Kellen ended up inviting Brent and Casper, while also letting Gwen know of the planned dinner activities. Rhys invited Pala, Hill, Esper Blake, and forgoed Gunther for the ti being, as well as a few other mbers. For obvious reasons, Gunther and Casper couldn’t be in a room together.
Not until they had a mont to speak to Gunther about what was going on, and figure out what his thought process on the whole situation was. Kellen really didn’t like leaving sothing like this to...build, but they didn’t really have any other choice.
Casper was too fragile still from what he’d done, and Gunther still had traces of the bruise on his damn face. He was so proud of it, and it hurt Casper to even be near him right now. Kellen hadn’t even heard the whole story about what they had said to each other still, and Casper’s ntal health ca first in Kellen’s mind.
After all, Casper would impact Kellen more, and his Guides, whereas Gunther would impact the Espers, and Rhys more.
It was going to be a long, hard, awful conversation, and they just didn’t have the ti for it yet.
Either way, the call went out. Everyone was to et at Kellen’s apartnt door if they could make it, with just themselves or so alcohol if they wanted, but tell no one else where they were going.
This was mostly for Kellen’s Dad’s safety, but also so that Gunther didn’t find out. They really didn’t need that confrontation to happen right now.
Taylor took her ti getting herself packed up. So much so that Kellen’s Dad grew impatient and stord in, helping her until she had no excuses, he was close to swearing, and Taylor looked like a dog with her tail between her legs. Kellen couldn’t laugh at her.
He knew his ti was brewing. Taylor was just the appetizer. He was the main course.

Hill’s laughter filled their ears as soon as the elevator reached Kellen and Rhys’ floor. It was a good indicator that everyone else had arrived, and when they rounded the corner, it appeared that they were right.
Kellen’s Mom waved as she caught sight of everyone, and Kellen was happy to see that everyone was so excited to see them. Kellen himself felt a little nervous. He wasn’t excited to get torn into. He knew that whatever his parents had decided for him, would probably be equal, or worse to what Rhys had planned for him.
While Rhys hadn’t said anything, not really, and had kept his cool throughout this whole situation beyond the almost surging, Kellen could feel it like a lingering cloud around them. Kellen knew what they’d done in the car might have been a prelude to what Rhys had planned, or the man had sothing else entirely in store.
Kellen didn’t know if he should be excited, or worried. He was pretty sure it was a bit of both.
"Glad to see everyone made it!" Kellen’s Dad said, a smile on his face as he leaned against his wife for support. Hill grinned.
"Wouldn’t miss a chance like this." Hill said as Gwen moved forward and hugged both of her parents, and then turned and glared at Kellen.
"We have beef." She told him and Kellen groaned.
"Everyone? Everyone is mad at because of what soone else did?" Gwen narrowed her gaze.
"I’m mad not because of that." She stated firmly and Kellen felt baffled. What was she angry about then? Why would she throw a new worry at him? Kellen already had enough on his plate between his own emotions, Rhys’, and everyone else’s.
"Alright. I’m afraid you’ll have to get in line though, Everyone’s pissed at . Oh, except Charlie." Kellen muttered and Charlie nodded aggressively from behind him.
"I thought Guide Woods was very cool." Charlie said, giving a thumbs up with a wide smile. No one could be mad at such a young kid being so obvious about his happiness. Especially since most people here had been told about how he had been found, and why Kellen had recruited him.
Gwen’s lips twitched as she attempted to hold it together. She gave in, moving past her parents and Kellen to wrap her arm around Charlie’s shoulder.
"Awe. Well, I’m glad you liked it. Why did you think my idiot big brother was cool?" She asked and Kellen frowned, moving towards the door to unlock it. He had to let go of Rhys’ hand to do so, and he swore the man began to pout.
"Well, he’s just so...cool. I don’t know. I think Guide Woods has always been cool. I’ve seen a few of his press conferences, and I saw so of the coverage that the paparazzi used to catch of him too. He was always cool." Charlie muttered. "I didn’t ever think that I would be this close to him." He said sadly, before he gasped, turning to Gwen who had her arm around him. "O-Of course, you’re cool too, Esper Woods! Everyone is way cooler than ." Charlie exclaid and it was like the tension in the room dimd.
Charlie had a way of soothing everyone without even trying, and Kellen couldn’t help but chuckle to himself as the door opened. He was the first in, kicking off his shoes and lining them up before he slipped on his inside slippers. He frowned as he realised sothing.
"Rhys?" Kellen asked and Rhys, who had entered with him, paused.
"Yes, Kellen?" He replied, taking off his own shoes carefully and lining them up.
"Can you carry upstairs for a mont?" He asked and he watched as Rhys’ lips twitched up into a smile.
"Carry you up the stairs?" Kellen’s Mom said incredulously behind them and Kellen looked over his shoulder and nodded.
"Yeah. Stairs are the bane of my existence right now." Kellen told her and she furrowed her brows. Taylor, however, nodded.
"Oh good. I was worried you hadn’t found a work around that." She said and Rhys puffed up.
"I would never allow Kellen to hurt himself needlessly when I can be of service. Here, let carry you. Hand your cane off." Rhys told him, and Taylor took the ca from Kellen easily, a smirk on her lips.
