Days had gone fast, and the event finally began. Hundreds of ordinary n and nobles entered the event, hoping to take a spot as one of the higher rankings in Midnight Pack.

Felissa stared down at the office window as wolves from different packs visited the place. She worried that all her efforts would be in vain if they failed.

"Don’t worry, Luna. I’m sure everything will be fine," Vicenzo said in his Knight Icen voice. He was with Felissa most of the ti when she was busy arranging the Pack to its best appearance.

"I hope so. We need the inco from this event," Felissa sighed and glanced back at Vicenzo.

"Yes, Luna. The Midnight Pack knights are in their given posts to secure nothing will happen," Vicenzo inford as Felissa nodded.

"Great," Felissa breathed deeply before walking toward the mirror and watching her reflection. "Do you think I look decent?" she asked, looking at Vicenzo for an answer.

Vicenzo stared at Felissa from top to bottom. His brain worked hard to create a sentence that would not be seen as romantic.

"You look alright, Luna," Vicenzo replied, keeping his gaze on the floor.

Felissa furrowed her eyebrows and looked at herself in the mirror. She was wearing a yellowish gown with several tiny bows at the bottom. Her hair was placed in a bun made of braids. She expected Vicenzo/Icen to complint her or say she was pretty.

"Luna, His Majesty has arrived at the gate," Vicenzo inford after getting a mind-link from the knights.

"Alright, we should get moving," Felissa whispered nervously and composed herself before leaving the room. She had previously t Draco Violante, but when he beca King, she barely saw his shadow in the Palace.

Vicenzo stared at Felissa’s back. He has been sleepless for the past week guarding and doing his knight duties. He and Vinicio would take charge of guarding Felissa, which ant they would follow wherever she went.

The other knights were rounding up the Pack House and wouldn’t let anyone enter for the ti being. Those who resided inside were evacuated for Felissa’s safety.

It was a big commotion since it happened when they were preparing for the event. Several wolves didn’t own a house and were leeching off the Pack’s resources.

Temporary houses made of wood were built for them, but Felissa wouldn’t spoil them much further, or else the Pack wouldn’t improve under any circumstances.

As for the businesses in the Midnight Pack, Felissa encourages the Pack mbers to think of their own products to sell during the event. The mbers liked the idea since everyone loves money.

Felissa set up a place in front of the Pack House where stores would line up at each side, and it took only a short ti before the area was filled to the point it beca cramped.

With the King’s arrival and several packs involved in the challenges Felissa made, it beca a leading event for all Packs and an example that the Pack’s position should be attained by hardship rather than giving it to soone without effort.

And that day, Felissa marked an unforgettable event in the history of the Werewolf realm.

Felissa went out of the Pack House to greet Draco on his arrival. She was nervous and hoped her asures wouldn’t disappoint.

A gigantic and elegant carriage strolled toward them that scread royalty. The surrounding wolves were in awe as they gazed at the appearance of the King by the window.

The carriage stopped in front of Felissa. She gulped in dread while trying her best to smile.

The door opened, and Draco stepped out in his dark, furry robe. He wore simple attire in black and gold, but it still looked incredible on him.

Draco’s aura was heavy and dominating. Each step he took felt like he would evade the Pack in a single flick of his finger.

Felissa stood still and held her head high even though she felt the intimidation straight into her bones.

The surrounding wolves, especially the lower ranks, knelt; so even put their heads on the ground in submission.

Felissa glanced around as the place beca silent, and the businesses stopped operating. When she peeked to her side, she saw Vicenzo staring directly into Draco, which made her confused since, as a knight, they should submit.

"Icen," Felissa whispered, bringing Vicenzo’s mind to his current role.

Vicenzo lowered himself as Draco went closer.

"Your Majesty," Felissa curtsied while greeting Draco.

"Hello, Lady... Ah! Luna Felissa Nucci," Draco said in delight. He chuckled since he was amazed at how the tis evolved so fast. He called Felissa a Lady before, but now, she has beco a Luna.

"Welco to the Midnight Pack, Your Majesty," Felissa stated, opening her arms wide to introduce her Pack.

