The other male scorpions saw Zhou Yang turn and run, and wanted to chase him. However, Wu Tian stomped hard, the small patch of sandy ground rolled over, gradually transforming into a sand pit. Except for the two that escaped quickly, the remaining three male scorpions fell into the sand pit. Yet, Red Fire Scorpions are naturally accustod to sandy habitats; although they fell into the pit, they weren’t flustered in the slightest and skillfully crawled on the sand, seemingly about to climb out of it.

Li Zheng acted in an instant, directly freezing the three male scorpions into ice lumps. However, adult male scorpions aren’t as easy to handle as First Level scorpions. As soon as the ice ford, there were already signs of it lting, obviously unable to trap them for long.

Seeing that the situation wasn’t good, Wu Tian imdiately took action, repeating his previous tactic. Under his control, sand continuously surged toward the three male scorpions, layer by layer encasing the lting ice, transforming it into hard rocks, leaving only the poisonous stings exposed.

Tang Yiyi understood that Li Zheng intended to cut off the poisonous stings using his previous thod, so when she saw the other two male scorpions that had escaped rushing over fiercely, she imdiately confronted them, buying ti for Wu Tian and Li Zheng.

However, she still hadn’t advanced to the Second Level, remaining at the First Level Peak, therefore dealing with two Second Level male scorpions was decidedly strenuous, only barely managing to cope.

While she was struggling under the pressure against the two adult male scorpions, she sought assistance from Pudding: "Pudding, can you help directly store them in the system backpack to suffocate them directly?"

Pudding watched Tang Yiyi maneuver with the scorpions, also tense, and upon hearing this shouted back: "You wish! Where is such a good thing around here! These male scorpions are still alive! Alive! They will resist! How could you just store them away?"

Tang Yiyi realized this thod was unfeasible and acknowledged she was being over-optimistic. Considering the current space ornants are valuable and relatively common among the elite, if encountering live mutant beasts ant they could simply be suffocated inside the space ornants, then no one would need to endure the hardships of hunting mutant beasts.

Gradually, Tang Yiyi felt the pressure mounting. At that mont, she suddenly heard a cry of alarm. Reflexively, she turned her head, seeing Li Zheng and Wu Tian dodging afar, while the three adult male scorpions they had controlled earlier had broken free and were spewing fire.

The two male scorpions entangled with Tang Yiyi saw the others spewing fire and seed reminded, their eyes turning as they promptly spat two blasts of fla towards Tang Yiyi!

Tang Yiyi felt the temperature escalating rapidly. Planting the tip of her knife into the ground, she leveraged herself to jump away, frowning at the burning flas. The flas spat by the Second Level Red Fire Scorpions were more virulent and scorching compared to First Level Red Fire Scorpions; she even felt the fierce fire elent energy within the flas, and was utterly unable to control them!

Pudding said at this mont: "They are spewing Second Level flas, and you are still only a First Level Fire Ability User, unable to control them."

Tang Yiyi was troubled: "So what now? Should I just give up and flee then? No way! I finally made it out, I can’t let it end just like that! There must be a way!"

Pudding suddenly manifested, standing on Tang Yiyi’s shoulder, after glancing at her it suddenly said: "There is a way, but it’s too risky."

The two male scorpions were already closing in on Tang Yiyi. Feeling cornered, she heard this and clung to it like a lifeline, decisively asking: "Quickly say it! What’s the way? Even if it’s risky, I’m ga; if we don’t act soon, all of us will be dood here!"

Pudding glanced at Li Zheng and Wu Tian, encircled by the three adult male scorpions, then at Zhou Yang tussling with a male scorpion, acknowledging Tang Yiyi’s assertion seed accurate, then said: "Your current weapon isn’t sufficient, it’s too weak. You need a sharper one, ideally, sothing that can slice off the Red Fire Scorpion’s poisonous sting in one go."

Tang Yiyi was naturally aware of this, but having checked the weapon exchange prices in the system before, found them exorbitant! She simply couldn’t afford them with her current points! Otherwise, why leave the good items unused? She wasn’t out of her mind!

Thus, hearing this, Tang Yiyi felt Pudding was intentionally mocking her, she couldn’t help but say: "Of course I know! The problem is, where do I find such a good weapon, would you give one?"

Pudding gave her a contemptuous glance, its gaze filled with accusations: "Hey! Are you serious? I’m already this poor, and you still want to give you weapons! I’m also quite tempted by those weapons! Isn’t it because your points are too few!"

Tang Yiyi suddenly realized, Pudding was indeed lanting the ager food intake, she felt guilty then and opted to divert the topic, saying: "Alright, no more nonsense, if you have a solution then quickly say it, soon there won’t be any chance!"

Pudding didn’t want Tang Yiyi to co to harm; after all, encountering soone skilled in cooking was rare, it couldn’t allow her to perish easily! So it swiftly said: "Do you rember that chef’s knife? It’s much more useful than the flashy but futile knife you’re holding now, use that one! I guarantee one slice will sever the poisonous sting!"

Tang Yiyi imagined the chef’s knife, feeling Pudding’s words unreliable, the knife looked just like an ordinary alloy knife, only suitable for slicing vegetables! Could it really sever an adult Red Fire Scorpion’s poisonous sting? Yet, she suddenly recalled, once at Garbage Mountain, despite her body not yet recovered, she managed to slice open the belly of a Mutant Rat with that knife, with this thought, she suddenly felt it might actually work.

By this ti, the two adult male scorpions were already fiercely advancing towards her, Tang Yiyi lacked ti to ponder, she flung her long knife into the system backpack, retrieving the long-unused chef knife. Seeing the two male scorpions raise their poisonous stings and strike at her, she gritted her teeth, deftly flipping and leaping away, while her hand suddenly conjured a burning fire whip, lashing it at one of the adult male scorpions, seizing the opportunity as it dodged, she flipped onto the back of the other male scorpion!

By then, the fire whip in her hand had disappeared, instead, she was holding onto the scorpion’s tail tightly. The mont she leapt onto its back, the scorpion enragedly aid its poisonous sting at her, but she grasped the tail precisely at the section connecting to the sting.

The scorpion’s poisonous sting was long, curved into a grim hook, however, grasped by Tang Yiyi, it couldn’t flexibly move anymore. Nonetheless, it struggled fiercely, Tang Yiyi’s strength was ultimately lacking, she couldn’t maintain control over it for long, not to ntion the other male scorpion was already charging fiercely at her.

Tang Yiyi gripped the chef knife with her right hand, choosing at this mont to trust Pudding’s words. She gently shifted her left hand grasping the poisonous sting, and abruptly slashed the chef knife at the connecting section with force! (To be continued.
