Unfortunately, it happened very fast, so they couldn’t even react, and they were already in their manic state and couldn’t think clearly anymore.

After they finished their report, la and the guides also began praising the stabilizers that Ryzel made.

They experienced how hard it was to clean up and stabilize the pollutants that suddenly entered the ntal sea of their sentinels, so they knew that the stabilizers of Ryzel were even more effective than they thought.

The high stabilizers that Ryzel had just provided before he left instantly worked on the S and 2S-level sentinels.

It was also the sa with the stabilizers that he made that worked on A-level sentinels and below.

The stabilizers that Ryzel made were proven to be more effective than they thought because they could actually even work on those pollutants that were five tis more difficult to deal with.

And the guides also said that those pollutants that were cald down by the stabilizers beca no different than the other pollutants.

That’s why, even though so guides also cleaned up the pollutants in the minds of so of those sentinels that were affected before, they hadn’t discovered anything different.

That’s also why they were only discovering now that the pollutants that actually entered the ntal sea of the sentinels because of the triggering of mass mania were tougher to deal with than the usual pollutants.

After rvin heard what they said, he could only say that Ryzel was really amazing.

Unfortunately, even though they knew that Ryzel was really very good, they could only sigh again as he wasn’t with them.

After eting the sentinels and guides, rvin called the Marshal and the other higher-ups in the federation to let them know about the situation that they had just faced.

With two more mass mania triggered in an instant, all the higher-ups didn’t have a good expression.

They still didn’t even find the cause yet and only found a bit more information about it, but they’re not helpful in pinpointing the real cause of the mass mania triggering.

This ti it was even worse because they discovered that another group of higher-level zergs appeared, different from the higher-level zergs that triggered the mass mania that Lewis had chased before.

So, it just ans that they have to stay on guard against all the presence of high-level zergs on the battlefield because they might have what could trigger mass mania, and not just one group of high-level zergs.

So, they just confird that their situation had beco worse, especially without the high-level stabilizers of Ryzel.

When they learned how effective his stabilizers were, it’s obvious that they all felt that it was really a great loss that they couldn’t make those high-level stabilizers without Ryzel.

And the progress of the research centers studying the high-level stabilizer that Ryzel made hadn’t made any progress yet.

So, they were urging each other to locate Ryzel and Lewis again, and they also wanted to urge the research centers for faster results even though they knew that the possibility of it being deciphered in a short ti was very slim.

Without the high-level stabilizers, they would continue having more and more S-level casualties in the battlefield because they still had to send out S-level sentinels to fight high-level zergs even if they didn’t want to.

They still had to send so sentinels every ti they had to fight. No matter how rvin reduced their number to reduce casualties, additional casualties would still be inevitable if the mass mania triggering would continuously happen.

In the end, the higher-ups agreed to add more weapons to the ninth army as an addition to the weapons that were already coming.

This ti, they also decided to send more weapons not just to the ninth army but to all the other armies that were in charge of different areas.

Of course, the areas responsible for guarding the edges where the zergs might attack would receive more weapons.

They were afraid that the mass mania triggering would also happen in other areas aside from the place where the ninth army was guarding.

No one disagreed with such an arrangent at all.

In fact, rvin would prefer if the old guys involved in politics would have so disagreent just like before, where they would argue about the allocation of resources, the cost of supplies, and other things.

Before, rvin, who was always in charge of logistics for the army, had to have a battle of words with those stubborn guys every ti he asked for supplies, as the ninth army had always needed more than the other armies.

Now that they weren’t even arguing about it even though the cost of the weapons was many tis higher than the cost of the supplies they requested before, it just ans that they’re also afraid that the situation would continue to deteriorate, so they all agreed with the allocation of resources without any problems.

The old guys had always acted the sa: if they were facing a large-scale war and he asked for supplies, they would agree and sign and send it easily.

But if the situation wasn’t dire, they would show off their skills, and rvin had to have a long debate with them which Layton would always call a pointless battle.

Well, that’s why even though rvin doesn’t like those old guys because they had made him suffer a lot especially when he was younger and wasn’t that good at handling them yet, he doesn’t really hate them, because at least they still knew their priorities well.

rvin knew that a lot of them had pocketed big or small amounts of money from the federation, but they were still able to sit well in their positions because they were good at handling their jobs and wouldn’t really do things that would affect the federation in a very bad way even if they would sche against each other a lot.

They were always looking at the big picture, so if there’s a big crisis that would affect the federation—like large-scale zerg wars and other rare situations like what they are facing now—they would be easily agreeable.

That’s why at tis like this, rvin would have actually preferred them to have debates like usual because it just ans that the situation isn’t bad at all.

However, it’s really very clear that the situation would beco more serious if they couldn’t solve it in a short ti.

So, in the end, they all agreed that if the situation continues to worsen, then they’ll have to send suicide squads to kill the high-level zergs after they experience another mass mania triggering.

The suicide squads’ mission would be to determine the cause of the mass mania triggering and kill those high-level zergs, so that even if they might not find the cause, they’ll at least be able to kill the high-level zergs that might have been the cause.

Even though rvin hates such an order that would really send soldiers to their deaths, he still accepted it.

Of course, they would only implent it if they really didn’t have a choice anymore.

They still had a lot of weapons that were coming, and the zergs that they were fighting now would probably be wiped out with the addition of the weapons that they would receive soon.

So, he doesn’t have to send suicide squads. But of course, he still had to prepare them in case sothing worse would really happen.

After their talks were done, all the politicians that were involved, including the president—left first and only the Marshal and the generals of the other armies were left.

They still had to discuss their guarding arrangent and other things that might co up because of the mass mania triggering, as well as the allocation of reinforcents and other related matters, so they didn’t leave and started discussing things after all the others left aside from those in charge of the army.

After their discussion, all the generals left, but rvin and the Marshal still stayed a bit because rvin wanted to ask for advice on how to better arrange the soldiers in the ninth army.

He had been handling the affairs of the ninth army with Lewis for years already, but the experience of the Marshal and the other old guys in the army were still many years more than their experience.

So even though he might know better about the situation in the army and was confident in his arrangent, he still wanted to ask for more advice this ti to avoid any oversight in his arrangent that might cause more losses for the ninth army.

After talking with each other and learning so more insights from the Marshal, rvin was already polishing his arrangent plans for the soldiers and their strategies to kill more zergs as quickly as they could.

When they were already done and he was about to say goodbye to the Marshal, Lyre ca rushing in with excitent and tears in his eyes.
