"I’m back!" Hana cheered as soon as she reached the mansion, only to find that Clovis was the only one sitting in the living room.
Then again, it was already 3 in the morning, so everyone was already sleeping.
The reason she didn’t mind cheering was simply because the mansion was too huge for them to even hear about it unless they maintained their guards as though they were sleeping in the wilderness.
Since everyone felt safe in this mansion, they remained asleep.
"Welco ho." Clovis gave a small smile.
Hana opened her mouth, but the words stuck in her throat. She felt guilty when she saw Clovis. This was supposed to be a happy talk, considering she returned here to discuss the engagent party.
But she was late. When everyone was supposed to be asleep, Clovis remained here, waiting for her without a single word of complaint.
Hana’s heart felt like it had been squeezed hard. At the sa ti, she was incredibly moved.
Hana’s excitent cald down. She walked to Clovis and sat down on his lap, leaning on his chest. "Sorry for making you wait until this late."
"You have told in the past that you are soone who will be busy because you just like making money. You don’t even want a child because it will distract you.
"Regardless of your warning, I’m still with you right now. I already know what I’m getting into." Clovis chuckled.
Hana just buried her face in Clovis’ chest, feeling embarrassed. She looked him in the eye before correcting him. "I have changed, you know? I don’t think a child is that bad anymore. I still like making money, but you know that it’s not my sole purpose anymore."
Clovis smiled and stroked her hair.
Hana fell silent for a mont before saying, "I’ve told my grandparents and my parents that I don’t mind the engagent party as well as the wedding. I’m willing to make ti to cooperate with whatever they want to do."
"You sure? Aren’t you busy?"
"My father and grandfather have agreed to help with my work for the next two years."
Hana normally wanted to handle it herself, but it showed that she had changed. This was more than enough for Clovis to know that he could lead a family with her.
"In that case, let’s proceed then. But my mom has gotten the girls’ asurents..."
"Don’t worry. My grandmother is planning to help with that on my next visit in two days."
"Okay then." Clovis nodded in understanding. "Do you want to add sothing else for the engagent party?"
"No. I think the arrangent is perfect. If we make everything private, I don’t have to do anything extra to show off in the dia. Just let them think that I’m alone, and the next thing they realize, I’m already married. But I don’t think we can block the information completely."
"I know. The dia will surely sniff it out."
"Yes. I’m just worried that the news will spread, and it’s going to change the wedding from private to public."
"As long as we stick to our principles, it will be alright. The Libation Fiesta is strong enough to handle any opposition from within this country." Clovis nodded, assuring her.
"In that case, let’s go with the private one."
"Sure."
"The from a few years ago would be surprised by my own transformation." Hana chuckled. She still rembered the ti when she was completely selfish and tried to solve everything with money.
At that ti, she even invited Clovis by using money. While she was polite, she was the one who wanted to be at the helm.
After being in the relationship for so long, she realized that she didn’t necessarily need to be at the front. They could walk together or exchange places whenever they needed to.
"Your grandfather must be in tears seeing your progress." Clovis chuckled.
"I know, right? I need to ask my grandmother if he ever sheds tears." Hana grinned.
They paused for a mont, enjoying their ti. However, curiosity had gotten the better of Hana.
She couldn’t help but ask, "By the way, what is your plan with Another World Mall?"
"Hmm? What do you an? What plan?"
"I’m talking about unlocking the remaining levels."
"Oh. I’m planning to unlock the next two levels as quickly as possible, and I intend to do it simultaneously. I believe the max level of Another World Mall is 40, so that leaves only two more levels.
"For the last two levels, I want to open them one by one as soon as the money is ready. At that ti, I probably would have beco strong enough that the situation wouldn’t be stable anymore, especially with the Prophet."
"I see. Judging from the situation, I think we need much more money than we currently have. Do you intend to sell more paintings? That’s probably the best way to get the money for the mall," suggested Maya.
"Well, you are not wrong." Clovis nodded. "We can discuss the money for the last two levels after I upgrade this mall to level 38. What do you think?"
"Sounds good to . If it’s necessary, I will sell one of my companies to provide the money."
"Are you sure?" Clovis was certainly surprised. For soone like Hana to give up a company just for him surely showed how sincere she was in supporting him.
"Of course, you are going to compensate in the future. Besides, if you succeed and beco a Tier 9 human, I will benefit more than a single company. I have plenty of them anyway, so I don’t really mind."
It sounded just like her. She calculated the benefits first before making a decision, but going that far was more than enough for him.
Clovis chuckled. "I’m going to compensate my greedy little goblin, of course."
"Call Lady Luck."
"Nope. Not this ti." Clovis chuckled.
"You..." Hana bit him on the neck.
Both of them chuckled and looked at each other. Their faces grew closer and closer, but suddenly, a red screen appeared between their faces.
This ti, Clovis wasn’t the only one who could see this screen. Even Hana, who hadn’t awakened the system, could actually see it.
No, it wasn’t just both of them.
The sa screen actually appeared in another corner of the world.
On top of a certain country, a huge red screen appeared, showing only a single word.
