Throughout his movent, every step he took would transform the trampled snow into water to bear his weight, first absorbing the impact from Li Ming’s landing to ease the pressure on his legs. And then, when he propelled himself forward, this water would gather into a Water Energy force to assist him. This allowed Li Ming to cover a greater distance with the sa amount of effort.
Even underneath the snow layer, the soil teed with Earth Energy, constantly flowing within his perception. Regrettably, since Li Ming was walking on the snow’s surface without making contact with the earth beneath, he was unable to harness this turbulent Earth Energy.
"After breaking through once, I can directly mobilize the Five Elents energy from the environnt. Indeed, the difference is substantial."
Li Ming was moving forward while experiencing this sensation, and a smile involuntarily crossed his lips.
Before his breakthrough in Five Elents superpower, he could at best manipulate physical entities containing Five Elents energy, such as water, soil, tal, wood, and fire, not the Five Elents energy directly.
These entities contain energy, yet that doesn’t an that it was possible to control them using the intensity of his superpower prior to the breakthrough.
But after the breakthrough, everything quickly improved. Li Ming could handle not only the physical forms of the Five Elents but also manipulate the Five Elents energy directly, which significantly amplified the Five Elents power he could master.
Before his breakthrough, the amount of energy he could output was limited to his internal reserves. But after his breakthrough, for each unit of energy output from within, he could control ten units of energy from the environnt, thus greatly increasing his combat power.
For this reason, Li Ming didn’t hesitate any longer. He chose to give it a try while the Five Elents were fully present!
"With Dahei and Ahuang guarding the house, it should be safe."
A thought like this crossed his mind, and Li Ming hurried forward even more swiftly.
With each step he took, the snow beneath would instantly vanish, dispersing into pure Water Energy, scattered between heaven and earth.
As his telekinetic sense took in his surroundings, everything around was blanketed by a white expanse, with only this single color left between heaven and earth.
Regarding this monstrous snake that Liu Minghui and Lin Yu had described as extrely terrifying, Li Ming also viewed it with great emphasis, carefully scanning his surroundings without any slightest slackness as he progressed.
Like this, he kept venturing and exploring until half an hour later, when Li Ming abruptly halted.
"The monstrous snake..."
Li Ming looked ahead; the rolling snowfield under the sunlight reflected gleaming white light, and a patch of woods blocked his view in the middle, obscuring his vision.
But under his telekinetic scan, a giant snake the size of a small mountain was lying flat on the ground.
It seed to be in deep sleep, its terrifyingly massive body shrouded in a layer of shimring snow. It was so enormous, resembling a small mountain.
Any ordinary person passing by would undoubtedly notice its silhouette, as such an enormous and terrifying body could truly be mistaken as a mountain.
Still, Li Ming’s telekinesis clearly detected it. Though invisible to the naked eye, under the outline of his telekinetic power, everything was crystal clear.
"There’s definitely more potential with telekinesis..."
As Li Ming pondered over the feedback from his telekinetic sense, a sudden idea crossed his mind - Was it possible to attack souls directly using telekinesis?
This thought flashed across his mind and remained, causing Li Ming’s eyes to glow brightly.
If he could develop this ability...
"Hm, now is not the ti to think about this."
Li Ming took a deep breath, sensing the giant snake five kiloters away. He carefully preserved his aura and stealthily approached.
"Ssshh..."
Every move Li Ming made was minimal. He even forwent the use of Five Elents energy so as not to alert the creature, relying solely on his legs to travel.
His telekinesis absorbed all the sounds produced by trudging through the snow along the way, as Li Ming continuously moved closer to this monstrous snake.
His surroundings were covered in snow, but Li Ming didn’t feel the cold. To his current physical strength, such temperature rely felt akin to a fan blowing in sumr, rely mildly cool.
The monstrous snake seed to be in deep sleep, but Li Ming continued to be cautious. The special weapons he made with his telekinesis were already spread out and ready, charged at a distance.
