“It is what is proper! No word or response! Months have gone by without any notice from my Father and Mother!!” — Already aware of what this could an Dina glared at the innocent servant that prodded in her wounds. Unable to accept what she already intuited. — “That is enough! Leave this mont!! I don’t want to see that aggravating face of yours anymore!!”

“! Y-yes, pardon milady.” — Quickly vacating the chambers of the young lady, Kelly left Dina by herself.

The al served before her eyes made Dina’s nose crawl up, disgusted and annoyed because of the bad taste being powerless conceived. Ultimately abandoning the sight, untouched and growing colder... for anxiety bothered her stomach and caused the nails to be nibbled. Aware that the servant’s motives were rightful and reasonable. For it was by her own mouth that Ewelina had learned of the fa her spouse possessed... and even if she laughed along the ladies she conversed and rumoured with about the High Noble... Dina feared his barbaric roots, for the stories about himself and those that ca before him were all disconcerting at the violence they use to employ in their slaughter.

‘... A man died short after they arrived...’ — She recalled pacing impatient and nervously around the small room she was given. Appropriate for her place in the Kingdom’s hierarchy. — ‘I heard the ladies talk of the savagery those wildn committed... He’s their lord, how more atrocious he ought to be!’

“I can’t go only to be killed... yet Mother and Father...!” — Pained by the terrible destiny her parents must have t, Dina’s heart ached. Biting her lips so tears would not form.

A restless night was spent by the woman. Hence, early in the morning, unconfident murmurs were let out while alone, contemplating uneasy if it was wise to intrude in the Archduke’s chambers demanding the answers she needed.

“Should I?... Yet what if it turns for the worse?” — Dina endlessly repeated, anxious as she was doubtful of the true danger the Archduke represented. For the step-sister she condemned was still alive unlike what she once believed and such was different to the conceptions the Archduke’s fa naturally gave birth in any Northern. — “Agh! How co she’s still alive?! She’s around and yet nothing I know of my parents!! What kind of mockery is this??!”

*Crash!*

Finally enraged, her frustration made her push down a tall chandelier, resounding like a heavy bell against the floor; thankfully extinct of flas as the night had passed and their light was no more needed.

Her impulse, made her stare overwheld at the fallen piece, listening to the silence after the ruckus that soon was broken by the servant already arriving to serve her master.

“M-Milady?! What has happened?! What was that noise?!”

“Shut the mouth!”

“??! M-Milady, yet-”

“I don’t want to hear your hysterical questions!!... Pick it up and don’t bother , Kelly.”

".... yes...."

Humble yet still feeling unfairly humiliated, Kelly followed orders silently, moving quickly so the young lady would not slash out on her out of the blue again; preparing the al the servant outside kept.

"Milady, your al is-"

"I can see it, just leave."

A slow bow was given by the servant who vacated Dina’s room so she would continue to contemplate the day that was to unfold.

Reticent, she sat at the table, eating small pieces while mumbling to herself her disclosures and preoccupations.

The servant was called once more after that, nonetheless.

Helping Dina to prepare her garnts, Kelly remained quiet and was dismissed shortly after by the woman who condescendingly ordered her around without granting a glance at the servant.

A tranquil mont was spent by Dina in the loneliness of her chambers, and it was after severe ponder that she stood from the boudoir to depart the room with determination to et the Archdukes and demand the explanations she needed.

‘It’s enough. I don’t care what may happen... I need to learn what beca of my parents.’ — The woman with clear certainty walked prominent through the corridors of the tower, crossing the square and gardens that led to the palace, where the Archdukes were guests.

“Where is the Archduke’s stance.” — She demanded from a servant once inside the palace.

“?... It is a floor above... to the west corridor... Nonetheless, who asks-”

“The Archduchess’s sister. How disrespectful for you to be ignorant of such.” — Aware that if not for using such an excuse the servant would ask her to leave the palace’s grounds, Dina glared with displeasure, turning on her feet to follow the directions given while flustered the servant asked forgiveness.

Nonetheless, it was near the chambers where the Archdukes rested that she noticed the door open naturally, yet instinctively hiding to see and listen to the famous barbarian’s voice.

Clearly unapproachable, the man who crossed the door had a glare engraved in his deanour, and with careful movent, the door was closed behind him. Coming threatening with his height and reputation to look at the guard and servant that had cautiously stayed silent to his sudden appearance.

“Don’t bother my woman. Not even peek inside.” — Aslak said, strongly convinced that any man would want to have a glimpse of the fair wife’s resting figure... which was solely his to have and enjoy.

“Yes, Your Illustrious Grace. Not a peek shall fall on Her Elegant Grace.”

The Guard and servant nodded solemnly, controlling the voice from trembling in agreent with what his nace demanded.

“... I’m off to et Jollveld. Tend to anything if she asks and inform .” — Aslak lastly instructed, hoping that if she was to wake up, the notice would co and an excuse would be forced to leave his cousin’s presence.

The man’s stomps felt heavy to those watching it, and so, Dina’s impulse was frozen in place as her eyes followed the path Aslak walked threateningly. Understanding the apprehension her servant had of an impulsive confrontation with such a famously savage Archduke.

"........"

Quietly, she watched the profile of the Archduke pass by her side, invoking a chill throughout her back, for she sensed the danger get imdiately stronger once he was closer.
