Leon Hunter’s face changed dramatically: "I’ll go imdiately!"
"Connor, give him the script. For every line he misreads, I’ll cut a finger. He’d better misread a few lines more, then I’ll have cut them all off and the Hunter Family will be mine alone."
Leon Hunter took the script and imdiately turned away.
He took the elevator straight to the conference hall on the third floor.
The spacious conference hall was already packed with dia reporters, and his appearance was t with a cacophony of cara flashes.
All the caras were focused on him, and Leon Hunter looked at the words on the script, speaking with difficulty:
"On behalf of the Hunter Family, I release this statent:
First, our family has never arranged a marriage alliance with the Lewis Family. The matter of my son Harry Hunter marrying Miss Cherry Lewis is pure fabrication! Today’s wedding, we never agreed to it. We have already commissioned lawyers to sue Miss Cherry Lewis!
Second, my son Harry Hunter is already married; his relationship with his wife is very good. Unrelated third parties should not interfere in their marriage.
Third, we have officially reported to the police that the Royalton explosion incident and the mariti disappearance incident concerning my daughter-in-law, Isabella Weaver, were not accidents but deliberate murder! The suspects are Cherry Lewis and... and..."
Leon Hunter paused for a long ti, trembling all over, not from fear, purely from anger.
"The suspects are Cherry Lewis and... Austin Winters!"
The eyeballs of the dia present, shocked by these revelations, were about to fall out!
The nurous viewers watching the live broadcast were even more stunned. The reversal was so great that it left everyone unable to regain their composure!
anwhile, on the first floor of the hotel, the banquet hall was synchronously displaying Leon Hunter’s statent on its big screen.
In the banquet hall, half of the tables belonging to the Hunter family’s friends and relatives were empty, while those belonging to the Lewis family’s friends and relatives were already full. Accusations were being aid towards the head table where Old Madam Lewis, Zoe Lewis, and others were seated.
Ryder Lewis was at the entrance of the banquet hall, accompanied by Cherry Lewis.
They should have been introduced and entered by the emcee according to the process. On the T-shaped stage covered with flower petals and shrouded in mist should have been Harry Hunter, not policen with handcuffs coming to make arrests!
"Click," Cherry Lewis’s wrist was locked in handcuffs.
"Miss Lewis, you’re under arrest! Co with us!"
Old Madam Lewis at the head table gasped, then fainted imdiately.
Zoe Lewis, standing by the old lady’s side, whether from shock or intention, stood there dazed, letting the old lady fall to the ground.
anwhile, Cherry Lewis’s face had lost all color and she was about to collapse.
She could never have imagined that on her wedding day, it would turn into her day of imprisonnt!
Harry Hunter was simply too ruthless! Too cruel!
He deliberately chose the day of the wedding to take revenge on her!
With so many dia, reporters, guests, he intended for her never to show her face before anyone again! He intended to make the Lewis Family utterly lose face among relatives and friends, and destroy their reputation across society!
Cherry Lewis looked at the cold handcuffs on her wrist, her face contorted in regret!
She was overconfident!
Overconfident in thinking she had easily defeated Isabella Weaver! Turns out she lost so miserably!
Arriving in an elegantly luxurious Lincoln, yet leaving in a cold-hearted police car.
Ryder Lewis clenched his fist tightly, his eyes burning red!
He took out his phone to call Leon Hunter, but the call that connected just minutes ago now gave a notification that the phone was turned off!
A large group of reporters had already surrounded him, microphones and caras almost poking into his face!
"President Lewis, is your daughter really a third party? Did she really commit murder?"
"President Lewis, did you know about Harry Hunter’s marriage? Did Harry Hunter really know nothing about this wedding?"
