Murphy Mancini quietly watched Donnie, waiting for Donnie to explain.
“First, let’s talk about the special forces. There are wars of different scales all over the world now. Where there’s war, there’s business. By connecting with these countries, as long as they are willing to pay, our special forces are willing to fight for them.
For now, don’t think of them as special forces; just consider them rcenaries.

“Establish our intelligence centers in Vienna, Berlin, Budapest, Prague, Lisbon, Casablanca in Africa’s Morocco, the Magic Capital in Asia, Ice City, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, and use the intelligence networks of these cities to trade intelligence!”
Among the cities Donnie ntioned, Lisbon in Portugal, Casablanca in Morocco, and Hong Kong in the East were the most famous intelligence trading cities during World War II.
Additionally, the Magic Capital and Ice City were essential intelligence centers in the East.
If a personal intelligence network can be established in these places, then the funds from selling intelligence alone would be enough to maintain the costs of the spy academy.
Donnie has money, but he can’t just spend without making it!
Once these intelligence networks are established, Donnie can basically control intelligence centers globally.
Although Levin Peters has always been aware that Donnie has been laying out the developnt in the East.
In Levin Peters’ opinion, the current global economic center is still in Europe and Arica.
Isn’t it a bit too early to start focusing on the intelligence network in the East?

But now, Levin Peters is preparing to send Aiden Hawk to the East to be responsible for the Venus Bank’s intelligence network there.

Levin Peters didn’t disclose Donnie’s arrangents in Hong Kong and Macau to Aiden Hawk.
Aiden Hawk didn’t ask about these matters either.
Both of them clearly understood that since Donnie didn’t specifically instruct them, there is no intelligence in the East that they can’t access.

Aiden Hawk nodded in understanding. He then asked his only question!
“Sir, if our people are captured locally, how should we handle it? Should we resolve it on the spot, or are there other protocols?”
Being a spy is a shadowy job. Although they are Arican citizens and hold a high status in the East,
not all places are the sa.
For example, in Ice City and Tokyo, Aricans don’t hold that high of a status in these places.
Of course, before Japan attacks Pearl Harbor in the United States, the Japanese would still take care of their identities to so extent.
“As long as those captured haven’t defected or revealed our information, the company will arrange for their rescue!”
When saying this, Levin Peters was very confident.

Aiden Hawk breathed a sigh of relief. Spies sent out are like kites with broken strings; if captured, without rescue, they’re completely dood to die!
