Li Zheng initially thought of seeking Tang Yiyi’s help simply because he couldn’t find anyone else. After all, they were just First Level Superpower Users. Although they knew many Hunters, everyone was equally matched. They all knew this mission was dangerous and naturally didn’t want to take the risk.

So, with no other option, Li Zheng thought of Tang Yiyi. He knew Tang Yiyi was a Superpower User; she had already proven this by contracting the Mutant Husky puppy. However, he wasn’t clear about Tang Yiyi’s actual strength.

Tang Yiyi didn’t exhibit any energy fluctuations, and it wasn’t just he who noticed; Zhao Feng, Wu Tian, and Zhou Yang also sensed it. So he was even more convinced that Tang Yiyi was a young person from a prominent family out for training; otherwise, how could she have contracted a highly intelligent Husky puppy at such a young age and possessed sothing capable of hiding energy fluctuations?

This ti, having Zhou Yang ask Tang Yiyi for help was both a reluctant act and a way to probe Tang Yiyi’s depths. He figured that, since Tang Yiyi ca from a major family for training, she’d surely have more than one good thing on her or soone alongside protecting her, capable of handling the Second Level Red Fire Scorpion.

But when he truly saw Tang Yiyi "effortlessly" sever the tail of the Second Level Red Fire Scorpion, Li Zheng suddenly felt an intense sense of unreality!

He had never seen any powerful weapon styled like a Chef’s Knife—really too tacky!

Such "good stuff" lacked the motivation for him to snatch; using it would be too disgraceful!

Regardless, Tang Yiyi helped them a lot this ti. Although he’s desperately trying to climb up, he’s incapable of doing sothing like repaying kindness with enmity.

Besides, they had almost exhausted their superpowers dealing with the Second Level Red Fire Scorpion, and Tang Yiyi appeared rather relaxed. If they dared to "repay kindness with enmity," perhaps the mont a hint of misconduct appeared, Tang Yiyi would "overreact in defense!"

Just from Tang Yiyi’s clean act of chopping off the scorpion’s tail, Li Zheng could tell she was a tough person!

Not only he thought so, but Wu Tian did too. The two followed behind Tang Yiyi, exchanged a glance, and realized they had the sa idea. Then Li Zheng subtly shook his head and discreetly gestured to Wu Tian—a signal only the two of them understood: Befriend, do not make enemies!

Zhou Yang leaned against the car, having seen their little gesture from the angle. Although he was quite familiar with the two, he didn’t know the aning of the gesture either. Back in the academy days, Wu Tian and Li Zheng were roommates, naturally having a closer relationship. But Zhou Yang could tell Wu Tian and Li Zheng definitely had so thoughts just now.

He hesitated a bit, dared not ask directly, but kept the matter in mind, planning to find an opportunity to inquire once back in Safe City. He had a keen intuition and knew that Wu Tian and Li Zheng’s thoughts must relate to Tang Yiyi, fearing they might act rashly and later regret it.

Moreover, he, being a straightforward person, was not just like Wu Tian and Li Zheng, striving to climb higher. To him, Tang Yiyi helped them this ti and thus was their benefactor; they absolutely must not repay kindness with enmity!

However, the three were unaware that due to Pudding’s presence, every little gesture including subtle facial expressions of the three were strictly monitored by Pudding. Now, though Tang Yiyi had her back to them, Pudding, having stealthily returned to the System Space, was reporting to Tang Yiyi: "Host, host! I find the deanor of those three odd. They’re definitely up to no good, be careful!"

Afraid Tang Yiyi wouldn’t believe, it even showed Tang Yiyi the video it secretly recorded. Thankfully, only Tang Yiyi could see it; otherwise, Li Zheng and the three would undoubtedly be scared to death!

Tang Yiyi gathered up all the Red Fire Scorpion’s corpse, only giving the Poisonous Sting to Li Zheng. The four thought of Zhao Feng who left alone, dared not delay, and soon returned to the car. Li Zheng opened his personal terminal, searched Zhao Feng’s coordinates, glanced at it, and imdiately said to Wu Tian, "He’s here! Let’s hurry over!"

Zhao Feng, being smart, continuously fled along the boundary between the Second Level Hunting Area and the First Level Hunting Area. He dared not delve into the Second Level Hunting Area because even as a Speed Ability User, encountering other Second Level Mutant Beasts could an dying without knowing why. But trailing him was the Second Level Red Fire Scorpion. He feared bringing the Red Fire Scorpion into the First Level Hunting Area, causing trouble for Hunters there, yet dared not run into the First Level Hunting Area. In the end, he could only run around the boundary while cautiously avoiding strolling Second Level Mutant Beasts—quite miserable!

But by the ti Wu Tian drove the car to find him, the Red Fire Scorpion behind him was already gone, evidently shaken off by him. Exhausted, he sat on the ground, gasping, clutching his weapon tightly in case any Mutant Beasts suddenly appeared.

Upon seeing the familiar combat vehicle, Zhao Feng’s fatigued face turned instantly radiant with a smile. Tang Yiyi, watching out the window, kept an eye on the surroundings. As soon as the car stopped, Pudding anxiously yelled, "Host, quick, get off the car! Hurry, hurry! I’ve discovered good stuff!"

Tang Yiyi initially thought there was danger, but upon hearing the last sentence, realized she had misunderstood. Coincidentally, the car had stopped, Li Zheng was calling Zhao Feng aboard, so she said, "I need to get off, there’s sothing I need to do. If you can’t wait, feel free to go ahead."

She had just assisted greatly; neither Li Zheng, Wu Tian, nor Zhou Yang could possibly leave her behind and drive off. The three looked at her with curiosity, then, realizing she was a woman, awkwardly turned their heads, thinking she might need to address "personal matters."

Li Zheng, generously, said "No problem," assuring her they’d wait, so she needn’t rush. Tang Yiyi had no idea they had misunderstood, but the result suited her just fine, so she didn’t hesitate and promptly opened the car door to get out.

Zhao Feng already reached the car and gave her a puzzled look upon spotting her, asking, "Hey? Where are you headed? The area isn’t safe; be careful not to roam around!"

In the car, Li Zheng and the other two heard this, wishing they could cover Zhao Feng’s mouth directly! To them, the fierce Tang Yiyi needed no such reminder!

Unfortunately, Zhao Feng remained oblivious. Tang Yiyi nodded at him, walked away, and while he couldn’t stop her, puzzled, he boarded the car, asking Li Zheng, "Boss, where’s she going?"

Li Zheng awkwardly coughed, rebuked, "Don’t ddle in won’s affairs!" anwhile, he carefully checked Zhao Feng over. Relieved upon finding him uninjured.

But Zhao Feng’s face instantly turned red, his thoughts aligned with Li Zheng and the others! (To be continued.
