"Louis, oh, how pitiful... don’t worry, your beautiful face will surely be healed."

Just then, Aboli suddenly approached, speaking softly.

As she had said earlier, she would find Louis’s body—of course, she would also bring it back.

Clang!

A flash of light shot forward at that mont, and Aboli stopped Lucas’s sharp blade barehanded.

Now taller than before—perhaps over one ter eighty—Aboli looked at Lucas as though he were just a child, her eyes filled with disdain.

"You whore! Louis wouldn’t have died if we hadn’t listened to you!" Lucas roared, pouring even more strength into his strike.

Blood instantly trickled from Aboli’s palm.

She raised her brows slightly and said calmly, "Ugly monkey, no one ever forced you to listen to . You could not cling to , hoping to find Louis."

Aboli smiled faintly, tilting her head. "Now, get lost."

With that, she flung Lucas away with unimaginable force.

Though Lucas and Luna’s bodies seed light, in truth, they were machines—perhaps even heavier than Aboli herself. Yet she handled them as though they weighed nothing...

Lucas spun in the air, hovering mid-sky. The soles of his feet split open, his shoes falling away to reveal legs glowing with violet light. His thrusters roared to life.

Luna tilted her head back to glare at Aboli, her voice like ice: "Want to take Louis away? Try it—if you can!"

With those words, she lunged at Aboli. Both arms transford into two massive blades, each over two ters long, like the halves of a giant pair of shears, stabbing straight toward Aboli!

Aboli twisted aside with ease, even smiling. "Try it? Victory is a foregone conclusion for ."

It wasn’t arrogance that granted her strength—it was strength that granted her this natural arrogance.

She had crushed Luna and Lucas before. Of course, she could crush them again. This ti, they should die—die for real. She would allow no one to disturb her and Louis ever again.

Just imagining Louis with his mories rewritten... how unbearably adorable.

Aboli’s lips curved upward. She seized Luna’s two great blades in her hands and squeezed. The tal warped instantly, crumpling like paper.

Luna’s eyes widened in shock. Her thrusters blazed beneath her feet, but she couldn’t pry her blades free from Aboli’s grip even then.

"Too weak," Aboli murmured. She lifted one leg and kicked Luna away, slamming her straight into Lucas midair!

She didn’t even spare them a glance, slowly striding toward Louis’s corpse.

But at that very mont, Aboli’s eyes widened. A blurred figure streaked toward her with impossible speed.

No ti to dodge—she crossed her arms over her head, bracing to take the blow head-on!

Sylus frowned at the unfamiliar woman before him. Even though pain throbbed in his skull, blurring his vision until nearly all went white, the sight of that flowing silver hair before him stirred sothing profound inside.

A strange feeling welled up in his chest. Was this... love?

Sylus didn’t know. His head hurt too much. He only knew one thing—this woman could not be allowed to take Louis’s body away.

If Louis knew these freaks were fighting over his corpse, he’d definitely start cursing again. He would rather his body be burned into ashes!

But his body was still there, even shielded by the solid barrier Luna had given it. Their battlefield had even been dragged away from where his body lay.

The ground beneath Aboli’s feet cracked apart. She roared, thrusting her strength forward, and Sylus was imdiately blasted back, the shockwave erupting into a minor explosion where their clash t.

Aboli staggered back two steps before quickly regaining her balance. She frowned, her gaze at Sylus strangely intent.

Sylus had landed safely, but his body still trembled uncontrollably. The blurred image of the girl burned into his eyes—white hair, such a beautiful face...

Ah. Sylus rembered. He rembered! In his dreams, he had seen this girl! Even if her face had always been hidden, he could never mistake that hair.

She was the lover he had been chasing all along!

Sylus felt he should have been overjoyed to find that shadow finally, but his heart was strangely calm.

He forced himself to stand straight, facing the girl. Slowly, he said:

"Louis and I are lovers. I promised to propose to him when everything was over. He will definitely co with ."

Though he had never once believed Louis’s words, now Louis was dead—dead because of him. No matter how much he thought about it, it had no aning.

For the first ti in his life... soone had chosen to die for him.

"No way... Louis died because of you? Impossible—don’t joke with !" Luna scread. Artillery fire rained down on Sylus, her face twisted, tears streaming, her expression one of utter hatred, as though she wished to tear Sylus apart alive.

Sylus didn’t dodge. The shells staggered him, but not a single bullet pierced his skin.

By now, Aboli had already regained her gentle smile. She looked at Sylus and said softly, "Louis definitely lied to you."

Lucas added firmly, "Louis always lied. Besides, he was my lover—mine and Luna’s."

Sylus furrowed his brows, silent. His headache only worsened. He wanted to kill everything. Why did these flies insist on swarming around Louis?!

Aboli actually laughed at Lucas’s words. "From beginning to end, Louis only ever belonged to !"

With that, her body shot forward, vanishing from sight. Lucas’s eyes widened—he could sense the danger closing in, his radar scanning frantically, but it found nothing!

"Lucas!!"

Luna’s roar startled him. He tilted his head upward, but it was already too late.

Aboli descended like a mountain crashing down. Lucas’s body was driven straight into the earth beneath her!

The ground caved into a bottomless pit—Lucas’s figure was completely swallowed.

Aboli stood tall, smiling at them.

"Indeed, not everyone is as adorable as Louis. I’ve had enough of you insects—you should all die!"

"You’re the one who should die!" Luna scread, launching herself downward like an arrow. The giant shears Aboli had crushed were restored, snapping back together, their blades aid straight at Aboli’s neck!

Aboli didn’t move, allowing the blades to clamp around her throat. Sparks flew where tal t flesh.

Sylus suddenly lunged forward at that very instant, his hand shooting out—driving straight toward Aboli’s heart!

Squish!

The sound of flesh being pierced rang out. Sylus’s hand tore through, pulling Aboli’s still-beating heart from her chest, hot blood gushing over his arm.

Luna’s eyes widened, staring at Sylus in shock.

But at that exact mont, Aboli suddenly raised her arms. Her hands clamped down on Luna’s head—and with one violent wrench—

Tear!

A grotesque sound of tal and human flesh ripping apart echoed. Luna didn’t even have ti to scream before Aboli tore her in half, tossing both mangled pieces into the pit where Lucas had fallen.

anwhile, Sylus withdrew his hand, clutching the heart in his palm. With a wet, sickening squelch, he crushed it into pulp, blood dripping down his fingers.

He flung the mangled ss aside, his calm gaze fixed on Aboli’s body—still standing tall, despite the gaping hole where her heart had been.

"Ha... ha ha ha!"

Aboli suddenly burst into laughter. Her head twisted one hundred and eighty degrees before her body slowly rotated to follow.

Fresh flesh sprouted rapidly from the hole in her chest, squirming and growing like writhing red worms, knitting her body whole once more.

Her face blood with a radiant smile, her eyes admiring Sylus.

"You are the first ever to wound with your bare hands..."

Her eyes narrowed dangerously. "But in this world, there can only be one strongest. No matter who you are, you must die here!"
