At this mont, Blayn, Aka, and Kuro had arrived above the "secret spring."
Below them was a hot spring surrounded by mist that looked almost sacred—not like ordinary steam. The location was incredibly well-hidden, perched on a rocky ledge halfway down a cliff. If you weren't looking from above, you'd never know it was there.
“We’re here,” Aka said, guiding the Special Class Danger Beast to descend.
Even before stepping in, Blayn already felt a soothing sensation in the air. It seed that even without any hidden injuries to heal, just soaking in this spring would be a treat.
As he was thinking that, he turned his head—only to see that Aka and Kuro had already taken off their clothes and were about to remove their underwear too.
“I’d better step away for a bit...”
Blayn imdiately turned and walked toward the far end of the spring.
Kuro was one thing, but Aka wasn’t exactly soone he was close to, so out of courtesy, he chose to give them privacy.
But then Kuro suddenly grabbed his hand.
“What are you avoiding for? Hurry up and strip down so we can soak in the hot spring,” Kuro urged.
Aka didn’t seem to mind being seen at all. After removing her underwear, she even reached out to undress Blayn.
“Kuro’s right. You need to be completely naked to get the best effect,” she said, quickly stripping him down to just his underwear.
“Stop!”
Blayn quickly stopped her. “At least let handle this last part myself...”
Even if Aka wasn’t bothered, he definitely was.
Aka finally let go. If he hadn’t said anything, she probably would’ve pulled off his underwear too.
Blayn turned around to deal with it himself. By that ti, both Aka and Kuro were already in the hot spring.
Even while soaking, Kuro had casually brought along a bag of “Kuro’s Snacks,” happily munching as she relaxed in the water.
“Blayn, co on already,” she called, waving him over.
Blayn had originally planned to go to a separate pool, but he knew Kuro wouldn’t like that. So, he reluctantly headed toward them.
Since he walked over openly, Aka and Kuro naturally got a full view...
“Sis, is that... a man’s thing?”
Kuro whispered to Aka.
“I don’t really know much about that... but probably?” Aka replied.
Neither of them looked the least bit embarrassed. They stared directly at him, whispering in low voices—but even then, Blayn could still catch parts of their conversation. Their gazes didn’t help either.
He felt himself getting a little flustered.
“...”
Blayn said nothing and quietly sat in the water near the edge.
“They say it works better if you soak in the center. Aren’t you coming over?” Aka asked.
Seeing how far he was, Kuro’s tone turned a bit annoyed.
“Why are you sitting all the way over there?”
“...I’m still a normal man, you know. Don’t you have any sense of danger at all?” Blayn finally said.
“...”
Aka tilted her head, looking genuinely confused.
“Are you going to attack us?”
“Sis, not that kind of attack. He ans he might ‘eat’ us,” Kuro clarified.
Just as Blayn had said, these two really didn’t have the slightest sense of danger...
