"Even if we freeze his cards, his friends will lend him enough money. So, he won’t have to sell his organs. Father was just angry and said those words. You don’t have to take them quite literally."

"Hmm," Mother Thorsen softened her attitude after hearing her older son’s words. "So, he went with his friends? Where exactly did he go?"

She changed the topic from her husband to her son, and he did not want anything more than that. So he nodded and looked at his son as well, "Yes. Where did that idiot go?"

"So place called Blue Whale Island. He had been talking about going there for over a year now. I heard that it’s very difficult to go there. A friend of his finally got the chance to visit the island, and he was taking all his close friends on a vacation," Martin said everything he knew.

"Hmph. If it is such a thing, then he could have told us before leaving. Why did he run away from ho? Tell the truth, are you lying to us?" Karl asked in doubt.

Martin’s lips twitched. "Father, am I such a person?"

"Of course, you are not the person to lie. But you are the person to defend his young brother in everything." Karl said with a straight face.

"..." Martin had no reply to his father’s words. He took a deep breath before saying, "Did you forget that you grounded him a few days ago? You wouldn’t let him leave the house, and you did not listen to his words either. So, he escaped. I am really not lying."

"Oh. I rember that did happen," Karl nodded. It was a usual occurrence in the family to ground Marvin. So, he doesn’t even rember when he grounded his younger son this ti or why he did that.

"Now that he’s left, just let him be. Let’s ground him for two months when he is back," Karl casually waved his hand.

Seeing his perfunctory attitude, Mother Thorsen and Martin were speechless. He was the one who got angry, and now he was the one who did not care either.

Karl did not care about their thoughts, and he casually changed the topic, "Have you seen Helena?"

Martin smiled softly at the ntion of his sister, whom he had never t officially, and nodded, "Yes. But I did not et her. I just saw her from afar."

Karl sighed and nodded, "That’s better. That girl did say she did not want to have any connection with us. She is as stubborn as your aunt. What could we do?"

Martin nodded, "Yes. That’s why I did not et her. I think she does not know my identity either. She looked like she did not recognize when our eyes t a couple of tis."

"Hmm. That makes sense. We never t face to face with the girl. She might have avoided any topics regarding us when she heard our nas as well. She wanted to support her mother by doing that. We can’t bla her for this either." Karl said.

"Of course, I don’t bla her. Why would I? From the way she rejected eting us, I could already understand what type of person she is. I am proud of such a sister. How could I bla her?" Martin said.

"Sigh! But we couldn’t even attend her wedding. I really wanted to see her and shower her with love and gifts for her wedding, but I knew she wouldn’t like us to, and we all had to stay back. I wonder how such a little girl could have gone through her wedding without her mother by her side." Mother Thorsen sighed in sadness when they talked about Helena.

Karl hugged her shoulders and comforted her. The topic of Helena’s mother’s demise turned the house into an arena of gloom.

No one could anymore. "Sister. We couldn’t even see her one last ti." Mother Thorsen lightly sobbed in her husband’s arms.

She and her sister-in-law had been good friends since they were young. She was really sad to know about her demise.

Karl continued to rub her arm to soothe her. Neither he nor Marvin spoke a word.

Blue Whale Island

"This way, Madam. This is your room. Call us through the internal line if you need sothing." The hotel waiter placed Helena’s luggage in her room and said respectfully.

"Thank you," Helena smiled.

She closed the door and looked at her room. She went to the window and opened the curtains, revealing the French window. The view outside was spectacular, showcasing the beauty of the blue seas.

She opened the windows and stepped foot on the wooden porch to enjoy the breeze.

She took a deep breath.

The air slled salty and fishy. But she felt relaxed.

She was alone, with no one in her sight. But she did not feel lonely. Instead, she felt very relaxed and relieved.

Since her mother’s accident, she had not spent a single mont like she did now.

First, it was her mother’s death.

Then it was her father’s coercion to marry.

Next was Vernon’s act at their wedding.

Then they went to City B to rest her mother’s ashes.

Then ca Vernon’s talk about the divorce.

After that was the anniversary party of the Jefferys.

Next was her DNA test with rlin and the results.

Last but not least were the Seventh Prince and Ethan’s actions.

She really felt overwheld by everything that had happened in the last month in her life.

Thankfully, the DNA test results ca back positive, and one of her major troubles was solved. That should be considered the best thing that happened during her tough tis.

She took her phone out and looked at it. As they had expected before, there were no signals. She threw the phone inside her room carelessly. It landed perfectly on her large bed and even bounced a couple of tis, but it was still safe without any trouble. She turned back to look at the blue sea.
