The main reason was that this mutated Hand-to-Hand Combat Master skill would reduce the lee attack power bonus when there was equipnt on the hands and only boost it when being unard.
Although theoretically Zhang Yanhang was always in a usual ’unard’ state during close combat, as he had no weapons in his hands, relying solely on his fists to attack enemies,
