Chapter 362: Chapter 362: The Sweet Monts at Both Ends of the Mirror_1

Midnight was drawing near, and Qin Sisi exchanged glances with Ye You, their expressions full of anticipation.

Ye You was the first to step into the bathroom, with Qin Sisi following in a white jacket, a candle in hand. She locked the door behind her.

"Fire magic, ignite!"

Qin Sisi commanded softly, lighting two candles with the Fire Ignition Skill and placing them on either side of the vanity mirror.

At this point, Ye You stood on top of the sink, and mirrored reflection showed him still in his black cat form. His pair of purple eyes shone brilliantly, even in the dim light.

Qin Sisi glanced at Ye You, who was still in his black cat form, then crossed her fingers over her chest, closed her eyes, and began to count silently: "One, two, three..."

After counting to thirteen, her heart started beating faster. She took a deep breath before slowly opening her eyes.

In the mirror above the sink, as expected, a handso and upright figure appeared once again.

Dressed entirely in black, colder than the night itself, the diamonds on his clothes sparkled like stars in the night sky.

He blinked his pair of purple eyes, which flickered with a bright, strange glow as he quietly gazed at Qin Sisi outside the mirror.

Qin Sisi opened her mouth slightly but said nothing, her hands gradually falling from her chest.

Under Ye You’s silent and deep gaze, Qin Sisi shyly lowered her head.

So this was what it felt like to be fearful in an important mont.

She had imagined this mont, longed for it, but when it was really within reach, she didn’t know what to say.

Ye You stretched out his palm and placed it on the mirror, speaking in a deep and srizing voice to Qin Sisi, "Co."

Qin Sisi knew what Ye You ant. They had perford this gesture many tis before – it was the closest form of expression they could think of in this situation.

Qin Sisi’s cheeks were tinged with blush as she gently raised her hand and placed her palm where Ye You’s was.

Separated by the mirror, they held each other’s hands.

Seeing the bashful and joyful expression on Qin Sisi’s face, Ye You felt a sense of warmth and helplessness, whispering, "I really want to break this curse soon."

Qin Sisi looked up at Ye You, soothingly replied, "Don’t worry, I’m giving it my all."

I will strive to help you gather Soul Power, assist you with returning to the Demon Sacred Realm, and then you can break the curse.

Ye You smirked cryptically, staring at Qin Sisi and saying, "What I really want now is..."

Qin Sisi was taken aback, her face flushed even deeper as she caught the implications in Ye You’s words, finding it harder to breathe.

After a mont, Qin Sisi tried to lighten the tense and ambiguous mood, deliberately asking in a breezy tone, "So, what’s the first thing you want to do after breaking the curse?"

Without hesitation, Ye You replied, "Of course, it’s to hold you tight."

"..." The more flustered Qin Sisi beca. She had assud that Ye You would say sothing about missing his family or seeking revenge. She had not expected his response to involve her.

The sight of Qin Sisi, blushing and embarrassed, made Ye You’s heart flutter and he couldn’t help but tease, "You’re already mine, why are you still so shy?"

Qin Sisi suddenly lifted her head, staring at Ye You and stuttering, "You... what nonsense are you talking about? Who’s yours?"

"You," ca Ye You’s straightforward answer.

"I’m not," Qin Sisi retorted, raising her fist as if to punch Ye You in the chest, but pulled back when she saw the reflection in the mirror.

If the mirror broke, she would have to spend money to replace it, and hire soone to install it. It would be too troubleso.

And if there wasn’t a mirror, wouldn’t that an she wouldn’t be able to see Ye You anymore?

Annoyed, Qin Sisi shot Ye You a scornful look, biting her lip and turning her head away.

Ye You’s purple eyes flickered for a mont before he softly asked, "Aren’t you mine?"

"I’m not," Qin Sisi replied quietly, but didn’t dare look up at Ye You. Her denial was unconvincing.

Ye You’s eyes narrowed, giving off a dangerous vibe as he said, "Fine, then the first thing I’ll do after breaking my curse would be to take you as mine."

"You... you’re so an..." Qin Sisi was so flustered, she could barely get her words out.

Ye You raised an eyebrow, teasing, "I’ve always been bad, are you just realizing now?"

Qin Sisi shot Ye You a glance, pouting as she turned her head away.

Ye You spoke slowly in a coaxing tone, "If you admit you’re mine, I might be more gentle with you then."

Qin Sisi felt both shy and frustrated, looking down and noticing the black cat sitting motionless on the sink. She flicked her fingers against the cat’s head.

She couldn’t hit the real Ye You, but hitting the black cat was fair ga.

Ye You in the mirror reached up to rub his forehead, complaining, "That hurt."

The Ye You in the mirror was just an illusion; the black cat was his actual body. Naturally, if the cat was hit, Ye You would feel it.

Qin Sisi couldn’t help but laugh, saying brightly, "You liar, I didn’t even hit you hard."

Ye You nodded, conceding, "Hm, I know you wouldn’t dare."

Qin Sisi was at a loss for words. When she first saw Ye You’s true form, she thought he was aloof, had an aristocratic air, and exuded the charisma of a heartthrob. How had he turned out to be such a scoundrel now!

Biting her lip, Qin Sisi teased, "Who said I wouldn’t dare? If you keep bullying , I won’t cook for you anymore, and I won’t let you sleep on the bed."

Ye You’s gaze darkened as he asked carefully, "Who do you want to eat your cooking? Who do you want to sleep with? Da Huang?"

"Da Huang" referred to the yellow dog they had taken in. Since she had brought him ho, Qin Sisi nad the dog Da Huang, based on the color of his fur.

So, even Da Huang was making Ye You jealous. Qin Sisi couldn’t help but laugh, but couldn’t resist teasing Ye You. She nodded and said, "Sure, Da Huang is much more well-behaved than you."

Ye You moved closer to the mirror, gritting his teeth, "Qin Sisi, I’m warning you. If you let that dog lick you again, I’ll throw it off the balcony."

Qin Sisi looked up at Ye You, her voice slightly upset, "You knew I was only joking, why are you so an?"

Feeling soft-hearted, Ye You said in a gentle yet firm tone, "I’ve said it before, you are mine. Only I’m allowed to kiss you. No one else can."

Qin Sisi argued, "Da Huang is a dog, not a person."

"Even if it’s a male, it’s not allowed," Ye You’s reply left no room for argunt.

Qin Sisi wanted to say sothing else, but seeing Ye You’s serious expression, she reluctantly shut her mouth.

Both of them fell silent, their gaze finally resting on their hands pressed against each other on the mirror.

All the while, through the playful banter, embarrassnt, irritation, and quarreling...their hands hadn’t moved the slightest bit. They remained firmly pressed together, separated only by the mirror, as if they would never let go for an eternity.
