Aiden reached out to hold Moon, but she stepped away from him.
"Moon, you have to calm down, I just want to help you," Aiden said in a gentle voice.
"Help ? By taking to a psychiatrist?" Moon sobbed.
Aiden glanced at Carla and noticed how worried she was staring at Moon and Dr. Debra, too.
"Why are you doing this to , Aiden?" Moon backed away from , moving toward the door.
"First, you took away your love from , and now you're treating like a psycho; what have I done to deserve this harsh treatnt? All I did was love you, Aiden, why?" Moon flared.
Dr. Debra stood from her chair, "Calm down, Moon. I'll leave, just, listen and hear what Mr. Chaz has to say. Your consent is the most important thing if we want to achieve a good and healthy result. Take care, Moon," She finishes and walks toward the door, leaving the office.
Aiden sighed, "I care about you, Moon-"
"You care about but you don't love !" Moon shouted this ti and it seed to tick Aiden off.
"I love you alright, Moon, not just in the sick way you want to! That's why you need help!" His voice had never sounded that cold to Moon before.
She paused, gasped, and moved back again from her.
"What...what do you an?" She whispered.
"Guys, how about we just calm down and talk this out like adults?" Carla asked cautiously.
"No!" Moon snapped her head toward Carla.
Carla raised her hands in surrender and sank back into her chair.
Moon narrowed her eyes as she turned to Aiden; she scoffed and then started to walk toward him in slow strides.
Aiden pushed his hands to his hair. He knew he'd said it in a way that'd hurt her, but it needed to be said sooner rather than later.
"So what, if I want you to love in a sick way, Aiden? Can't you do that for ? If you really loved you'd do it, Aiden. I'm better than that bitch, Ariel; I'm prettier, I'm richer, I'm classier, sexier; what else do you want in a woman that I don't have, Aiden? I've loved you for years...do you know ow how torturous it is to pretend like I don't care after all these years?" She took a last step forward and stood in front of him, leaving her face closer to his.
"Do you know how nad it felt to stay beside soone you live with without being able to confess how you feel? I dated soone just to get you jealous, but you didn't give a shit, and now, I co back after trying to escape you, just to find you married to so random bitch. It should be , Aiden. or not else because I've known you longer, I know you better, and I can surely live with you better than anyone could. I'm not like Emily; I'm nothing like her; I'm never leaving you for any man; please, give a chance," She held onto his hand desperately, searching his eyes with her misty eyes.
Aiden closed his eyes and took a deep breath. There were a lot of things he would have loved to correct, point out, and address from all she'd said, but he knew there was no point in arguing or trying to make her see reasons at this point.
He slowly opened his eyes and looked at Moon with calm, steady eyes. He held her hands in his and smiled at her.
"This is exactly why I need you to see a psychiatrist, Moon. I know this is partly my fault, maybe I have given you a wrong impression of how I feel about you as we grew up, and I'm sorry about that. But mostly, I know this stems from the trauma of losing your parents, but I might be wrong, and this is just who you are." Aiden spoke gently, holding jer erratic stare with his calm and collected one.
"Whatever the reason for this obsession over is, you need to talk to soone, and that soone can never be . You need professional help, Moon. I do not want to lose you as a family, but if you refuse to accept treatnt, I have no choice but to cut all ties with you, that's the only way you'd stay away from and my wife," Aiden slowly let her head go, stepping g away from her.
"You have two opinions, Moon; take the treatnt or et my attorney and sign the sibling estrangent," Aiden's face turned hard and cold as he inford Moon.
He nodded to Carla before he walked out of the office, not sparing Moon a glance.
Moon gasped, tears welling and falling from her eyes.
"No, no, Aiden, please! You can't do this to ! Please!" Moon cried out and hurried toward the door but Carla held her back.
"Let him go, Moon. He'd just stated what he wants from you. It's left for you to choose what you want. Do you want to lose him entirely, or would you rather book a session with Dr. Debra and save the beautiful sibling relationship you've built with Aiden for years now?" Carla asked quietly.
Moon turned and hugged Carla, bawling her eyes out.
Her heart was in pieces, she never envisioned that Aiden would ever say such a thing to her.
What was she supposed to do now? She didn't want to be his sister anymore, but if she was stupid enough to choose the estrangent process, she knew Aiden and how he treated people who ant nothing to her.
He would treat her like a stranger; she wouldn't even be allowed in his house anymore.
That was worse.
But she didn't want to keep being his sibling and continue to torture herself by watching him love soone else.
She was caught between a rock and a hard place.
"It's okay, Moon, everything will be alright," Carla patted her back in a soothing manner.

That evening, Aiden wasn't feeling g like seeing Eva or her mother, they were the last people he needed to see.
He was sitting behind his car as Gregory drove him ho when he suddenly made a decision.
"Gregory?" He called in a cold voice.
"Yes, Boss?" Gregory replied.
"Take to Jess' house," He ordered.
"Yes, Boss," Gregory replied without questions.
He knew there was no way his boss could stay a whole week without seeing his wife. He could already sense his dampening mood from yesterday Ariel left.
Soon, they parked in front of Jess' ho, and Aiden got out of the car without waiting for Gregory to open the door for him.
He walked right to the door and knocked.
He needed his wife at that mont; he felt as if he was being abandoned; his wife was away, and his sister was on the verge of leaving his life. He could at least run to the one person whom he was sure would never leave him.
No one answered the door so he knocked for the second ti.
This ti, he heard the familiar footsteps approaching the door.
The door opened and Ariel stood frozen in front of the door as she stared at Aiden. She imdiately noticed how tired he looked and held back on what she wanted to say.
She slowly widened her arms for him and locked her eyes, inviting him in for a hug.
Aiden had been hesitant, thinking she'd lash out at him for breaking the one-week rule, but the mont he saw her spread arms, he imdiately walked past the door and engulfed her tightly in a warm hug.
They stared like that for a long ti, basking in each other's warmth, which they had missed.
"Are you alright, baby?" Ariel asked in concern, still hugging him.
Aiden buried his face in the crook of her neck and sniffed in her scent, "I've missed you," He confessed.
Ariel smiled, " too." She replied.
But she knew there was sothing else that bothered Aiden; maybe he wasn't ready to tell her yet; she wouldn't force him; he looked quite worn out from whatever it was.
"Looks like we have a defaulter here; what brings you here, lover boy?" Jess suddenly appeared beside them and teased.
Ariel slowly leaned away from the hug but Aiden didn't release her waist.
Aiden sighed and looked over at Jess, "Moon loves ..." He said in a quiet voice.
Jess shared a look with Ariel before she asked. "Familial or romantic?" She slowly walked past them and closed her door.
"Rmantich..." Aiden inford.
Ariel was once again reminded of why she needed to give them space. She was about to step away from Aiden, but he held on tighter.
"I'm estranging her..." This ti he faced Ariel and said it directly to her.
Ariel was shocked, and so was Jess.
"You are? You don't have to do that because of ," Ariel raised her hand to his face.
"Does grandma agree?" Jess questioned from the living room.
Ariel gently half Aiden's hand and led him to the living room.
He sat down and made Ariel sit beside him, his arms line magnet around her waist.
"It's partly because of you, babe, but it's mostly because of , I can't keep soone with that kind of mindset beside ...it's not healthy for us," He kissed Ariel's hand then turned to Jess.
"It's my decision, not Grandma's" Auden stated.
"Are you sure-"
There was another knock on the door.
"I got it," Jess imdiately stood and walked over to her door.
She opened it and felt her heart skip and fall into her stomach, "Kenneth?" She gasped softly.
'What was he doing here?' She thought urgently to herself.
