, and when Count Yulster disembarked from the carriage, he saw Armored Knights more elite than the City Guards.

Surrounded by layers of guards, he finally entered the Castel’s Count Mansion.

It must be said, the Castel family was indeed wealthy and had deep roots.

Even with Count Yulster’s thousand-year-old discerning eye, the architecture and décor of the Northern Land Count Mansion could still be described as subtly luxurious and stylish.

Even the attendants and male servants in the Count Mansion were well-trained, maintaining standard etiquette, no lesser than his own Blood Servants.

Subconsciously comparing it with his current residence in the countryside castle, Count Yulster montarily felt his temporary dwelling rather shabby.

His previous castle was nice, but after the failure of the Lilac War, it had been seized by the Romany Royal Family.

Thinking of this, Count Yulster sighed inwardly.

The millennium heritage of the Nais Clan, partially depleted by the Lilac War.

If he couldn’t reclaim his territory through the Returning Star Plan, countless difficult days were probably still ahead.

Following the servants and guards, Count Yulster arrived at the Count Mansion’s guest hall.

"Lord Count Yulster, please wait here, the Lord Count will be here shortly."

The servant said respectfully.

Count Yulster nodded gently and elegantly sat down in the guest hall.

No sooner had he sat down than a young and beautiful maid ca in with a tray filled with beverages, pouring him wine ant for guests.

However, after pouring the wine, the maid did not leave, but curiously scrutinized him and couldn’t help asking,

"Are you Count Yulster of the Nais Clan?"

Hmm?

Count Yulster’s action of picking up the wine glass paused slightly.

He instinctively looked towards the maid, but quickly froze because he sensed a familiar aura from her.

It was the aura of a Bloodline!

The person... was a mber of the Bloodline!

Not only that, the affinity he felt from her was strong, suggesting she was likely a pure-blooded Bloodline mber, at least from the fifth generation, or even possibly the fourth!

What was going on?

Wasn’t Count Castel purging the Bloodline from her domain?

Why would there be Bloodline mbers blatantly serving as maids in her mansion?

"Do you know ? Which clan’s Bloodline are you from? What is your na?"

Count Yulster asked smoothly.

The young maid seed sowhat excited. She opened her mouth, about to say sothing, but a light cough ca from the door,

"Cough cough, Miss, the Lord Count is almost here."

Miss?

Count Yulster’s heart stirred.

He looked towards the door, only to see that the speaker was one of Castel’s Guard Knights.

However, when he sensed the aura from the knight, he froze again.

The reason being, the knight was also a mber of the Bloodline!

Though not as pure as the maid’s aura, he was likely a fifth-generation Bloodline mber!

What the devil?

Were Bloodline mbers now freely serving as attendants in Castel’s Count Mansion?

Wasn’t the young Count Castel highly hostile towards the Bloodline due to his grandmother’s influence?

And... they seed to recognize ?

Count Yulster was very perplexed.

However, one thing he seed to be sure of.

It was that Count Castel did not seem to hate the Bloodline as much as the lower Bloodline investigations suggested, due to personal experiences.

This sparked a glimr of hope in his heart, could it be... the Nais Clan truly had a chance to successfully negotiate with this Northern Land Master?

"Agnes, what are you doing here?"

A crisp and pleasant female voice ca from the doorway, imdiately capturing Count Yulster’s attention.

He looked over and saw a petite and beautiful young noble lady at the door, followed by respectfully postured maids and knights.

She really was a very beautiful lady, even by Count Yulster’s two-thousand-year experience, her appearance ranked among the foremost of the many won he had seen, including those haughty Elves.

Soft golden hair naturally fell, her pure blue eyes were like exquisite gemstones, and her delicate features and fair skin were like finely carved jade.

Charlotte de Castel!

Count Yulster almost instantly recognized her identity; likely, she was the most beautiful girl rumored in the New Moon Kingdom.

Just... she looked younger than he anticipated, not like a sixteen-year-old girl, but more like a thirteen or fourteen-year-old.

Seeing the girl appearing at the door, the maid nervously shrank her neck.

She quickly distanced from Count Yulster and stamred,

"Nothing... I was just curious..."

"Curious? Has the weed in the yard been taken care of?"

The girl looked at her with a half-smile.

The maid got even more