"Don’t take too long upstairs you two." She teased, and Kellen felt his cheeks warm. Rhys chuckled.
"I don’t plan to do anything while all of you can hear. Kellen gets embarrassed easily." Rhys said confidently, wrapping his arms around Kellen and sweeping him up in his arms. Kellen held on tightly, wanting to get back at Taylor, but knowing he shouldn’t say anything to antagonize Rhys.
"Oh sure. You tell yourself that. Cap, can I have your key to bypass your code and grab so things from the apartnt next door?" Hill asked and Rhys turned from where he’d been about to head towards the stairs.
"It’s in my right upper pocket. Kellen, can you check and hand it to Hill? You’re wearing my jacket right now." Kellen flushed, patting the pockets before he found what he was looking for. He passed it over to Hill. "I haven’t changed the code yet. Was going to wait until Kellen’s parents moved in. I don’t have anything that anyone would want to steal in there anyways." Rhys said and Hill shook her head, smiling.
"Sure, you tell yourself that. Have fun upstairs, and we’ll see you shortly." Hill, Esper Blake, and Casper shuffled off to grab things from Rhys’ apartnt while Kellen and Rhys headed upstairs. The rest began to settle in downstairs. Brent was the first to collapse onto the couch, and Kellen felt his lips turn up and the way he was able to adapt easily, anywhere.
"What did you need upstairs?" Rhys asked carefully and Kellen sighed, pressing his head against Rhys’ shoulder as he carried him up the stairs. Feeling him move, his steady heartbeat against his ear soothed sothing inside of Kellen.
"I...I think I just wanted a mont alone. That, and I need a shirt." Kellen muttered and Rhys nearly tripped. He managed to catch himself before he cleared his throat.
"You wanted a mont alone?" Rhys repeated quietly and Kellen nodded.
"Yeah." Kellen admitted and Rhys let out a shaky sigh.
"Don’t make a liar, Kellen." Rhys grumbled and Kellen flushed.
"I didn’t make any kind of promise like that." Kellen muttered. "And it’s MY house. C-Can’t I...get so comfort from my pair when I want it in my own ho?" Kellen whispered quietly, his cheeks flaming.
"So you planned to have carry you upstairs and then have your wicked way with ?" Rhys asked carefully, keeping his breathing even but Kellen could hear how his heart was pounding under his ear. Kellen felt his lips turn up.
"I was thinking the closet would be a good place. It’s above the pantry." Kellen told him and Rhys exhaled.
"Gods, I fucking can’t with you." Rhys muttered, but it didn’t sound like he was upset. He sounded...excited. "What are we getting up to? Kisses? Heavy petting? How bad are we getting, Kellen?" Rhys asked and Kellen exhaled slowly as they made it to the landing and Rhys moved quickly into the bedroom.
"Uh, I kinda...I didn’t know what I wanted. Well, I want you to kiss , but I wasn’t really sure what else." Kellen admitted. That wasn’t quite true, but he wasn’t going to do that while his parents were around.
"I can see your little brain going. You did have a plan." Rhys accused and Kellen tucked his head against his throat. The door closed behind them without either of them touching it and Kellen chuckled. "I don’t want anyone walking in." Rhys told him firmly, making his way towards the closet.
"I understand. I don’t want anyone walking in either." Kellen said and Rhys chuckled. He gently bent, putting Kellen on his feet with careful intention. His hands ran over every inch of skin that Kellen had available to him. Kellen shivered.
"Now what were you thinking, Kellen?" Rhys asked quietly, staring down at him. Kellen, flushed, but also craving more of Rhys’ touch reached for Rhys’ belt buckle. Rhys’ eyes went wide.
"I-I really wanted to suck you off, but Taylor will yell at if I get on my knees." Kellen muttered. "I’ve been holding off. I really want..." Kellen swallowed. "I like feeling and tasting your cock." Kellen fiddled with the belt buckle and Rhys swallowed.
"H-Holy shit." Rhys whispered. "You’re right. I can’t in good conscious let you hurt yourself for my pleasure like that. It’s not the fun way that I want it to be, and we will get yelled at by Taylor. Can you...wait until tonight? I have a...an idea that will satisfy your needs." Rhys seed a little flustered.
"Oh really?" Kellen asked, turning his face up towards Rhys, excited, and Rhys eyes were gold. Just pure gold.
"Oh yeah. Can I do anything to tide you over? Kisses? You ntioned you wanted those." Rhys asked and Kellen glanced down. He was still playing with the belt buckle.
"Is there anything you need? I feel like you’ve been going along with whatever I wanted up until now. Is there sothing you need for , Rhys?" Kellen asked and Rhys closed his eyes slowly before he opened them. He raised his hands, wrapping them both around Kellen’s neck. He was holding the back of his head and neck, his thumbs rubbing against Kellen’s jaw.
"Oh sweetheart. Just hearing that you desire is enough to satisfy for now. I promise, I’m down for whatever you want. My needs, right now, are to fulfill yours." Kellen frowned.
"That doesn’t sound fair." Kellen muttered quietly and Rhys chuckled.
"Kellen, you want my cock in your mouth. I am going to do everything in my power to make that happen. Trust , that’s perfect for , alright? Now, do you want to get out a quick rub with in the closet while your parents are downstairs?"
