Chapter 1150: Why Did She Keep Running Away?
After returning, Baili Yu looked at the things in the room and realized that no matter what he looked at, it reminded him of Bai Wanxi.
Her figure seed to appear in every corner of the room. It was like the room still contained Bai Wanxi’s aura, causing him to almost go crazy.
Baili Yu understood that he couldn’t continue like this. Helpless, he could only eat a pill to help him sleep. He then lay on the bed and forced himself to sleep.
Baili Yu was worried about Bai Wanxi and found it difficult to fall asleep. His body was like a small boat floating back and forth on the sea. In his dream, he saw Bai Wanxi again and could hear her calling him.
“Ah Yu, Ah Yu…” Bai Wanxi’s moving voice vibrated in the air like a curse. It echoed faintly in Baili Yu’s mind as if she was calling out to him.
Having taken the sleeping pill, Baili Yu found it difficult to open his eyes. After much effort, he finally opened them and saw the beautiful fairy-like woman in front of him.
The woman’s appearance, gentle aura, and even the tender way she looked at him… It was Bai Wanxi!
Baili Yu’s eyes filled with ecstasy when he saw her. He reached out to pull her into his arms. “Xi’er!”

Baili Yu’s vision turned black. He suddenly sat up straight on the bed and looked around in a panic. He shouted, “Xi’er!”
At this mont, Baili Yu happened to spot a figure outside the window from the corner of his eye.
A woman in a white dress flashed past. She was extrely fast, and Baili Yu did not have ti to react. She hurriedly turned around and fled.

Baili Yu was in a daze. He had not slept for four days and was no longer as clear-headed. Seeing a woman, he was sure that she was Bai Wanxi. He lifted the blanket and chased after her. “Xi’er, wait for !”
However, the woman seed to not have heard Baili Yu’s words. She brought him out of White Cloud City and arrived at a cliff.
Under the moonlight, the more Baili Yu looked at the figure, the more he felt that she was Bai Wanxi.
At the very least, this woman’s appearance was identical to hers.
However, Baili Yu couldn’t figure it out. If she was Bai Wanxi, why did she keep running away?
At this thought, Baili Yu’s mind gradually beca clearer. He wasn’t as impulsive as before. He stopped when he was about to reach the edge of the cliff.
“Ah Yu, co quickly.” The woman noticed Baili Yu’s hesitation. She reached out and gently waved at him.
Baili Yu saw her face the mont the woman turned around and waved.
Her face was identical to Bai Wanxi’s. She even had the sa small mole on the side of her face.
