Donnie listened without showing any worry, and instead was quite happy.
After a mont of contemplation, Donnie said to Henry Dale, "Imdiately send soone to the Turks and Caicos Islands to investigate the specific situation there, hmm, go to those islands with residents."
Henry Dale nodded and said, "Yes, I’ll do it right away."
After Henry Dale left, Donnie called in Chris.
Although Chris had been promoted to Vice President of Venus Bank, his office was still at the headquarters of United States Logistics, which was also in the Venus Bank building.

Donnie pondered for a mont and then said, "Contact Randy Powers and have him inquire about the UK’s attitude towards the Turks and Caicos Islands. If this place isn’t very important to the UK, then directly contact the Jamaican governnt to explore the possibility of purchasing the Turks and Caicos Islands!"
Chris shook his head and said, "It’s still very difficult. If the Jamaican governnt wants to sell the Turks and Caicos Islands, their indigenous people certainly won’t agree to it.
Moreover, the British Salt Company that remains there is owned by old British aristocrats. They may not have enough financial resources, but they still have influence in the UK!
They certainly won’t agree to this either!"
Donnie was naturally aware that this wouldn’t be easy, so he discussed with Chris for a long ti and finally set down the steps to take over the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The first step is Dwight Savile’s unchanged actions, leading three thousand retired veterans to first select an uninhabited island to land on. If there are pirates, they’ll serve as sharpening stones for the three thousand soldiers.
The second step is that while the first plan is being carried out, Chris will send people to the populated islands to recruit them to enter Atlantic City, United States.
For the whole of New Jersey, it’s still manageable to absorb these twenty thousand indigenous people. As for their identity issues, that’s not a big deal for Donnie.
If so are unwilling to co to Atlantic City, that’s fine, we can leave them for later.
The third step is having Randy Powers inquire in the UK about the UK’s attitude towards the Turks and Caicos Islands. On this point, Donnie believes there shouldn’t be a big issue. Though the geographical position is sowhat important, it’s not that useful to the UK; the real value lies in turning the area into a tax haven later.
The fourth step is to send soone to contact the Jamaican governnt. Nominally, the Turks and Caicos Islands belong to Jamaica. Donnie needs to have an official managent authority over the Turks and Caicos Islands.
The fifth step is for Donnie to contact the White House because if the White House exerts pressure from the political level, the Jamaican governnt will be more easily persuaded.
These steps are not necessarily sequential; they are carried out simultaneously.
After confirming these matters, Chris went off to handle the specifics.
Donnie pondered for a mont and then dialed Fei Jackson’s phone number.
The mont the call connected, Donnie could hear a chaotic variety of sounds from Fei Jackson’s side.
It was clear they were engaged in various discussions to ensure Herbert Hoover could secure the presidency.