Draco looked around while nodding his head. He was enjoying the view until his eyes landed on Vicenzo. He stepped forward and leaned down as he looked into Vicenzo’s hair, which had dried dye.

"Your Majesty?" Felissa called, and her heart sunk upon seeing Draco eyeing Vicenzo/Icen. She thought he would be punished for not submitting imdiately.

After all, the gossip surrounding Draco’s na was unpleasant and would still bring terror into the wolf’s heart.

Draco closed his eyes to stifle his laughter. He knew about the plan and that it was Vicenzo in his other character.

"Don’t be nervous, Luna. I won’t do anything to this fellow man," Draco stated, tapping Vicenzo’s shoulder before walking away.

Vicenzo bit his lips to stop himself from nagging Draco. He had thought Draco would hint at Felissa about his identity as a joke, which alone terrified him.

Draco and Vicenzo knew one another after Rosina introduced him as Felissa’s mate. His identity and past were also exposed, but Draco did not mind Rosina’s plans and everything related.

The two were acquaintances, not friends, since Draco was always busy with his duties.

"Yes, Your Majesty. Would you like to co in?" Felissa asked and gestured toward the Pack House’s door.

"Yes, of course, but before that..." Vicenzo paused and turned around, where the wolves were still on their knees.

"Rise and enjoy the feasts!" Draco stated in his booming voice. Everyone flinched but followed his orders.

Although the wolves were standing up, their heads remained low. They didn’t want to upset Draco in any way.

Draco smiled pridefully before entering the Pack House with his knights and servants behind.

Felissa’s breath hitched as Draco walked passed her. She glanced around and saw the relief on the wolve’s faces after Draco was out of sight.

Draco looked around the Pack House as he observed the room. "Midnight Pack is one of the lower pack ranks in the realm, and after several years, the pack downgrades to its lowest," he stated and faced Felissa.

"Ah! We are currently working to improve the Pack. I apologize if we’re still—" Felissa reasoned out in sha, but Draco put his hand on her shoulder to stop her.

"Don’t bother explaining. I know your parents f^cked this Pack up. I feel pity for you, cleaning up their own ss," Draco stated in a low tone, but his style made him even scarier.

"Uh, thank you," Felissa didn’t know what to say since Draco slapped the uncomfortable truth in her face as his way to comfort her.

"Your Majesty, would you like to assist you in your chamber?" Vicenzo stated and lowered his head. He wanted to pull Draco away from Felissa since he felt sothing not good if they remained there for long.

"I very much appreciate that, haha!" Draco laughed and put his arms around Vicenzo’s shoulder as if they were good friends.

It didn’t matter if Vicenzo was in his real identity, but he was currently a Knight under Felissa. Draco’s gesture made the viewers question their relationship and if they knew one another.

Vicenzo forced a smile before walking with Draco laughing beside him.

Felissa tilted her head in confusion. She looked at Draco’s n, who all shrugged without much thought.

The servants assisted Draco’s personnel to their rooms before the event started in a few hours.

"Luna, soone is looking for you," Vinicio arrived at the Pack House while breathing heavily.

"Are you alright, Vinicio? Who is it?" Felissa asked with a frown. She waited until Vinicio cald down.

"The second son of Alpha Zetticci from Skykrill Pack wants to see you," Vinicio inford sternly. "Should I let them in?" he added.

"Wait... Zetticci... Is it Lord Fabio Zetticci?" Felissa asked, and her voice shook.

"Yes, Luna. His carriage is at the gate, but he doesn’t want to pay the entrance fee. He told us you and him are great friends," Vinicio explained since it was a ruckus back in the gate, and it caused traffic for the other wolves that wanted to enter the Midnight Pack.

Felissa took a deep breath to calm herself. She smiled and spoke slowly. "If the King himself pays the entrance fee. Do you think a simple Lord be free of charges?" she asked.

"I understand," Vinicio nodded and was about to leave when Felissa added more.

"Tell that to Lord Fabio, and if he still refuses to pay. Kick them out," Felissa gritted her teeth before turning around and left.
