Jun Moyan, who was playing with the little one on the bed, heard that and replied, "Let him in."
"Yes, he also brought a lot of things, it will take so ti to check everything."
"Okay." Jun Moyan acknowledged.
The guard then exited the room.
"An’an, look at this." Jun Moyan took a small toy and played with the little one.
After playing for a while, he carried the little one downstairs.
Just then, soone walked in at the door, it was Ais.
Ais saw the baby in Jun Moyan’s arms and laughed, "Wow, you really have a son now."
"What are you here for?"
Jun Moyan carried the little one down the stairs.
"Oh, nothing. I heard a couple of days ago that the Bai Family ca to congratulate you, saying you had a son. I ca to see if it’s true." Ais laughed and walked towards Jun Moyan.
Halfway there, he rembered sothing, stopped, and took off the black leather gloves he was wearing.
With a cheeky smile, he said, "These gloves got stained with blood a couple of days ago, not clean, don’t want to jinx your son."
Ais looked around for sowhere to put the gloves but saw that the sofa and table were covered with strange children’s toys, so he didn’t put them there.
He considered tossing them in the trash, but after glancing at the fair and clean little one in Jun Moyan’s arms, he put the gloves in his pocket to take away later.
Jun Moyan sat on the sofa with the little one in his arms.
Ais took off those dirty gloves, then walked over to Jun Moyan and bent down to look at the little one in his arms.
The little one saw soone looking and curiously turned his bright, glassy eyes towards Ais.
Ais stared at the little one for a while and after a thoughtful "hiss," he pondered for a few seconds before blurting, "Your son doesn’t look like you, are you sure he’s yours?"
Jun Moyan glanced at him without replying.
"I’m serious, he really doesn’t look like you. Look at his eye color." Ais continued.
"Can’t he look like my wife?" Jun Moyan replied.
"Uh... okay, then your wife is quite cute."
Ais laughed and sat down on the sofa.
He, like Bai Tang, had his mory preserved by Jun Moyan after a soul belonging to the Soul-suppressing Beast was extracted from him. Unlike others, his mory wasn’t completely wiped clean, only those few missing days were forgotten.
Now free from the threat of Demon Lord Nie Jiuque, he was living freely as the local tyrant in his Holy City.
Ais looked at the little one in Jun Moyan’s arms, whistled at the little one, successfully attracting his gaze.
Finding it amusing, Ais laughed and asked, "What’s your son’s na?"
Jun Moyan: "Jun Shi’an."
"Jun Shi’an." Ais nodded, repeated the na, and then asked, "What species?"
He knew very well that Jun Moyan wasn’t "human."
Jun Moyan raised his eyes and looked at Ais, his gaze carrying a subtle chill beneath its calm surface.
"Just kidding." Ais chuckled awkwardly.
After a while, he suddenly asked, "Are you really Jun Moyan?"
When Jun Moyan returned over three months ago, Ais had visited once, mainly to see how Jun Moyan was doing and to find out what had happened during the days of his amnesia and coma, as well as what had transpired during Jun Moyan’s disappearance over the past year.
However, Jun Moyan’s indifferent deanor towards everyone at the ti made it difficult for him to ask about the curiosity in his heart.
Now he finally had the chance to ask.
