Titan looked at Ash and felt that the latter didn’t want to say a thing about it. "I’m going out to a short visit. Wanna co?" He chose to invite him. He was after all the city lord and these sorts of matters needed his utmost attention.
Ash looked ar Titan and smiled. He really appreciated the distruction and without a word, he stood and followed along.
It was rare to find beasts of equal ranking surviving in harmony but these two had a tactic understanding of the other and got a long very well.

"Did you...." they spoke at the sa ti and paused to look eachother in the eyes. They laughed.
"Did you notice sothing odd about Shawn?" Titan asked. He hoped he wasn’t being paranoid and acting up over nothing.
"Shawn?" If an inquiry was to be made, Ash least expected Shawn’s na to be ntioned. "Why? He seems fine to ."
I don’t know how to phrase this but it seems like he’s not himself today." Titan begun and along the silent night on the dark streets of the beast city, Titan shared his concern with Ash. "He spoke but his words were hard to comprehend."
Ash listened attentively. First and foremost, the falcons had attacked once again badly injuring an eagle warrior. Secondly, Shawn was behaving weirdly.
"You said Shawn shredded those males to nothingness in his own? He is a fifth rank beastman..How could he go after such opponents on his own?!"
I found it impossible the first ti I heard it but beastn won’t lie. When I confronted him, he beca guarded and unfamiliar for a mont." Titan said with a sigh
Ash thought hard before an image flashed before his eyes like a phantom. He blinked his eyes rapidly for a while before a ringing sounded in his ears. He groaned and stumbled on his feet but was able to catch himself.
Titan frowned and reached out to help Titan but the latter threw his hands off. I’m fine!" He said with a pained voice.
You are not! You and Shawn are not okay. You need to tell us so we can figure out a way!"

Falcon Castle.
A figured flashed through the castle discreetly without the notice of the slightly drowsy guards.
A pair of green eyes shone hidden behind a piece of cloth covered all over the face leaving only the eyes exposed.
After taking a few turns, Sydney sa across the falcon king’s chambers which covered the whole floor of the old castle. Fire torches illuminated the corridor but the light wasn’t strong enough to expose soone.
Sydney rushed over the door of the unguarded room and slipped in successfully infiltrating the falcon castle. While this had been a last-minute thought, she didn’t expect it to be this easy!
It was either the security was lax or sothing wasn’t exactly right about the silent castle.
A sudden movent deterred Sydney to hide behind the heavy wooden door. She held her breather and kept her eyes wide open. A figure lay on the grass nest in the room and didn’t move. Not long, Sydney could make out the falcon king’s beast form fly intot the room through the window. He shifted into his human form and nodded at the other party. They didn’t say anything and soon departed into the night.
The falcon king sighed and took a look at his female who was laying in bed. He had made a promise to her and all his life, je had been fighting to fulfill it but it seed like things weren’t going his way lately. He had been moving in silence before but ever since the appearance of the city lord’s female, everything begun to crumble. He wanted to do all his best to eradicate the throne in his way!
He stroked his female’s hair gently and murmured softly. I’ll surely make you the queen of this city. I’ll do everything for you my dear...just be patient with ! Even if it calls for killing, I’ll do it." he swore to himself.
Sydney’s eyebrow twitched before she shot her eyes to the entrance of the room. And hail all, there stood Titan and Ash with very dark expressions seeming to have heard his words loud and clear.
The falcon king was caught off guard at the burst of murderous intent in his room and he shot his sharp gaze to the duo standing in his room like they owned it.
"What are you doing here? City lord and Snake Lord!!!?"
Ash didn’t reply but looked around the room only for his gaze to land on the femael on the bed. You’ll kill for her?" he sneered. What makes you think we can’t kill for our female?" He asked as contempt flashed through his eyes.
Titan stord into the room and found himself a place to sit. "You send your clansn to attack a mber of our family and brazenly swear to harm our mate before us. What’s gotten you so bravely lately that you pay no regard to your tribe? Mhm?"
Falcon king’s face turned green but he held himself back. City lord! I can accept the abrupt visits to my castle but what’s with these baseless accusations? What attack? What kill? I’m being wronged My lord!"
Hearing him out up such a perfect pretense, Ash almost laughed but he didn’t. Baseless? There’d be no such rumor if it didn’t really exist!"
I understand that city lord but I govern what happens in my territory. What happens outside happens to be none of my concern. If my clansn attacked a mber of your family, I’m ready to hold them accountable but... there’s no such thing!"

Whether I do or not isn’t up to ! If you can provide the evidence to the council when you wish to report this matter, there should be witnesses from both sides. The council won’t consider just your words."
Titan hissed. "You have such an ugly female." He comnted with a frown in his face as he looked at the Falcon king’s female. "She’s so ugly that it makes want to kill her!" he lanted.
The falcon king jumped to his mate’s side in a flash upon hearing Titan’s words. They were not only bitter painful but insulting too. But what could he do? He provoked them first! "This is wrong! If word gets out about your actions, you won’t be excused even if you are high ranking beasts!" The falcon king exclaid as he scooped his female protectively into his arms. She moaned and woke up but fell back into sleep seeing that he was there.
Funny how you stand on your two legs and lecture us. But then again, like you said...if there’s no witnesses, how will the council believe words from a single side?! Isn’t that right, My dear mate?" Ash said his eyes looking over to the place Sydney had hidden in.
Sydney who had felt comforted for not being noticed stiffened a little.
What was she thinking? In such close proximity and they wouldn’t sll her scent? It was so funny even just to think about it.
The falcon king was confused but soon also caught the abnormality in his room that ue had ignored. It had been a very sweet scent and thinking it was from his own female, he hadn’t pursued this matter.
Sydney could only step out from hiding and expose herself. While her mates were out hunting, she had concentrated in their emotions and enjoyed the thrill it brought her but she felt a sudden purge of murder fill her that she almost hurt the cub she was holding and that feeling ca from Shawn.
She intended to ask him but he seed out of sorts. This left her with only one choice and that was to figure this out on her own. It was through Carlos that she learnt what happened and to say she was livid was understatent!
She wanted to storm the falcon castle and demand an explanation but chose the other way round only to be discovered by her mates who seed to be here for the sa matter!
Titan didn’t get up from where he sat and looked at Sydney unhappily. He scoffed at the feeling.
The falcon king assessed Sydney’s dress code then looked at her mates only to see the disapproval and slight anger in their eyes. This gave him a clear image. She had co to him this late at night on her own!
I had so business." Sydney explained.
We will handle your recklessness once we get ho." Titan gritted out and looked back at the Falcon king.
Sydney’s stomach dropped at the cold tone that Titan used with her. She looked at Ash and saw the clear anger in his eyes. It felt bad but she wasn’t sorry!
The falcon king smirked seeing how this strong family seed to break right before his eyes! Heh!! He couldn’t help but laugh.
This is going to be your last!" Titan hissed out in anger! He dared laugh? They’d see who had the last laugh!
