A middle-aged man shouted, "WE SUPPORT BOSS SU!"

And just like that, the crowd erupted.

"WE SUPPORT BOSS SU!"

"JUSTICE FOR BOSS SU!"

So people were so angry, they actually picked up eggs, no one knew where they got them, and threw them at the stage.

One egg flew through the air and hit the side of the stage, splashing near Wei Xin’s foot.

The sll was horrible. Rotten.

Wei Xin scread and tried to wipe it off, her face full of disgust.

"What kind of base is this?! How dare you throw things at ?! I’m the mother of your leader!"

But no one believed her anymore.

"She’s lying!"

"She’s just trying to get money!"

"Boss Su is too kind! She doesn’t need people like that!"

Another egg flew, and this ti it hit Wei Xin’s shoulder.

She shrieked again, covering her face.

Qin Feng didn’t move.

He stood there like a guard, cold and unshaken.

Su Jiyai finally stepped forward. Her expression was still calm, but her voice was cold.

"I didn’t say anything earlier because I didn’t want to ruin this day," she said. "But I’ll say it now. I am no longer part of the Su family."

Her voice echoed across the base.

"I don’t know you," she said, staring straight at Wei Xin. "All I rember is an adoptive parent who forced to join the army in her real daughter’s place. Her real daughter had powers. I didn’t. But they still sent ."

The crowd gasped.

People began whispering to each other again, shocked.

"She sent a powerless girl into the army?!"

"That’s like sending soone to die!"

"Is that even legal?!"

Just then, a voice shouted from the crowd, loud and full of emotion.

"She’s telling the truth!"

Everyone turned to look. It was Xi Ziang.

He stepped forward slowly, eyes locked on Su Jiyai.

"I was her roommate once," he said.

Gasps filled the room again.

Xi Ziang looked at Su Jiyai with guilt in his eyes.

"I never knew the truth until your death," he said. "Her parents had accused her of beating and abusing them."

He paused, voice shaking a little.

"I thought she was ungrateful back then... like they said. But now I know. It wasn’t like that. They lied. They pushed her into the army instead of their real daughter. And they knew Su Jiyai had no powers. It was like... sending her to die."

The crowd was stunned.

So people looked horrified. Others looked furious.

Xi Ziang clenched his fists.

"And after she joined the army and made a na for herself, they ca back. Not to apologize. Not to care for her. But to take her money. They demanded her army salary. They even told she was unfilial, that she didn’t care about her parents."

He turned toward the stage, looking straight at Wei Xin.

"But I was wrong. I was completely fooled."

Then he turned back to Su Jiyai, bowing slightly.

"I’m sorry," he said. "Truly sorry. After you died... I tried to find out more. And what I found shocked . Your family, they weren’t even your real family."

"I know." Su Jiyai was calm and collected.

Xi Ziang’s next words dropped like a bomb.

"They were adoptive parents. And worse, when you were just five years old, they secretly transplanted your bone marrow into their real daughter, Su Yun."

The crowd exploded with shock.

Even Su Jiyai looked stunned. "That’s... not possible. I don’t rember any surgery like that."

Xi Ziang nodded.

"You wouldn’t. They tricked you. Told you that you were sick and needed to stay in the hospital. You believed them. But what they really did was steal your bone marrow. You were in pain because of the surgery."

Su Jiyai’s eyes widened. A long-forgotten mory ca back, her lying in a hospital bed, crying, her arms aching, and Wei Xin telling her,

"You’re just sick. Be strong."

She had believed it.

All her life, she believed it.

Until now.

She gritted her teeth and stared at Wei Xin, her whole body trembling.

But Xi Ziang wasn’t done.

"That’s not all. After your death, I went to visit your so-called parents, thinking they would need consolent. And when I was about to leave, I overheard them talking."

He looked around at the crowd and said loudly:

"They were receiving 500,000 yuan every month for raising you. It was supposed to be for your care, your food, your education, everything. But they never gave you anything."

