The People’s Ard Police is working on an informatization system?

The recently released white paper on national defense has disclosed our combat forces for the first ti: In 2007, there were about 2.3 million People’s Liberation Army soldiers, roughly 660,000 Ard Police Internal Defense forces, and the other seven "King Kongs" – the border, civil, mariti, and forest police at approximately 400,000.

With this budget, what space is there for scientific research? It’s mostly salaries, logistics, administration, and operational expenses.

At least firefighting has substantial local support, the financial aid that the Internal Guard can get from local finances is only about one-tenth of what firefighting receives.
