"It’s actually using my treasure!"
Li Ming felt an innate connection to the jade-handled iron sword and the bronze tripod from the first ti he saw them. Now that he saw this golden zombie using his treasure, he could no longer bear it.
"Well done, golden zombie, you’ve found a way to your death!"
Li Ming’s lips curled into a grin, using a joking tone to relieve so pressure. His eyes focused, and he bolted up and quickly scaled up a nearby tall building.
"Squeak~"
The mutant tal crossbow quickly loaded its bolt. Li Ming settled on the rooftop, and the crossbow already aid at the golden zombie on the roof of another building.
"Whoosh!!"
The mont he aid, the string was released. A sharp bone arrow shot out at great speed, leading the attack.
"Whistle~"
The terrifying kinetic energy caused the arrow to break the speed of sound. The explosive sound echoed in his ears, but the arrow had already struck the golden zombie with a ferocious impact.
In the critical mont, the golden zombie sensed the danger and turned around, but the bone arrow had already harshly struck him.
"Clang!"
Just like a hamr hitting a bronze bell, this powerful bone arrow struck the golden zombie and it felt as if it had hit steel. It failed to pierce through!
"An iron defense capability?"
Li Ming frowned, and the very next mont, his hands blurred as he quickly loaded arrows into the crossbow. Three bone arrows and five steel arrows were fired consecutively.
"Roar~~"
The golden zombie let out a bell-like roar. A golden energy burst out from its body, incredibly fast, and it crushed every fired arrow in mid-air.
"Energy projection? Along with such sharp tal control? Is this the application of tal Energy?"
Far away on a tall building, Li Ming’s eyes flickered as he watched this scene. He then narrowed his eyes and suddenly fired more than a dozen arrows.
"Hiss hiss hiss..."
More than a dozen mutant tal arrows, as dynamic as thunder, as unstoppable as bamboo wood, shattered the solid concrete rooftop like tofu. In the center, the golden zombie rely stared blankly at Li Ming, not attacking the arrows that hadn’t hit him.
"No response, can’t it control them?"
Li Ming’s eyebrows twitched, then thought for a mont, judging that as unlikely, and waited for a while.
The next mont...
"Whoosh whoosh whoosh..."
More than ten steel arrows were suddenly shot from the opposite direction. Li Ming clearly saw these arrows being controlled and shot back by the golden zombie.
"It really has the power to control tal."
Li Ming easily dodged the incoming arrows, his brows furrowed as he regretfully lay down the godlike weapons, the mutant tal spear and sword on the rooftop.
After so thought, he placed all the drills and tal spikes, plus various animal teeth, on the ground, and kept only a pair of strange snake fangs and a huge snake bone spear. Additionally, he wore a set of snake-scale armor.
"If this fellow’s defense is so strong, and I can’t use my two mutant tal weapons, then ordinary mutated beast teeth and spikes can’t cause any harm."
Li Ming thought quietly in his heart, resisting the urge to ponder further.
In that case, all the parts of the mutated beasts he had earlier couldn’t be used, and only the items from the strange snake could be used nominally.
"Despite being attacked, it doesn’t want to take a step away from its original position. It seems that this fellow values those two treasures more than its own life."
Having made these preparations, Li Ming looked up at the golden zombie, which was still standing in place, and couldn’t help but think to himself.

Li Ming ward up by looking at it, not moving at all, and a smile flashed across his lips. He then picked up the mutant tal crossbow beside him and continuously shot the prepared arrows toward the golden zombie.

The Golden zombie kept roaring, each arrow shot in its proximity was controlled by its power and shot back, but Li Ming easily dodged them.
However, the difference was that every attack from the golden zombie consud its energy, while Li Ming, relying on his crossbow, used far less energy than it.
In fact, the energy he used up didn’t even match up to his recovery speed, almost negligible. But the sa wasn’t the case for the golden zombie.
The mutant tal crossbow’s power was strong, added to the fact that Li Ming directly aid at its body. Either it had to consu energy to block, take the hit standing still, or evacuate the area.
But in the event that it didn’t want to leave, didn’t it only have the option to tough it out?
"Whoosh whoosh..."
"Thump thump thump..."
The continuous arrows whistled through the air. Between the power of the crossbow and the golden zombie’s counterattacks, the space between the two buildings seed terrifyingly akin to a shooting range - the wind was endlessly roaring.
Li Ming calmly shot one arrow after another, while the golden zombie was frequently consuming energy. Gradually, the golden zombie beca more and more irritable.
"Roar!"
After three hours of enduring, the golden zombie finally, in its fury, no longer tried to shoot the tal arrows back but decided to destroy every single one of them.
"Rustle rustle rustle..."
Each arrow was crushed by the golden energy as it neared the zombie. However, Li Ming calmly shot one arrow after another, until the last arrow was fired.
