"If only soone could point in the direction of his bedroom, it would make everything so much simpler. I’ll assu it to be the room with the best-looking door. Regina really hit it big with this one. If she murders him as she wanted, she’ll be more wealthy than she was as a Hamilton," Aurora muttered as she looked around the large ho.
"It’s good she had soone to run to in my absence. It is my fault she is in this predicant. She should not have to choose between a stranger and her blood relatives. Should I send her far away before I kill her family?" Aurora wondered.
She would not be able to look Regina in the eyes after it was all done even if Regina wanted her family dead.
"Let’s not think about it now. I have to find her first. I hope I don’t walk in on her and Timothy doing anything indecent. If I were a master bedroom, where would I be?" Aurora looked around at the many rooms she passed by. None of them appeared special and there was no noise coming from the inside. "I would be on the highest floor taking up the most space. Is there another floor?"
"Why are we allowed to leave tonight?"
Aurora quickly hid in the darkness when another two maids could be heard nearby.
"The butler has not told us why. I’m honestly glad I do not have to go ho to my husband and children tonight. This is like a mini vacation."
"The things people talk about when they think they are alone," Aurora shook her head. "Let try sothing," she opened the palm of her hand and created black smoke. Aurora then tossed it in the air and watched it quickly move around the hall. "It’s been so long since I sent darkness to hunt soone. I don’t know what it will find."
Aurora watched the tiny ball of black smoke already begin to die out but it stopped close to a room on the second floor. "Did you find her?" She walked toward the door where the ball of smoke disappeared and opened the door.
"Did you send for more food, Timothy?"
Aurora’s heart skipped a beat when she heard the familiar voice.
"You there," Regina stood up from the bed with folded arms. "Don’t you know it’s rude to enter this bedroom without knocking?"
"Who are you? I’ve never seen you before," Timothy protectively placed Regina behind him. "Answer ."
Aurora smiled, amused by how close the two enemies now stood. "Please get away from my sister, Timothy. I have not forgotten the pranks you pulled on her," she removed the glamor as she spoke.
"Aurora," Regina’s arms fell to her side due to the shock. "Is my mind playing tricks on or do you also see my sister standing before us, Timothy?"
Timothy was just as confused as Regina about how the stranger had turned into Aurora. He was wary of the person standing before them due to the fact that witchcraft was involved and the Hamiltons might use any and every trick to get Regina back. "Do not approach her until we know for certain it’s actually her."
Regina stared at the Aurora standing in front of her for a couple of seconds and then stepped to the side to pass Timothy. "This is my sister. I have spent too many years by her side to not know when it is her. Aurora," she sobbed.
"I finally found you, Regina," Aurora replied.
It was a bittersweet mont for them to be reconnected again. For Aurora, to be reunited with soone she genuinely called family, and for Regina, to be reunited with the only person she could be herself around.
"I am not going to cry," Regina wiped her eyes to stop tears from escaping. This was ant to be a happy mont, not one filled with tears. She always knew she was not going to be separated from Aurora forever. "I need a hug," she said, no longer able to just stand around while Aurora was right there.
"I’ve missed you, Regina. I’m sorry for everything that has happened because of . Are you alright?" Aurora questioned as she embraced Regina.
"You know how it is with my crazy family. Can you believe Minnie wanted to throw into a cell and the fact that Gilbert is a witch too?"
"What?" Aurora exclaid. She wasn’t surprised about Gilbert considering the man had always been odd but she could not believe Minnie wanted to throw Regina into a cell. "They found out you can ddle with spells?"
"Yes and Minnie knows I can see Esralda’s ghost," Regina stepped back to get a good look at Aurora. Sothing was most definitely different. "She had locked in the room beside my own so I had to use a spell to teleport and I ca here to Timothy for protection."
"It’s nice to see you again," Timothy greeted Aurora. His suspicion went away and he was no longer in protection mode.
"Likewise. There is so much I need to fathom like the two of you being together. I need to leave for a mont to find the person I ca with and let him know that I found you, Regina."
"Two people snuck into my property and none of my n realized it?" Timothy frowned. Why was he paying them so much and having them train so regularly if they were not going to catch anyone sneaking on his land? "Wonderful?"
"It’s the werewolf right? I don’t know much about them but I have a feeling that a werewolf is talented enough to get past humans. Do not sulk over it," Regina patted Timothy’s back to cheer him up. "Just train them extrely hard since that could have been soone my family sent walking into your room instead of Aurora."
"Our room," Timothy corrected her.
"Gross," Aurora shuddered at the sight of Regina and Timothy. "I am going to find him before the two of you make vomit."
"I’m coming along," Regina entwined her hand with Aurora’s. "Now that you are back, I am never letting go of you. I’ve missed my favorite sibling."
