Is man more influenced by his inherent nature when making decisions, or are they more swayed by the environntal influence and the shocks of events on his spirit?

If it was always calm, living a bland life, Zhou Manman might occasionally have so ideas but would not easily choose to do anything with other n.

But in a sudden change, life, food, status, personality... no aspect is left untouched, suppressed, challenged, insulted.

Under the upheaval, suddenly soone she can hold on to appears. On one hand, there is the possibility of escaping from the bottom, escaping from the current environnt, living a comfortable life like before the apocalypse, or even more comfortable.

On the other hand, they have to bear the status of the bottom in a broken place, under all sorts of oppression and control, have to farm every day, and even cannot guarantee their life safety for a lifeti.

In the face of all this, it was no wonder that Zhou Manman eventually yielded to the inner temptation.

"He said it’s fine, but he hopes you could offer him so benefits, as a reward for handing over to you,"

Zhou Manman spoke with trembling voice during the process.

Li Ming was too strong, she never dread of such a feeling, and her words were inevitably a bit awkward.

"Three hundred kilos of food, and give him a minor managerial role."

Li Ming nodded and didn’t care about this, he casually said.

"Good, that’s good enough."

Zhou Manman breathed a sigh of relief, drop by drop from her forehead.

At this ti, the relationship between them didn’t matter anymore, it was just hard to let go, and now that there were benefits, everything was easy to say.

While Li Ming was willing to pay for her, a young fantasy object, she naturally had to seize the opportunity and leave here.

The corridor beca calm after a round of passion.

Zhou Manman quickly cleaned up, then happily clung to Li Ming, let him help her tidy up her clothes, and then took her ho for dinner.

After lunch, Zhou Manman went back first. Li Ming, after a nap, found Wan Fang to handle the matter, and asked his parents to pay attention and notify him if anything went wrong.

His parents had survived in this environnt for so long and have their own rules. Li Ming was reassured.

In the process, when picking up things, Li Ming saw Zhou Manman coming over with a man who was brimming with smile, he realized that was her husband, and imdiately told Wan Fang to give him a minor post, confirming the matter.

After the matter was settled, the man’s eyes glead. When Wan Fang took him to familiarize himself with the procedure, he imdiately had Zhou Manman accompany Li Ming for a while, then turned and left with Wan Fang.

If you want to establish an orderly and normal base, naturally everything has to be regulated. The rules are still those before the apocalypse, but those that do not fit the current environnt have been eliminated, and all kinds of institutions have been greatly simplified accordingly.

Wan Fang was a forr small leader and a young man. He was naturally familiar with these things. This was why Li Ming trusted him. After all, young people are not likely to beco corrupt.

When the work was done, Zhou Manman and her husband went ho first. Li Ming, seeing that everything in the base was almost as he wanted it to be, went ho too.

Before returning, he had soone carrying several sacks of food to Zhou Manman’s doorstep, knocked on the door. Zhou Manman and her husband stepped out.

Li Ming handed the food to him, and then without saying anything, pulled Zhou Manman away and drove her ho while leaving the rest to others. He went ho and spent the afternoon.

This afternoon, Zhou Manman was so happy that she couldn’t close her mouth. As far as she could tell, the environnt and life she sought after had finally arrived with this busy afternoon!

That night, she fell asleep with a slow happiness.

Li Ming didn’t rush to sleep, but went to his parents’ house first.

"Dad, mom, have you gone to bed?"

He knocked on the door and asked softly, and soon the door opened, revealing Li Chengshu and Liu Jianyun who had just taken a bath and were feeling refreshed.

"Co in quickly."

Seeing Li Ming, Li Chengshu knew he had sothing to say, so he let him in first, then closed the door, sat in front of Li Ming with Liu Jianyun in the living room.

"What is it, son? Your surreptitiousness makes it seem like a very important matter."

Once seated, Li Chengshu looked at Li Ming and opened his mouth questioningly.

"You’ve been off for a couple of days, you’ve wanted to say sothing but have been holding back right? What has been bothering you for so long?"

Liu Jianyun also chid in on the side, her eyebrows furrowed as she looked at her son.

A father knows his child better than anyone else, they had noticed early on Li Ming’s hesitation about giving them the power crystals but afraid it might not be the right ti. They didn’t ask about it, considering their son had his reasons for it and so had been holding back.

Now that Li Ming ntioned it, they naturally stopped holding back.

"It might be hard to believe when spoken out, but so things are rather unbelievable in their nature."

Li Ming smiled; he wasn’t surprised by his parents’ guess. As he spoke, he took out two crystals from his pocket.

"What is this? Is this the surprise you’ve prepared for us?"

Li Chengshu frowned as he looked at the object in Li Ming’s hand and questioned.

A glance isn’t enough to see its beauty. Liu Jianyun had doubts in her heart, but she held her peace. She only looked at Li Ming, intending to hear out what the son wanted to say after calling them so solemnly since coming back.
