Liu Minghui chuckled and chid in, then when ntioning the strange snake, his expression beca extrely serious: "We have tried before, using all of our abilities to attack, but it only managed to cause a raised scale. However, it did not result in any damage or loss of a single scale of the snake."
"Fortunately, this snake seems to have been injured by soone before, so it’s quite timid. The attacks from and old Liu did not cause any damage, but it was enough to scare it off. Liu Minghui said seriously, he evidently attached great importance to the strange snake.

To cultivate true energy effectively, one’s physical health must not be neglected.
Additionally, true energy provides great enhancent to the body and one can gain superhuman strength, like tearing steel apart, and moving around with the agility depicted in martial arts films!
To recover true energy after it’s fully consud, it only requires the absorption of the energy from the natural surroundings. However, one needs to transform their vital energy for it to increase, hence, it recovers quickly but is challenging to increase in amount.
The true energy cultivated seems to crave the energy from the surroundings after it has been used up, making it easy to absorb. But once it reaches a stabilized state, it lacks this characteristic, making it hard to increase.
However, not all recovery depends on the energy from the surroundings. Vital energy must also be consud, just that it’s only half of what is used for increase in amount.
"Even if our skills develop into greater strengths later, we can’t just waste them carelessly, otherwise, once it’s all used up, we may have to start from scratch. Wanting to regain our previous capabilities would be similar to starting all over again."
On the day of their discussion, Lin Yu personally tested out the feeling of having his true energy drained and only managed to recover after 7 hours, then he couldn’t help but speak to the others.
