After the eting within the ninth army, rvin, who was responsible for communication, contacted the guides association and the families of all the guides they rescued.

They held a lot of etings afterwards, but it was no longer necessary for him to be in the eting. So, he started going back to his laboratory to continue making potions with the materials they got from Planet 125.

All the material they gathered from Planet 125 was in his laboratory. He also had a lot of samples from the herbs he didn’t need for the potion he was making. He should be able to study them after making all the potions he needs for the tests.

He would also sotis visit the guides to check in on how they were doing together with Lyre, who was currently tasked with group guiding guides. It might not be as effective as himself, but Lyre was also an S level guide, so his guidance was still effective to so extent.

Instead of group-guiding sentinels, because of the special circumstances of the guides they rescued, Lyre’s first task was to do group-guiding every day.

With Lyre’s personality, he imdiately beca one of the people who the guides talked to. At least those who were recovering were able to talk to others now without suspecting that they had bad intentions.

When they were allowed to call and talk to their families, most of them started to get better. They started to be more cooperative with their treatnts and other things.

But the most worrying were still the 12 guides that protected the others. They still wouldn’t respond to anything, even when they saw their families. They were still like broken dolls, unable to respond to anything, which was really heartbreaking.

After a lot of etings and seeing the conditions of the guides, all the parties involved finally agreed to perform a special intervention for the guides.

Mr. Hanes also started teaching him about mory locking. After learning the theory, they had to perform.

It was agreed that Mr. Hanes would handle the mory locking of half of the guides, and he would also handle the other half, but he would handle the ntal locking of the 12 guides with the most serious problems.

They decided to do it as soon as possible because the guides needed to recover quickly and then go back to their hos.

So, Mr. Hanes would do it first while he was observing to consolidate what he learned.

After he finished learning what Mr. Hanes taught, they imdiately arranged for the guides to undergo mory locking.

All the guides were first put to sleep before they began, and the first guide who would undergo mory locking was Lana.

Mr. Hanes entered her ntal sea, and after 30 minutes, he opened his eyes, which ant the ntal locking was done.

"Ok, I’m done; you could see what it looks like after entering her ntal sea."

Ryzel entered her ntal sea and carefully went deep inside it. She saw that those with the darkest colors on the seabed were trapped in a layer, becoming disconnected from everything. Those should be their most traumatic experiences.

According to what Mr. Hanes taught, mory locking could only be possible with at least 2 years’ worth of mory of the person because they still haven’t subrged deep into the seabed. Which is why they could still see their mories at that ti and lock them up.

When they were guiding, they were always careful to just let their ntal tentacles pass by and only touch pollutants or spread them to calm the ntal sea of the person. They never tried to go into deeper layers because it was considered taboo, and they might experience a very huge backlash.

Fortunately, they were entering a guide’s ntal sea, so it was gentler than a sentinel’s ntal sea, so they weren’t worried about any backlash. However, they still used sedatives that could effectively relax them so that they wouldn’t be on their guard.

Ryzel watched Mr. Hanes do it two more tis before he was ready to do it on his own.

When Ryzel started performing it, he was very careful to tap into the guide’s ntal sea. When he reached the one with the darkest strand deep inside, he began to collect them to lock them up. While he was collecting the strands, he could see their mories in them.

Even though terrible mories kept flashing in his mind, he still concentrated on gathering the mory strands to lock them up. He needed to be careful not to let go of them just because of the mories he was seeing, because once he did, it would cause a backlash.

He carefully sealed the mories he collected in a tight barrier made of his ntal power. After everything was done, he went out of the guide’s ntal sea.

"Mr. Hanes, please check it?" Ryzel offered. It was the first ti he had done it, so Mr. Hanes needed to check if he did everything correctly.

"Everything is correct; you did very well. Are you feeling alright?" Mr. Hanes said after checking the ntal sea of the guide.

"Yes, they are manageable," Ryzel said.

"If you are uncomfortable, you need to rest first before you continue," Mr. Hanes said.

"It’s okay; I can still continue."

It’s just the first patient he had. He still had to do it at least 50 more tis.

Ryzel continued doing mory locking for the guides for the whole day. Which is why he managed to finish locking the mories of 35 guides.

After a whole day of seeing terrible mories, Ryzel was exhausted but wasn’t able to sleep because of the terrible mories that kept appearing in his mind.

"Ryzel, it’s already 12 a.m. You need to sleep," Layton Lewis said while looking at him worriedly.

"I can’t sleep."

Ryzel also knew that he needed to sleep as he still has to continue locking the mories of the other guides tomorrow, but he just can’t fall asleep.

"Ok, then what do you want to do? I will accompany you until you fall asleep."

"I don’t want to do anything," Ryzel said.

"Then, I’ll just hug you until you can fall asleep," Layton Lewis said, gently caressing his head and back to let him sleep.

Ryzel was only able to sleep when it was already near dawn.

In the morning, Ryzel went to the headquarters to start locking up the mories of the other guides.

"Why don’t you take a rest today? You look terrible," Mr. Hanes said as soon as he saw him.

"Yes, you should really rest first, Ryzel," Layton Lewis, who accompanied him, persuaded him again.

"I can still do it. I will rest after I finish locking up the mories of the 15 guides that were left," Ryzel answered.

So, at his insistence, he started locking up the mories of the rest of the guides.

However, when he was performing the mory locking of one of the 12 guides who have the most terrible ntal states, he nearly lost control of the mory strands he was collecting because of how terrible the mories he was seeing were.

When he locked up the mories of the other guides, he also saw what happened to the 12 guides because they are considered to be one of the darkest mories of all the other guides.

However, the vividness of the mory as well as the feeling of despair he could feel from the mories can’t be compared with what he already saw from the other guides.

He imdiately controlled his ntal power to hold the mory strands properly and continued locking them up with his ntal power.

"Ryzel, you’re crying; you should stop first," Layton Lewis said while wiping his tears with his hands.

"No, I need to finish everything as soon as possible because I don’t think I will be able to continue if I delay it. I will rest after I finish everything," Ryzel said honestly.

Ryzel really doesn’t think he could continue locking up the mories of other guides if he doesn’t do it soon. He wanted to finish everything while he still had the will and strength to do it.

The mories he had were all very terrible, and he knew that those mories were trying to eat him up.

Ryzel could now deeply understand why only a few guides were capable of doing such a thing and why it was a forbidden technique that could only be used a few tis.

The burden it could cause to the person locking up the mories of others was too big. The more terrible the mory was, the more it caused a strain in the mind.

He could feel that those mories he saw were eroding his will, so he needed to finish everything because he didn’t have confidence that he could still do it if they moved it tomorrow.

Ryzel indeed finished locking up the mory of everyone, but after he finished everything, he collapsed.
