Two days later, Donnie arrived in Washington and at his estate, t with Herbert Hoover, who was already waiting there.

Therefore, my intention is to trouble you, Mr. Hoover, after winning the election, to communicate with the Jamaican governnt in the na of The White House, asking them to sell the Turks and Caicos Islands to personally!"
This ti, Herbert Hoover really couldn’t understand Donnie’s intention, buying an entire group of islands, Herbert Hoover believed Donnie certainly had the financial capability, but buying it just to build a super large amusent park?
Since Herbert Hoover could beco President of the United States, he certainly had enough intelligence, he understood very well that Donnie definitely wasn’t telling him the truth, or at least his entire plan.
But...
That place isn’t within the United States, and it has nothing to do with Arica, while Donnie enjoys extrely high status in the U.S., this matter doesn’t seem to affect him.
