As a group of elite agents, these people certainly mastered a fundantal skill—emptying their magazines when facing ard thugs!

The sound of automatic rifles running out of ammo rang out one after another, and the ragers, still fuming from their mouths, replaced their pistol magazines with new ones.

The leading DEA agent shouted loudly, "Cease fire! Cease fire!"

A few agents approached the vehicle cautiously and glanced at the two black n inside, riddled with bullet holes, and announced, "Threat neutralized! Threat neutralized!"

The leading agent ca over to take a look, the two individuals were slumped in their seats, their bodies full of holes, each holding a gun in their hands.

"Co take pictures!" he commanded, "Capture the cri scene photos."

Soone imdiately ca over with a cara.

The leading agent wasn't worried, as he was black himself, and among the squad that had opened fire, there were several other black agents.

Operating as DEA is not as restrictive as PD, the leading agent had reported to Kurt Lynch and had the DEA temporarily cordon off the area for cleanup.

The evidence in this case was undeniable—the suspects, who were shot dead, not only possessed illegal firearms but also intended to attack law enforcent officers and were found with a large amount of drugs in their bags.

With such overwhelming evidence, if they couldn't secure a slam-dunk case, they might as well not belong in the DEA.

anwhile, another DEA team stord Paul Studio, easily subduing four black individuals, including Dorothy and Ace.

Dorothy, pinned to the ground, was still yelling loudly, "I'm black, I'm a woman, I demand a black female officer to guard !"

Before she could finish, two heavyweight black female agents in DEA uniforms planted themselves on her, eliminating any chance for her to resist.

Unsurprisingly, the DEA found drugs, a large amount of unexplained cash, and illegal firearms.

These things could actually be found in many households, the problem was whether to search or not to search.

The evidence was incontrovertible, the scene was sealed, and the suspects were taken away.

Over the next few days, many netizens noticed that Paul, the son of Martin and previously very active, suddenly fell silent; all the hyping stopped.

At Atlanta Channel Six, a producer looked exceptionally troubled.

He asked the interdiary, "Shote, we haven't received the final paynt for Paul's show. I'll give you one day..."

Shote, also black, scratched his head relentlessly, "I've been in contact with them, but their phones suddenly stopped working."

The producer didn't care for these excuses; clients who don't pay up are all jerks, "You go and tell them, if they can't settle the balance within two days, I'll dedicate a special program to expose their true face."

Shote had no choice but to comply.

But it was as if Paul and his people had vanished.

Not just the TV station, but two Japanese executives from Sony Records who were quite interested in Paul, even made contact with Paul, planning to discuss a record deal.

The liaison officers sent by Sony Records for preliminary contact had all rushed to Atlanta.

Then, contact with Paul's side suddenly went dead.

Several phone numbers beca unreachable, the contact address was blocked by the DEA, and Sony Records, not being stupid and having no stake in silence, promptly chose to withdraw and pulled their people back.

A week later, the DEA released a statent that several people in Atlanta were involved in ard drug trafficking and illegal possession of firearms. During the arrest, they resisted with firearms, resulting in minor injuries to three agents. The DEA took decisive action, killing two criminals and apprehending four, seizing a number of incriminating items, including drugs, cash, and firearms.

Of course, the statent wouldn't ntion that the agents' minor injuries were from muscle strains in their fingers when emptying their magazines.

As for the rest, even if journalists made inquiries, the DEA would refuse to reveal more information on the grounds that the case involved more criminal organizations and was still under investigation.

In the face of physical force from the gods of firearms, magic was nothing but a feeble opponent.

In just a few days, the dia forgot about Paul's group as the news cycle churned out endless new stories.

...

At the Gray Film and Television Center, the "Interstellar" crew.

After wrapping up a major scene inside a spaceship, Martin returned to the break area, took the water bottle handed to him by Bruce, took a couple of sips, and said, "Shooting space scenes in the sumr is unbearable."

Bruce responded, "Drink more, don't get dehydrated."

Martin took a fan and started fanning himself, noticing Thomas approaching, he asked, "Any results?"

Thomas replied, "Paul's YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram accounts have all been deactivated, all the content wiped clean."

Martin nodded, looking towards Bruce, "Say thanks to your old friend at the DEA."

But Bruce said, "No need, this has nothing to do with you, it was a personal action."

Martin stopped the DEA talk and said, "No need to worry about magic anymore."

Thomas grasped the truth, "Physically destroy those who use magic, and naturally, the magic becos useless."

Martin gave a thumbs-up, "You're right, but there's more to it."

Thomas was puzzled at first, but then looking at Martin and thinking of his wealth and status, along with his actions of opening Pandora's box and more, he ca to an epiphany, "For the upper class, so-called magic is just a tool to be used against the lower classes, to be picked up when desired and discarded when not."

The more he spoke, the more it seed to make sense, "You have many ways to render their magic useless, right?"

Martin said, "The so-called magic is just a toilet for the upper echelons of Arica, and physical assault is just the most simplistic and brutal way to deal with magic."

Bruce inquired, "Like a suicide shot in the back?"

Martin self-mockingly said, "Old Cloth is a brainless fool, always resorting to simple and brutal thods to solve problems."
