After leaving the mountain road, it wasn’t long before the military base occupying the entire valley between two mountains appeared ahead.
The little guy stretched his neck trying to see, but couldn’t due to his height, only managing to see the main gate.
Jun Moyan stopped the car in front of the military base’s gate, got out, and then carried the little guy out too.
The awe-inspiring training sounds and synchronized footsteps attracted the little guy’s attention.
The sentry standing at the gate stopped them, saluting Jun Moyan, leaving the little guy watching in amazent.
"I’m looking for your General, Shangguan Yu." Jun Moyan said, carrying the little guy as they approached the sentry.
"Please wait a mont, I need to go inside to report." The sentry recognized Jun Moyan, but had to follow protocol.
"Okay." Jun Moyan understood the need to follow the rules.
The sentry couldn’t help but glance at the little guy in Jun Moyan’s arms, then ran inside to report.
"Is Dad Shangguan inside?" The training sounds from inside made the little guy keep peeking in.
"Yes, he’s inside, you’ll see him soon."
"Does Dad Shangguan work here? There are so many people inside, right? I heard it."
"Yes, you’ll find out soon."
The little guy turned his little head, looking around at the surroundings, which was completely different from the city where he lived.
It was his first ti seeing it.
As the little guy curiously looked around, a handso green armored car drove out from the camp.
"An’an." Before the car had stopped, Shangguan Yu was already poking his head out of the window, waving at the little guy.
Hearing the voice, the little guy imdiately turned his head to look, then shyly waved his small hand in response to Shangguan Yu.
The car stopped at the gate, barely coming to a halt, when Shangguan Yu jumped out, clad in training gear, and ran towards them.
"Oh my gosh." He was so happy, he reached out to take the little guy from Jun Moyan and eagerly kissed the little guy’s fair little face like a hungry wolf, saring sweat on the little guy’s face, deforming his little face with kisses, nearly knocking off his hat.
"Ooh~ Dad Shangguan~"
"Oh, my dear son." Shangguan Yu kissed him several tis, unable to get enough of the soft, fragrant feel.
"Why are you here? I’ve missed you so much." Shangguan Yu finished with one last big kiss, before stopping.
"Why did you guys co without calling ?"
He asked Jun Moyan, while adjusting the little guy’s hat.
"You dressed so cute today, who dressed you?"
"It was Dad."
"Not at school today? Why did you co to Dad Shangguan’s? Next ti, tell Dad Shangguan you’re coming, and Dad Shangguan will send a helicopter to pick you up. The mountain road is so bumpy, what if you get bumped badly? Did you throw up?"
The little guy shook his head, saying, "So far."
"Of course it’s far, Dad Shangguan’s helicopter is fast, it arrives with a swoosh."
"Hehe." The little guy laughed.
"Next ti you co, Dad Shangguan will fly a helicopter to pick you up."
After finishing, he glanced at Jun Moyan: "I was asking you."
Jun Moyan: "Did you give a chance to speak?"
"Bah."
Ignoring him, Shangguan Yu turned around carrying the little guy, preparing to go inside, happily showing off to the sentry at the gate: "This is my son, handso, right?"
"Handso." The sentry nodded with a smile.
"So handso it’s deadly." Shangguan Yu laughed and carried the little guy towards the armored car: "Co on, Dad Shangguan will take you inside."
Arriving at the car, the little guy stared at the car in front of him.
"This car is so tall."