To deal with this giant snake, apart from the two fifty-pound large needles he had forged from special tal, he had also prepared a lot of steel bars and crowbars to serve as telekinetic weapons. Against such a gigantic creature, these should be exceptionally lethal.
His telekinesis had evolved to the point where he could keep an eye on every detail of his opponent, even from a distance. Still, Li Ming remained careful. He cautiously moved several kiloters ahead until his field of vision finally broadened, and the sight of a terrifying mountain of scales ca into clear view.
Li Ming’s body involuntarily hesitated for a mont, finding the visual shock of witnessing such a massive creature with his own eyes even more astonishing than sensing it with his ntal power.
After pausing montarily, Li Ming imdiately sprang into action, fixing his gaze on the gigantic serpent in front of him.
`A third of the snake’s body...`
Li Ming’s ntal power probed the creature’s body with clarity.
It is often said that a snake is vulnerable seven inches below its head, but would that rule apply to such a terrifying serpent?
"This snake is getting so close to the base, it may be planning to attack," he thought.
Li Ming’s eyes narrowed slightly as he recalled Liu Minghui’s statent about a chance encounter.
A sudden thought crossed his mind — the snake had been attempting to overco its fear of humans by spending ti near the city, studying humans to ease its own fears while planning an attack.
In such a frigid and barren environnt, humans might be the most readily available food source...
Otherwise, how could one explain its lengthy absence, only to find it lurking so close to the city?
If it were fond of humans, it wouldn’t have fled in fear initially; rather, it would have reacted amicably. Liu Minghui and Lin Yu managed to accommodate Ahuang – surely, they could also accommodate other mutant beasts that harbour good intentions towards humans...
As several ideas flashed across Li Ming’s mind and he reconciled that there was no chance of taming the creature, his resolve solidified.
The crucial point is, he didn’t possess any beast-taming skills.
Combatting a cold-blooded creature with the sa tactics used for controlling Big Black and Ahuang seed fanciful to Li Ming...
"Although its size is massive, its aura isn’t that powerful..."
With narrowed eyes, Li Ming could sense the energy fluctuations emanating from the snake, which were no stronger than his own. Seeing the sun overhead, he quickly made a decision.
To strike while the snake was still instinctively affected by the cold.
He would strike first.
"Phew~"
Li Ming slowly exhaled. A rainbow of colors flashed through his eyes, and in the next mont, the Five Elents Energy within his body surged forth. Accompanying this was the external Five Elents Energy being drawn in and controlled.
The Five Elents Energy undulated rhythmically: The Fire Energy derived from the sun hanging in the sky, the Water Energy on the ground, the Wood Energy undulating around, the Earth Energy underfoot, and the tal Energy contained within the earth...
Threads of Five Elents Energy were constantly amassing from the surrounding environnt, their colored lights swirling. In a split second, the explosive energy of the combined Five Elents increased exponentially.
"Boom~"
A faint rumbling sound reverberated from ahead. The strange serpent seed to be affected by the dramatic energy fluctuations and was slowly waking up.
Li Ming’s expression changed slightly. Gritting his teeth, he amplified his output, furiously harnessing the surrounding Five Elents Energy. He also integrated the force of the destructive Five Elents Thunder into his ntal weapons, greatly enhancing their destructive power.
"Phew..."
A sound, resembling the workings of a large bellows, originated from the direction of the serpent, a sign that the creature was beginning to stir.
In just a fleeting mont, there were signs that the strange serpent was about to awaken!
Li Ming clenched his teeth, recognizing there was no more ti to wait. Seeing that the python was about to get up and recalling its ability to fly, he decisively took action.
"Shhh!!"
The sound of iron spears piercing the air echoed from above. Dozens of weapons, infused with the power of the Five Elents Thunder, simultaneously targeted the serpent’s vulnerable spot seven inches below its head.
"Hah!"
With a resounding cry, Li Ming launched forward. The destructive Five Elents Thunder within him turned into a radiant burst of five-colored light, converging and slamming into the heart of the python with destructive force.
"Hiss!!!!"
