Sun Dasheng watched from the side, finding it sowhat amusing. Two people of the sa age, yet one was calling the other "little girl"? Was that really okay? Then again, judging by appearances alone, Fang Sihan really was the very picture of a protective big sister.

After so playful roughhousing, they started watching television.

Not long after, Li Sili yawned. She was clearly getting sleepy.

"I’m so tired, and we have to head to Hengdian tomorrow. Let’s go to bed early tonight," she proposed.

Yun Yuqing nodded in agreent. She was feeling unwell and wanted to go lie down in her room to recover sooner.

"You guys go to sleep. I’ll watch TV for a bit longer," Fang Sihan said, her eyes glued to the screen.

Without giving it a second thought, she helped Yun Yuqing, who was having trouble moving around since her "monthly visitor" had arrived, toward the bedroom.

Now, only two people were left sitting on the living room sofa.

Sun Dasheng wasn’t watching TV; he was on his phone, happily scrolling through short videos.

Suddenly, he sensed sothing strange behind him. A pair of hands was wrapping around his neck.

Such quick reflexes!

He grabbed the hands and executed a shoulder throw, pulling the person from behind him around to his front.

"Ouch!~"

The assailant, caught completely off guard, hadn’t expected Sun Dasheng to react so swiftly and let out a cry of surprise.

"Uncle, it’s !" she cried out, afraid that a second’s delay would have gotten her cut down in her pri.

Hearing the familiar voice, Sun Dasheng smoothly pulled the person he had flung forward into an embrace, enveloping her completely in his broad arms.

A closer look revealed it was Fang Sihan.

"What do you think you’re doing, you little minx?" Sun Dasheng said, annoyed.

"Uncle, your reflexes are so fast! You’re amazing!"

Fang Sihan lay in his arms, her cheeks flushed. The terror on her face was quickly replaced by an expression of pure admiration.

"Do you know kung fu? Are you a martial arts master living in disguise?"

He hadn’t realized this girl was into wuxia dramas and still fantasizing about martial arts masters. In modern society, such fanciful things didn’t exist. Then again, with the system’s help, a few more enhancents to his physical attributes might actually allow him to perform the kind of kung fu seen in low-fantasy martial arts novels.

Sun Dasheng pinched her cheek. "In modern society, you should believe in science."

As he spoke, he picked up the phone he had tossed aside earlier, only to see the screen covered in web-like cracks. The observant Fang Sihan even noticed that the fra on both sides of the phone seed slightly warped from being squeezed.

She looked up at the man before her. Uncle, and you still say you don’t know martial arts?

Outwardly, however, she remained composed. Since Uncle doesn’t want to reveal his true identity, I’ll just have to keep his secret for him.

"Uncle, your phone is broken, and it’s partly my fault. How about I buy you a new one?" Fang Sihan asked, her face full of remorse.

"It’s fine. You’ve only just started making so hard-earned money. Besides, I’m the one who broke it. You don’t need to buy a new one," Sun Dasheng declined her kind offer.

"Uncle, you’re so nice. eting you is the luckiest thing that’s ever happened to ."

Her words caught him by surprise, and he glanced down at the girl in his arms. This simple-minded girl, who’s usually so blunt, knows how to flatter soone?

"eting the three of you was lucky for , too."

"Being with you all makes feel much younger," Sun Dasheng said with heartfelt sincerity.

He finished speaking and stared down at the girl. You’ve been snuggling in my arms for a while now. Isn’t it ti to get out?

Fang Sihan seed to ignore his unspoken cue, clinging to his embrace, unwilling to leave. She even went so far as to wrap her arms around his waist, interlocking her fingers tightly and making it impossible for him to break free.

The two remained silent, savoring the warm, quiet mont, with only the intermittent sounds from the TV breaking the silence.

A TV drama ended and the comrcials began.

"Alright, it’s getting late. You girls have to go to Hengdian tomorrow, so go to bed early," Sun Dasheng said, patting the head of the girl nestled in his arms.

"I really just want to stay in Uncle’s arms forever!"

Fang Sihan reluctantly pulled away from the warm embrace.

"Get so rest. Good night!"

"Good night, Uncle."

She left with a smile.

Sun Dasheng turned off the TV.

The living room fell completely silent.

Thanks to the half-hour head massage from Wu Xiaoli, he wasn’t sleepy yet, so he sat back down on the sofa and continued scrolling through his phone.

He first checked his cousin Wang Xin’s account and saw that she had behaved and wasn’t live-streaming in the middle of the night.

Guess I won’t have to tattle to Auntie, then.

Next, he went to check on the account he managed for Li Sili.

Hmm, the follower count is pretty average... average my ass!

Tens, hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands... hundreds of thousands.

What the hell? How did she gain several hundred thousand followers in just a few days?

He opened her profile page. The post with the most likes was the "clarification" video—the one where she intentionally did the opposite, the "I’ll show you what real cheating looks like" video.

In the comnts below, every single angler was praising the cute, newbie fishing loli. They all offered words of encouragent, cheering her on and telling her to ignore the online haters and just keep being herself.

Is this a case of my plan backfiring spectacularly?

Sun Dasheng slapped his forehead.

A gross miscalculation! Anglers are mostly uncles, and isn’t it only natural for uncles to dote on cute girls? What’s more, the more incompetent Li Sili appeared, the more those anglers who love to play teacher adored her. It was a true disaster. I wanted to target a niche audience, but I ended up creating a viral hit.

He shut his phone. If I didn’t see it, it didn’t happen. Ti for bed. Out of sight, out of mind.

He turned off the living room lights and walked into the bedroom.

Huh!

Why was the bedside lamp on? Did he forget to turn it off earlier?

He didn’t think much of it. Since the bedside lamp was on, he didn’t bother turning on the main bedroom light. A habitual nude sleeper, he stripped off his clothes and climbed under the covers.

Sothing was wrong.

Sun Dasheng’s gaze hardened, his expression turning serious.

There was soone in his bed.

"Who?"

Before he could even finish his question, he was shalessly ambushed.

The person hiding under the covers was clearly prepared and gave him no chance to react. A hand shot out and seized his vitals.

"Heh heh... Uncle, you’re not getting away tonight, are you?" Fang Sihan’s mischievous giggle ca from beneath the covers.

Sun Dasheng said mirthlessly, "Si Han, what are you doing? Don’t make such a mistake at your age. Let go, now. Is that a place you should be grabbing?"

Fang Sihan’s concealnt had been perfect this ti; he hadn’t noticed a thing until he was already in bed. But the mont he slid under the covers, he heard her sharp intake of breath. It was only because he knew it was her that he let his guard down.

Who knew this little minx would be so bold as to go straight for his vitals.

She doesn’t seem so clueless now, does she? She knows exactly where to grab. If only she applied this kind of focus to her studies, she’d be a top student.

"Uncle, I’m not letting go. I won’t let you run away again tonight," Fang Sihan said with determination.

"If you don’t let go, I’m going to shout. You don’t want your best friends to see this, do you?" Sun Dasheng threatened.

"Heh heh... Go ahead and shout, Uncle. I’m not afraid, even if you scream until you’re hoarse."

"Uncle, just give in to ."

What the—! Has the world turned upside down? A complete role reversal!

With one smooth motion, Sun Dasheng scooped her up and pushed himself to his feet.
