The white paper bird flapped its wings a few tis, unsteadily making its way towards the exit of the eting room.
Ye You returned to his residence on Tiandan Mountain, only to find the room empty. He was sowhat puzzled, but considering that Jing Jing was with Qin Sisi, he didn’t worry too much. He slowly made his way to the open space at the top of the mountain and looked around.
Soon, he saw Qin Sisi and Jing Jing each carrying a large handful of Spirit Grass as they walked towards him.
The two moved slowly, chatting and laughing along the way, and the atmosphere between them seed very harmonious. Seeing the rare, sunshine-like radiant smile on Qin Sisi’s face, a gentle smile appeared on Ye You’s lips as well.
Walking a bit further, Qin Sisi looked up to see Ye You, her eyes couldn’t help but light up.
Jing Jing twirled her eyes and turned towards Qin Sisi and said, "Thank you for helping
gather Spirit Grass, but I have to rush back to perform Alchemy."
Qin Sisi, aware that Jing Jing didn’t want to interrupt her and Ye You, happily accepted her kindness. She handed over the Spirit Grass to Jing Jing, and said cheerfully, "Alright then, good luck."
Jing Jing flipped her palm and stored all the Spirit Grass in her storage ring. She then gave a smile to Qin Sisi, nodded at Ye You, and briskly walked away.
Ye You walked up to Qin Sisi, extending his palm just as he did when the curse was lifted the day before, a smile on his face as he gazed at her.
A blush appeared on Qin Sisi’s face, she curved her lips into a little smile as she placed her hand in Ye You’s.
Ye You held Qin Sisi’s hand tightly, leading her back to their room.
Once inside, Ye You embraced Qin Sisi’s shoulders, gently kissed her forehead and softly said, "Now that your health has recovered, it’s ti to start practicing magic."
Qin Sisi looked up at Ye You and nodded strongly.
She knew that her magic power was really weak compared to Ye You. To walk side by side with Ye You in the future, she would need to work really hard, even harder than Ye You.
"Let’s begin now!" Qin Sisi declared loudly.
Seeing Sisi’s quick and decisive response, without any hesitation, filled Ye You with a sense of guilt.
He knows that ever since Qin Sisi has been with him, she has been under a great deal of pressure to gather soul power and now to improve her magical powers.
He wondered when they could finally let go of their burdens and simply be together without any worry or constraint.
Seeing Ye You in silence, Qin Sisi gently shook his arm and asked in a soft voice, "Where are we going to practice? Not here, right?"
They had to practice in the room previously due to lack of space. But now in the vast Heavenly Magic God’s Castle, Qin Sisi believed they would have access to professional training grounds or classrooms.
Ye You smiled and said, "Of course, not here. Follow ."
Ye You held Qin Sisi’s hand, and led her past their living quarters. At the rear of a group of purposeful buildings, there stood a twelve-level tower.
The tower exhibited a somber red hue, appearing solemn and mysterious.
Ye You explained, "Each hilltop has a tower like this for teachers and students to practice in. Each level corresponds to a different magical attribute. From bottom to top, they are Gold, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth, Wind, Thunder, Illusion, Ice, and Sound. The eleventh level houses the alchemy room and the forging room, and the twelfth level is the reward room."
"A reward room?" Qin Sisi asked, surprised.
Ye You nodded and continued, "To access the trial tower, you need to pay with a Middle-grade Spirit Stone. When exiting, you’ll receive rewards based on your performance."
Qin Sisi concluded thoughtfully, "So, the better you perform, the more rewards you receive, right?"
"Correct," Ye You answered with a smile, "If your performance is flawless, the trial tower returns the Middle-grade Spirit Stone, but that happens rarely."
It would be extrely difficult for even the most powerful magic user to perform each magic skill flawlessly.
Qin Sisi now had a fair understanding of how the trial tower worked, and she was eager to give it a try.

Ye You took out two Middle-grade Spirit Stones from his Portable Space and popped them into the gaping mouth of the golden toad. With two tallic clinks, the doors of the trial tower split open and rolled back into their slots on either side of the hallway, granting entry.
Ye You held Qin Sisi’s hand as they entered the trial tower. However, it was not the spacious training room Qin Sisi had expected; rather, it was a narrow little hall that resembled an elevator room.
