The port of Silver Moon Tree Court was very quiet. When everyone disembarked from the ship, they saw... many elves quietly staying on the trees around the dock, quietly watching the bustle.

How should this be described? In Silver Moon Tree Court... there was actually very little trade.

Even if there was trade, it was very infrequent, and the number of sea trades was minimal. Most of it was land-based trade... Except for the Beastman Country, every country on this continent was coastal, while above Silver Moon Tree Court lay a vast ocean.

That ocean was to the right of Duke Hazad, and the distance was much further compared to the distance from the Demon King Territory to Silver Moon Tree Court. It was not as convenient as coming straight from land. And above that ocean... lay the ice-covered and isolated country of the extre north.

So, the trade ship from the Demon King Territory should have been quite a novelty for Silver Moon Tree Court.

However, for so reason, all the elves were holding various musical instrunts in their hands, seeming to prepare for a performance, as if awaiting the arrival of the empire’s trade ship.

From the team descending the ship, Satan Ye walked at the front... and then Hilena and Yila.

Strictly speaking, this was the Demon King Territory’s first official visit to Silver Moon Tree Court, so priority needed to be established... by the way, this was what Yila had said.

There were so things the Demon King Territory did not care about at all, but in the eyes of other countries, these were very important, although... not including Silver Moon Tree Court.

Yila glanced over... many of them were sowhat familiar.

After all, the number of elves wasn’t particularly large. Their fertility and lifespan were extres... So, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that elves were the race least concerned with offspring in this world.

"Satan Ye sister! And Hilena miss! Yila! Welco to play... I an, visit!"

Cassiopeia looked not the least bit like royalty as she waved and greeted... if Yila did not mishear, she probably accidentally said "Welco to play" just now?

*Natural airhead indeed...*

*Sotis Yila felt really helpless; it seed like the position of ’King’ in this world had so sort of curse... almost no serious person ever ascended the throne.*

*So were too immature and weak (Isabella: ...), so were too insecure, yet still cute (Satan Ye: Mmh~), so were natural airheads (Cassiopeia: Eh-hey~)*

*There were even battle-crazed maniacs (Favignano: Hey, hi! Is that a complint?!)*

*The only one whom Yila thought of as extrely pleasant to cooperate with, was also a dedicated person, enough to betray Yila’s dreams and forsake that eternal empire, to follow his wife into death.*

*If only Yose could live another ten years... everything would be different.*

...

"Alright! Yila has arrived, get ready... sing!!!"

While Yila was still evaluating the kings, Cassiopeia shouted and, under her direction, elves, beautiful and handso alike, began to strum their harps and blow their flutes.

Whether it was the harps or flutes, they were instrunts that existed in this world and were very simple, understandable as instrunts that could easily be born in various worlds. Naturally, elves could also play them.

Additionally, you could see so unique instrunts of this world—unlike wind, string, percussion, or friction instrunts... how should they be described?

Consider them "explosive instrunts." Basically, they used magic that would explode but lacked any powerful effects... maybe they could also count as percussion instrunts? Percussion against air to create sound or sothing?

The timbre sowhat resembled drums.

Of course, singers using elven language, rumored to have evolved from the Divine Era Language, were not missing either... though the lyrics were incomprehensible, the lodious songs reverberated around the Demon King Territory team, sounding like clear springs flowing in the mountains.

"...(Elven language)"

(Lyrics aning: Playing a tune of shallow sipping and low singing, when you are not around, days dim, the moon lacks its glow.)

"...(Elven language)"

(Lyrics aning: The wind murmurs coolly, singing for you the echoes of springs.)

"...(Elven language)"

(Lyrics aning: The forest’s song sweeps through branches, bird songs, and floral fragrances are the proof of our welco.)

"..."

Even though the song was completely incomprehensible, everyone could still feel... half was welcoming the Demon King Territory crew, and half was totally welcoming Yila.

However, everyone found it interesting.

The Demon King Territory crew found it interesting, the elves of Silver Moon Tree Court sang joyfully, Cassiopeia cheered for the great event she organized, only Yila stood awkwardly... because he could understand elven language.

Just like he quickly learned Federation Language using similar magic, which essentially was ideographic, here in Silver Moon Tree Court, he quickly picked up so elven language that evolved from Nordic texts.

The Divine Era Text also bore so resemblance to runes... at least proving that Yila’s forr Eternal Federation and this world were not completely unrelated, maybe diverged dramatically at so point, forming a parallel world.

Regardless of whether one understood it or not, they could appreciate the charm of this language, which had a significant extent of depth and lodiousness, very suitable for singing.

It could even be said that elven language was more advantageous for singing than daily communication, easily conveying an epic feeling.

Elves quite enjoyed writing exaggerated lyrics or poetry... it always felt like the protagonists in their poems were depicted as "Chosen Sons," "What god-like presence descends here."

Pleasant to listen to, but...

"Alright, alright, stop singing, stop singing..."

Yila complained, waving to stop the choir of elves.

Although many countries would pay exorbitantly for the music composed by elves, so expensive that countless legends would spend fortunes to have elves write poems and songs for them, Yila did not care about that.

No matter how beautifully sung, if the song was bragging about oneself... that would feel strange. Though many people in this world were eager to buy into that, Yila himself did not.

Though the singing ceased, the enthusiasm did not diminish.

"Yila! Long ti no see!"

Yila: "Long ti no see (Who are you?)"

"Yila, do you still rember ? I picked fruit for you to eat back then~"

Yila: "Of course, such nostalgia (Who’s this sister again?)"

"Yila! Thank you so much, I’ve always wanted to thank you personally, for killing my father."

Saying this was a young-looking female elf, holding Yila’s hand with great emotion, "Thank you for letting him return to the World Tree with an elven soul before he was completely corrupted."

Looking at her face, Yila rembered who she was, he lightly smiled and nodded, "No need to thank , your father thanked before he died."

This was from a long ti ago.