More gasps. Angry shouting rose from the crowd.

"They stole from a child?!"

"They’re worse than monsters!"

Xi Ziang raised his hand for silence.

"I talked to the orphanage director. The one who placed Su Jiyai for adoption. He told there were two conditions. One: the adopting family must have at least a 10% DNA match, a real blood connection. Two: they’d get money, but it must be spent on the child."

He looked at Su Jiyai again.

"But the Su family lied. They forged the DNA test using special thods. They just wanted your bone marrow. And your money."

The crowd went wild.

People were shouting. Screaming.

"This is too much!"

"Boss Su was betrayed since she was five?!"

"They should be arrested!"

Su Jiyai took a deep breath, but her hands were clenched so tightly her knuckles turned white.

She slowly turned her head toward Wei Xin.

Wei Xin was shaking.

"No... no, it’s not true... this is slander..." she muttered, backing away.

But her eyes were full of fear.

She never thought the truth would co out.

Now everyone was looking at her like she was the villain in a drama — and this ti, she couldn’t deny it.

Soone in the crowd shouted, "LIAR!"

Another yelled, "MONSTER!"

A third voice scread, "THIEF!"

Suddenly, another rotten egg flew from sowhere in the crowd.

It hit Wei Xin right in the chest.

She scread and stumbled back, trying to wipe it off, but her face was full of panic now.

"Stop! I’m her mother! I raised her!"

But no one believed her anymore.

Su Jiyai stood tall, her voice cold as ice.

"You didn’t raise . You used . You stole from . You never loved , and now, I want nothing to do with you."

She stood straight like a mountain, calm and proud.

Then she added in a steady voice, "But I’m not like you. I won’t hurt you the way you hurt . I’ll show rcy."

The crowd was silent, listening carefully.

"You are no longer welco here," Su Jiyai said. "Throw her out."

And just like that, Wei Xin was gone.

One second she was on the stage, and the next, she disappeared with a loud whoosh of air.

Everyone turned to look at the gates where Wei Xin was suddenly dropped outside the base, landing in the dirt with a thud. She looked confused and terrified.

The crowd erupted again, but this ti with cheers.

"BOSS SU!"

"She’s too kind! I would’ve done worse!"

"She still showed rcy to that snake?! She’s amazing!"

People clapped and whistled, cheering for Su Jiyai like she was their hero.

But none of them noticed the tiny flick of her finger just monts before Wei Xin vanished.

Because while they all thought she had been kicked out for good, sothing else had happened.

Qin Feng, standing silently beside Su Jiyai, had caught her signal.

The mont she gave it, he snapped his fingers with a faint click.

Wei Xin, who had just landed outside the base, disappeared again.

This ti, she was teleported into a hidden basent. It was dark, cold, and silent. This secret place was made by Su Jiyai long ago, just in case she needed it one day.

And today was that day.

But above ground, no one knew what had happened. Everyone just believed she was gone for good.

Back on stage, Su Jiyai remained calm, but her brother, Qiang Zhi, stood frozen near the side.

He had watched everything. Every word, every mont. And now, his heart was full.

He looked at Su Jiyai with wide, teary eyes.

First, he felt angry. Angry that soone could treat his sister like that.

Then, he felt sad. Sad that they had both suffered so much. Alone. In silence.

With tiny steps, he walked up to Su Jiyai and quietly hugged her waist.

Su Jiyai blinked, surprised, then smiled warmly. She leaned down and hugged him back gently.

"You’re truly cute," she said with a chuckle. "What do you want right now?"

Qiang Zhi shook his head, sniffling. "I don’t want anything. I just want to hug you."

Her heart softened like lted snow.

She gently patted his head. "You’re so clingy today," she teased with a smile. "Are you sure you’re not hungry? Want to cook?"

But Qiang Zhi quickly shook his head again.

"I don’t want to eat. I want to cook for you, sister. I will make sothing so good that you will forget all the sad things."
