The arrow that flew towards the golden zombie turned into dust, and Li Ming reluctantly put down his empty arrow bag.
He had only brought a little over a hundred arrows this ti, and now they were all gone.
He then picked up the porcupine quills from the side.

Li Ming squinted at the golden zombie looming before him, a surge of Five Elents energy welling up in his hand.
This energy massed rapidly in front of him, mingling the mysterious patterns of the Five Elents interaction in a way that emitted a terrifying aura of destruction.
Originally, Li Ming planned to reserve so energy for a Five Elents shield. But after considering the multiple layers of snake armor adorning his body, he boldly committed all his Five Elents energy to the attack.
As his body flooded with power, it seed as though all of the elental forces around him were drawn towards him, causing the dazzlingly variegated light before him to twist and shimr with increasingly terrifying fluctuations.
After making these preparations, Li Ming gazed at the golden zombie with a savage smile, suddenly accelerating towards it.
The golden zombie was no longer wasting its unique energy power. Its eyes shimred with a spark of intelligence as it rely watched Li Ming, intent on figuring out his ploy.
Not until Li Ming was charging towards it, within five ters, did he unleash the Five Elents Divine Thunderbolt in his hand, its fearso power hurtling towards the golden zombie.
"BOOM!!"
An intense silence followed, the air around them rippling imnsely before the golden zombie finally realized this wasn’t a trial attack, and it howled in anger, conjuring a grand surge of golden energy.
Within sight, a confrontation of gold and multicolored brilliance violently clashed.
In an instant, the multicolored light devoured the golden energy, ruthlessly engulfing the golden zombie in its entirety.
When the dust settled, all that remained before Li Ming was a decapitated zombie body, its cranium partially shattered, a golden orb embedded within, and only its backbone remaining intact.
"So you thought I would wait for you to attack without preparing a powerful skill?"
Five ters away, Li Ming lifted the bone spear made from a monstrous snake, a sneering smile curling at the corner of his mouth: "Despicable zombie. How could you not detect such an obvious ploy? Even if you couldn’t sense the energy fluctuations, shouldn’t you have conjured a defense barrier? You might not have died so quickly then."
"If you can’t even figure this out, then you really are stupid."
As he taunted, Li Ming swiftly gathered all his strength onto the spear in his hand and, with a swift turn, thrust it forward.
"Ssss-"
With the fusion of his true energy and physical strength onto the bone spear, he unleashed an intense strike towards the golden zombie’s head.
"Just like right now. You think I’m going to chat with you? I’m just waiting for the cooldown to reset with the true energy."
He bellowed as the bone spear plunged into the remaining half of the golden zombie’s skull. The resistance was imnse as if piercing through tal, but under his ferocious strength, this half of the skull at last crumbled under Li Ming’s assault.
In the crucial mont, Li Ming noticed a surge of golden energy welling up from the four limbs of the zombie corpse. Without a mont to react, the energy violently shot out.
Fast!
Too fast to react!
Li Ming’s pupils dilated as he watched the energy slam into the snake scale armor adorning his body.
"Bang-"
The might of this blow impaled the golden zombie’s brain, ejecting its golden orb. As the force resisting his command to take the orb dissipated, the last ounce of life ebbed away from the golden zombie as it fell to the ground.
Li Ming quickly glanced downwards, somberly touching his chest.
Under the scan of his mind, he found that the several layers of the snake scale armor on his body had been heavily damaged by the golden energy, leaving a deep red mark on his chest.
That was close.
This golden zombie’s dying counterattack had nearly pierced through his defenses!
"I didn’t expect that a zombie would require to exert all my strength and skills to kill."
Li Ming quickly consud so of the snake at he carried, sat on the ground, and began to rapidly recover his energy. When he felt nearly replenished, he finally looked at the golden orb in his hand.
