Chen Guan tried to resist hearing and rembering the scripture recited by Epang, but he was powerless to do so.

The verses flowing from Epang’s lips were like the devil’s whispers, irresistibly drawing him in. No matter how much he struggled, every word was etched deeply into his mind.

As his brain absorbed the scripture, the primordial energy inside him began to circulate automatically, affecting his body to the point that it instinctively struck various poses.

These movents were bizarre and strange, mostly tasks that ordinary people would never perform, sowhat like yoga.

Chen Guan perford all sorts of strange motions on the ribbons, and the scene was inexplicably embarrassing.

“This is the dual cultivation technique!” After morizing a large portion of the content, Chen Guan suddenly realized that the scripture was similar to the dual cultivation thod he had seen in the underground crevice. It was definitely a dual cultivation path, but it was obviously different from the one on the stone wall in the crevice.

The dual cultivation thod on the stone wall was upright and not evil; it was a orthodox cultivation art where yin and yang nourished each other.

But the scripture Epang gave him was a thod that hard others for self-benefit—a technique that harvested yin to replenish yang, extrely sinister and evil.

As he absorbed more of the scripture, Chen Guan understood what Epang intended.

This wicked dual cultivation thod seed to benefit Chen Guan without harm, allowing him to quickly raise his level and primordial energy at others' expense.

But in reality, Chen Guan was rely making a wedding dress for Epang; the primordial energy he absorbed would ultimately be sucked away by her. She was the final beneficiary.

In short, Chen Guan was just a cauldron Epang used to absorb true energy.

“This is a yin-harvesting, yang-replenishing technique. Who exactly are you?” Chen Guan gritted his teeth and asked.

Epang giggled coquettishly, “You’re quite perceptive, but this is not just any yin-harvesting yang-replenishing technique; it is the supre ‘Joy Great thod’ that can bring one to ultimate bliss.”

At this mont, Epang seed completely unrestrained, smiling as she continued, “Once you master the Joy Great thod, you will naturally feel its benefits. From then on, even if I forbid you to practice, you will risk life and death to cultivate it with endless joy.”

“In the end, you will reap everything,” Chen Guan said through gritted teeth.

Epang floated forward with a smile and approached Chen Guan. She extended a finger to lift his chin, forcing his head up. With a faint smile, she said, “That depends on your performance. If you please well, I’ll reward you and not let your efforts be in vain.”

“Who exactly are you?” Chen Guan stared at her and asked.

“I am Consort Ming. From now on, I will be your only master,” Ming Consort said, lowering her jade-like head and pressing her red lips to Chen Guan’s.

Ribbons wove and crossed in the air, forming a birdcage-like space that bound their bodies within.

Chen Guan felt as if he were poisoned; his entire primordial energy uncontrollably surged toward Ming Consort, vying to flow into her.

Chen Guan knew he was at a life-and-death mont. If he completed the last stage of the Joy Great thod, he would beco Ming Consort’s cauldron and slave, turning into a lecherous flower thief despised by all.

Chen Xinghe was a great demon lord, but at least so considered him a heroic tyrant of an era.

If Chen Guan truly beca a vile man who only hard won, he felt he would be a worthless scum.

Besides, doing such a degrading thing and then making a wedding dress for others was absolutely unacceptable.

“What should I do?” Many thoughts flashed through Chen Guan’s mind. Finally, he steeled himself and forcibly activated the dual cultivation thod on the stone wall.

Now that he had no ability to resist, he could only hope that the dual cultivation secret technique, similar to the Joy Great thod, could disrupt it sohow. Even if it cost him dearly, he would not let Ming Consort succeed.

The dual cultivation thod was similar to the Joy Great thod but one was righteous and the other evil, not entirely the sa. Forcing the dual cultivation thod to operate succeeded. It made his primordial energy circulate in a way similar but subtly different from the Joy Great thod.

Ming Consort wanted to complete the last step of the Joy Great thod with Chen Guan, making him completely her cauldron after practicing the Joy scripture’s auxiliary scripture.

But halfway through, sothing felt wrong. She should have been absorbing all of Chen Guan’s true energy, taking whatever she wanted and then generously leaving so for Chen Guan.

But now it was different. Not only could Ming Consort not absorb Chen Guan’s true energy, but her own true energy was flowing into Chen Guan’s body.

Ming Consort realized sothing was wrong and tried to stop it, but it was too late. Her true energy flowed faster and faster, flooding into Chen Guan’s body.

“Emperor’s Command Scripture... impossible... I erased the Emperor’s Command Scripture left by the Ancestral Emperor... How could you possibly have it...” Ming Consort was horrified and desperate.

“The Epang Scripture on the July 15 Island is fake, all your setup, but is there really a cultivation thod created by the Ancestral Emperor?” Chen Guan suddenly understood.

“What creation of cultivation thods? What Ancestral Emperor? It’s all just rubbish plagiarized from others,” Ming Consort’s eyes flashed with resolve, “Even if I, as a spirit, am destroyed today, I will never allow you to live.”

A brilliant light shone from Ming Consort’s body as she forcibly separated from Chen Guan. Countless ribbons wrapped around Chen Guan’s body tighter and tighter, about to crush him. Bones cracked incessantly; no one knew how many had broken.

Ming Consort’s mouth also bled slightly. She was originally restrained and needed a cauldron as support to stabilize her body.

Now she was like a corrupted mystical spirit. Previously, she relied on the Great Black Heaven Demon Statue to survive, but that statue also suppressed and trapped her.

After shattering the Great Black Heaven Demon Statue, she had no support left and could only use the Joy Great thod to turn Chen Guan into her cauldron.

Now that the Joy Great thod failed, walking between heaven and earth in this state, every second of survival was trendous agony, beyond description even with a thousand cuts.

At this point, there was no other choice—killing Chen Guan and finding another cauldron was the only way out.

“What’s so great about the Ancestral Emperor? Just a king who destroyed a nation, yet still toyed with by ,” Ming Consort was furious, spewing curses. She grabbed the ribbons with her palm and pulled, attempting to strangle Chen Guan to death directly.

Shhh!

Suddenly, Ming Consort felt her hand lighten. She saw the ribbons entangling Chen Guan breaking apart inch by inch, turning into fragnts scattered on the ground.

Chen Guan’s body fell to the ground, blood spilling from his mouth as he coughed repeatedly, each cough bringing up a lot of fresh blood.

“Eternal Shadow!” Ming Consort looked at Chen Guan, but her expression changed. Chen Guan’s shadow seed to co alive, slowly standing up in front of him, staring at Ming Consort.
