Chapter 16: Chapter 16: Scheming and Exploitation to Hunt a Tier Three Exotic Beast

As one of the high school students, Mo Qingchen had every reason to help these students, who were reduced to mere skeletons by the Wastewater Element, and collect their relics!

Mo Qingchen was absolutely not greedy for the value of the Space Backpacks or the relics within. Absolutely not!

Hiding in the shadows, Mo Qingchen squinted at the Wastewater Element that kept wandering in the sewage pool and quietly activated the Eye of Truth.

[PS: Pure Water Element, once contaminated by wastewater, will have its core Crystal Core transformed into a Wastewater Crystal Core, and its talent will slowly decline, beyond remedy.

As a member of elemental monsters, the Wastewater Element will die immediately if its Wastewater Crystal Core is shattered.]

"If you shatter the Wastewater Crystal Core, it dies immediately. Well, there’s potential in that."

Mo Qingchen retreated into the passageway, lost in thought.

This Tier Three peak Exotic Beast seemed incredibly powerful, yet it was not invincible.

At least the Steel Black Jade Spike could break its defense. If handled well, achieving a one-hit kill wasn’t impossible!

However, the danger involved was equally high. If the attack missed, death was inevitable.

No other way, Mo Qingchen is still a small garbage at Tier Zero now; Mo Jin is even less worth mentioning, being weaker than him as a Beastmaster.

Facing such a Tier Three Exotic Beast head-on would be a pure suicide act.

"Jinjin, can you use the Silk Spinning skill to weave a spider web?"

Mo Qingchen touched Mo Jin, hanging around his neck, and asked softly.

"Ssss~"

The slight hum of the insect arose, which in his ears was Mo Jin’s affirmative answer.

"Jinjin, first weave a big web, make the gaps as small as possible."

The silk spun by the Unihorn Insect was an energy product, extremely strong and tough. If there were enough big s, tying up the Tier Three Exotic Beast for a while could still be done.

The Wastewater Element was a Water Element creature, composed of wastewater, and if bound by a big , it could turn into water flow to escape the bondage.

However, when escaping the bondage, the Wastewater Crystal Core hidden inside would be exposed.

Isn’t this a perfect opportunity?

Mo Jin’s speed was very fast. With the constant use of the Silk Spinning skill, a web bigger than Mo Qingchen was slowly taking shape.

This big web was densely woven, with holes about the size of an adult’s little finger, which matched his expectations.

"Very good, Jinjin, continue to weave such big s; I need at least ten of them!"

The silk spun by Mo Jin’s skill could exist for three hours. Once the time exceeded, the energy forming the silk would dissipate, and then the silk would dissolve and disappear by itself.

As time slowly passed, Mo Jin’s spinning speed became slower and slower. After ten big s were successfully woven, he was panting heavily and collapsed on the ground.

"Jinjin, you’ve worked hard. I’ll buy you some delicious snacks when we return this time."

Touching the soft body of the Unihorn Insect, Mo Qingchen took the ten big s to the edge of the passageway.

Avoiding the sight of the Wastewater Element, he fixed the big s at the entrance of the passageway, layering them up, blocking the entire entrance.

Then, he let Mo Jin use the Silk Spinning skill again to reinforce the edges.

After doing all this, Mo Qingchen waited for the Wastewater Element to come under the passageway where he was, and directly manipulated a Steel Black Jade Spike to shoot out.

The spike turned into a series of afterimages, under Mo Qingchen’s control, spinning rapidly and descending from the sky, easily breaking through the Wastewater Element’s defense, piercing holes into its body.

The Steel Black Jade Spike pierced back and forth, a constant "sizzling" sound resonating on the Wastewater Element, raising sprays of dirty water.

Unfortunately, the Wastewater Element’s body was formed of wastewater. The body had numerous holes, but they were filled by wastewater the next second, showing no damage at all.

The sound of flowing water, "Wow~
