As long as Chen Mo doesnt do sothing weird, there shouldnt be any big bumps. Although hes just an A-grade designer, hes been incredibly successful, hed always manage to find so weird perspective on gas, giving new life to genres that we thought were done for.

Especially one that can start new genres, theyd always have their own ideas and understanding. Its easy to get into a rough spot if youre just copying without understanding.
Lin Chaoxu asked, Then do you have plans for the new ga?
Yan Zhenyuan gave it so thought, Actually, we learnt from Diablo that theres a huge demand for satisfying gas, especially RPGs. There are very few gas that are as satisfying as Diablo, so theres a huge gap in the market.
If we want to develop a similar ga, there are two paths we can take.
First is a PC ga, but what we can do will be incredibly restricted. We really can only make a third person ga, so no matter what we do, itll be a ga that copied Diablo.
Lin Chaoxu nodded, Yeah, thats not going to work.
Yan Zhenyuan continued, So I think its best to make a VR ga. We can try to create a similar satisfying feeling in a VR setting.
It probably would turn out quite well as VR gas dont have the sa problem with field of view and at the sa ti, itll be even more scary. If we could create the essence of Diablo, itll sell really well too.
Lin Chaoxu nodded, Then what about the profit model? Do you plan to sell a single player ga by copy or make it multiplayer?
Yan Zhenyuan replied after a few monts, There are a lot of risks associated with a single player ga by copy. Because of how the ga it set up, the later stages of the ga only consist of killing mobs repeatedly. Its hard to say if itll work if it was on VR.
An online ga would be the safer choice, but because its a ga thats mainly about killing mobs, we cant have groups larger than five. Otherwise, itll be a big group against another big group, completely ruining the atmosphere of the ga.
Therefore, I think that we should work with what Diablo has, have a single player mode or up to a group of five. Moreover, we can allow players to interact in towns and allow them to trade. Chasing good equipnt will be the driving force for playing long term.
Lin Chaoxu nodded, Yep, thats what I think too. Ill leave that to you. Well direct more funds for this project, so you dont need to hold back on anything.
Yan Zhenyuan nodded, Understood.
So far in Emperor Dynasty Entertainnt, Qiu Jiang was working on Moon Lords Prophecy, Qin Xiao was working on Wolf Soul. These were the best products Emperor Dynasty Entertainnt had to offer, so the two of them couldnt take any ti out of their schedule.
Yan Zhenyuan on the VR gas Yan Zhenyuan had developed earlier were now more or less stable, and possibly even on the decline. Which was why Lin Chaoxu thought itd be a good idea to have Yan Zhenyuan to work on a new VR project.

Though Qiu Jiangs ssage wasnt completely useless. Now he knew that the VR ga would take at least a year, aning that itd be until August next month before it was even playable.
What could Chen Mo do?
Spend a year making a VR ga himself to release it at the sa ti as Yan Zhenyuan?
Thats not realistic in such a short ti fra as Chen Mo had no experience with VR gas.
Moreover, Chen Mo already set down his plans and could change it as he does fit.
