Upon hearing that cat’s ow, the person in white seed to be spellbound, and retreated half a step to hide behind Qing Yi instinctively.

Last night, he had a nightmare as expected, dreaming of thousands upon thousands of cats surrounding him.

Do you know what it feels like to be surrounded by tens of thousands of cats constantly owing at you?

At that mont, the person in white wanted to twist off his own ears.

He was so scared that he crawled directly into Qing Yi’s blanket...

"This cat has accidentally barged in by mistake; I’ll send it away imdiately," Xiaocha hurriedly explained.

Qing Yi smiled and said, "Don’t be nervous."

Xiaocha felt sowhat embarrassed.

"This cat, well, it didn’t co in by accident. If you send it away, the third master would probably snap at you," Qing Yi intentionally frightened her.

"Ah?" Xiaocha’s mind didn’t catch on at once.

Are you sure you didn’t get that backwards?

Seeing Xiaocha’s puzzled face, Qing Yi no longer teased her, "This is the third master’s cat, and it must be well cared for in the future."

"The third, the third master’s cat?" Xiaocha was sowhat skeptical, wondering if she had heard wrong.

"Qing Yi, big brother, you aren’t joking, right? Please don’t harm , the third master doesn’t like small animals; how could he possibly keep one?"

"I’m not lying to you. It’s true that the third master doesn’t like small animals, but this cat is different."

"Different? How is it different? Just because it’s pretty?"

"Alright, bring it inside. It must be hungry. I just went to buy so food for it," said Qing Yi as he carried so things preparing to enter the villa, only to find his sleeve being tugged on persistently.

Turning his head, he saw the person in white hiding behind him, tilting his head to glare at the small kitten in Xiaocha’s arms.

Qing Yi kicked him in the shin, then stuffed one of the bags in his hand saying, "I’m really at a loss with you."

Just last night, he went neurotic mumbling about how terrifying cats are, and now it’s broad daylight, and he’s still unable to get along with a cat.

If he dares to take an issue with the third master’s things, does he not want to live well in the future?

Shaking his head, Qing Yi entered the villa first, with the person in white scampering right behind him.

Xiaocha stood at the doorway, holding the cat and not knowing what to do for a while.

This... really is the third master’s cat?

"Xiaocha." Qing Yi’s voice ca from inside the villa.

"..ing." Xiaocha had no choice but to run back inside while holding Wen Xiao’ai.

Wen Xiao’ai breathed a sigh of relief; she was almost sent away.

Qing Yi took Wen Xiao’ai from Xiaocha’s hands, placed her in front of the coffee table on the sofa, then took out a can from one of the large bags and waved it in front of Wen Xiao’ai.

"Your Qing Yi, big brother, personally went to buy you top-notch royal cat food. You’re quite lucky," he said.

Cat food?

Does he expect , the princess of the Cat Demon Clan, to eat cat food?

Has this human’s brain been kicked by a mule?

Err... wait, she’s currently a cat, so she probably should be eating cat food.

But... she still prefers eating at, rice, vegetables, and fruit,

She was in human form from birth without needing to cultivate anything; she’s lived a life no different from humans since she was little, unlike those dispersed in the Human Realm, who can’t cultivate.

A strange, indescribable sll wafted over.

Wen Xiao’ai covered her nose with one small paw, shifted her little body backwards, then looked at the opened can of cat food Qing Yi had with a wary expression.

This thing, she as a Cat Demon, didn’t find appetizing at all, and there was no chance she would eat it.

Her fellow clan mbers never ate such things; if she ate it, how would she mix with them in the future?

"Don’t like it?" Qing Yi was sowhat puzzled watching Wen Xiao’ai’s actions.

It shouldn’t be; this was already the best cat food.
