Male Beastn like to eat raw at, but she doesn’t like raw food, so whenever possible, she would cook for herself.

When she brought back so at from outside, she unexpectedly found several White Eagle hatchlings gathered around her campfire!

Where did these White Eagle hatchlings co from?!

Si Yan had learned to use fire and wasn’t afraid, but fire was still very dangerous for the Beastn of Beast World.

Si Yan hurried over to check on the hatchlings.

But as soon as they saw her, they scattered.

"Don’t run around," Si Yan called out. "You know fire is not to be played with, right? It’s very dangerous!"

However, just as she was about to lecture these reckless little hatchlings, she noticed that there were so extra things by her fire.

Bird Beastn, including eagles, eat not only at but also rice and other seeds.

One type of seed in particular was very popular with the young eagle Beastn.

It was the seeds by her fire.

Si Yan saw that the young eagle Beastn had treated these seeds as toys, grinding them into powder.

Then they mixed the powder with water into a lump.

On the rocks next to the fire, they had placed this lump of powdered mixture, and it had actually started to sll appetizing as it baked.

It was strange yet sowhat intriguing.

This fragrant food baked by the fire was made from the seeds that the eaglet chicks liked to eat. Si Yan thought it should be safe, so she put the baked good into her mouth.

Imdiately, Si Yan’s eyes lit up.

So fragrant, so crunchy, so delicious!!

The little black cat jumped beside Si Yan, looking puzzled.

It was one thing for this female to like white sweet potatoes, but why eat the seeds that bird Beastn hatchlings loved as well?!

Si Yan quickly devoured the baked flatbread.

It was tasty, truly delicious.

Fragrant and crunchy, it felt wonderful in her stomach.

So yummy; she wanted to continue eating.

This snack was so to her liking that she felt like she could eat it endlessly!!

But this snack was only an occasional creation by the young White Eagles.

When she turned around to ask the young eagle Beastn, she found they had all run off already.

There were only a few pieces, and she had finished them all.

If she wanted more, she would have to figure out how to make them herself.

First, she started roasting the at, which she would give to Little Pretty later.

Then she noticed the leftover small seeds that the young eagle Beastn had left behind.

She began trying to shell these yellow seeds. Apparently, it was quite difficult to do.

"What are you doing?"

Si Yan turned around and saw the cold-blooded snake Beastman with a still sowhat pale face, looking down at her.

Si Yan said, "I’m shelling these seeds."

The little snake Beastman crouched beside her and said, "Let do it."

Si Yan made so room and watched as the little snake Beastman took a sowhat rounder stone and, after grinding it into the shape he wanted, began smashing the seeds.

To her surprise, the yellow shells on the seeds were indeed being cracked off in large amounts by his efforts.

Si Yan was very delighted.

"I’m going to grind all of them into powder!"

The little snake Beastman paused a mont, then carefully stripped the yellow husks from the seeds before beginning to grind them into flour.

The grinding process was a bit lengthy, but Si Yan watched intently the whole ti.

Once all had been ground into powder, Si Yan glanced at the dough the young eagle Beastn had been playing with earlier, then—based on her own thinking and estimates—she added a small amount of water to the flour the little snake Beastman had ground.

Two tender little hands then began to knead the dough.

Although she had never seen a Beastman do this before, at this mont, she seed to have figured it out on her own, relying on the taste of the food she had just eaten.

The little snake Beastman and the little black cat quietly watched her knead the dough by her side.

She kneaded for a long ti, adding water little by little as she went.

Finally, wiping the sweat from her forehead, she said with joy, "It should be about right now."

Having said that, she placed her kneaded dough on a stone next to the fire to bake.

This entire operation was sothing neither the little snake Beastman nor the little black cat had ever seen before.

Because it was so novel, the little fellows all watched the dough ball intently.

They saw the dough gradually expand by the fire, then harden bit by bit, until finally, the fragrant aroma of the flour’s crisp, baked outer skin wafted over.

The little snake Beastman and the little black cat, both young males, couldn’t help but feel intrigued.

As Si Yan was about to take off the baked flatbread, the little snake Beastman, fearing she would burn herself, said, "Let do it."

The little snake Beastman swiftly took down the flatbread with his claws, flipped it a few tis until it wasn’t hot, and handed it to Si Yan.

Si Yan took the flatbread and bit into it without saying a word.

The little snake Beastman and the little black cat watched her with rapt attention.

Then, they saw little Si Yan’s eyes curving with joy, her expression incredibly moved.

"Wang, Xiao Hei, this is so delicious!!"

The little snake Beastman was skeptical because he only found raw at tasty.

The little black cat was a bit curious—Si Yan gave him a piece, and he chewed it thoughtfully.

How to put it? It was a bit fragrant, but it didn’t quite suit their tiger tastes.

The little black cat hesitated for a mont but swallowed it nonetheless.

Si Yan ate one flatbread after another, ntally sorting through the steps of making them, then declared, "I rember there being a large field behind the mountain full of these yellow seeds. If we collect them and turn them into food like this... Even if White Eagle City is locked down and we can’t get food from outside, we will be able to get through the coming famine just fine."

Si Yan felt exceedingly happy about this discovery.

As she ate, she pondered. Even though this taste was already good, the Beastn of White Eagle City, as well as the little snake Beastman and little black cat at her side, all seed to very much like eating at. If she stuffed a bit of at inside this thing, wouldn’t it cater more to these carnivorous Beastn’s tastes?

Si Yan turned thought into action; she stuffed chunks of at into the dough and, after baking, took a bite, only to frown slightly.

It wasn’t the flavor she had imagined.

She then chopped the at finely, stuffed it back into the dough, and baked it. Tasting it again, she felt it still lacked sothing.

Finally, she added a pinch of salt into the finely chopped at.

This ti, after baking, the salt lded with the minced at, the fat sizzled, soaking into the dough.

With one bite, the fat burst out, the minced at tender and savory, and the crust crisp and delicious.

Si Yan’s eyes lit up entirely.

"This is it. So good, really so tasty!!!"

With this gem, both herbivorous Beastn and carnivorous ones could be satisfied.

This coming famine, no problem at all!!
