After finishing work, Shen Yan didn’t tell Qi Si but went straight back to Shen City.
It was just that upon arriving at Shen City Airport, she got surrounded.

Today just happened to be Saturday. As soon as Qi Si heard from Liu Su, he ca ho from the company and took his daughter, who was playing next door, to pick up his wife from the airport.
However, father and daughter were stopped on the outskirts, without even catching a glimpse of Shen Yan.

Sitting in the backseat, Qi Muyu peeled her own candy and stuffed it into her mouth, and even handed a spicy strip to the little dog curled up at the edge of the car seat.
The little dog ate one strip after another with relish.

No one’s mom was as aweso as hers!

Qi Muyu and the little dog got out of the car. Seeing her dad with such a deadpan expression, she said, without enthusiasm, “Dad and I went to pick you up.”

Shen Yan finally understood why he had that expression on his face.
She chuckled, “We exited from a different gate.”
Shen City Airport was so big; there was more than one exit.
They surely must have missed each other.
Qi Si swept her into his arms, “Why didn’t you tell beforehand?”
“I didn’t want to disrupt your schedule,” Shen Yan held back her laughter.
Qi Si bit down on her cheek fiercely.
Shen Yan stepped back, holding her face, “I still have makeup on.”
He didn’t care.
Qi Si pulled her in again, this ti nipping at her ear, causing Shen Yan’s face to redden, “Mu Yu is here, what are you doing?”
Qi Muyu covered her eyes with one hand and the little dog’s with the other, “I didn’t see anything, absolutely nothing!”
