Chapter 357: Chapter 357: Scumbag Turns into a Eunuch_1

As Chen Yan’s ghost drifted into the room to see the child, Qin Sisi too began to be busy.

With a cara in hand and an inquisitive look on her face, she asked Ye You, "Do you know how to develop photos?"

Ye You shook his head, "I don’t."

Qin Sisi’s eyes widened, "How are you going to produce the photos then?"

Seeing Qin Sisi’s worried expression, Ye You laughed lightly and explained, "Well, I may not know how to develop photos the way you do, but I can use magic to have images appear on paper."

Qin Sisi had a sudden realization, rembering that Ye You previously brought words to life on a piece of white paper to communicate with her when they hadn’t yet ford a Blood Covenant and she was unable to hear him.

"Now, you need to help

find so white paper," Ye You told Qin Sisi.

Qin Sisi was slightly startled and replied, in confusion, "Where could I find white paper at such a late hour? Check your Portable Space to see if you have any."

Ye You was equally helpless; it was indeed challenging to find white paper at such an odd ti.

There are certain things that usually seem abundant and readily available but are nowhere to be found when you really need them.

With no other option, Ye You focused his mind and searched through his Portable Space, finally coming up with a bundle of yellow paper used for worship at graves.

He had initially purchased it in case he needed Lan Di’s assistance during their first outing and put a bundle in there. He had never needed to use it and had almost forgotten about it altogether.

Seeing the yellow paper that Ye You tossed onto the ground, Qin Sisi asked hesitantly, "Will this work?"

Ye You replied, "We will have to make do with this. As long as the pictures are clear."

Reluctantly, Qin Sisi said, "Okay, let’s get started."

She handed the cara to Ye You and unfastened the binding of the yellow paper, spreading the sheets out in front of him one by one.

Ye You glanced at the photos in the cara, then at the yellow paper in front of him. He blinked hard, and following a flash of purple light, a clear image appeared on the yellow paper.

Upon seeing the images on the yellow paper, Qin Sisi flushed red imdiately, lowering her head and rigidly moving the yellow paper with the visible images to one side.

Ye You glanced at Qin Sisi and felt a bit awkward, but he needed to continue.

After a "hard" period of work, the whole bundle of yellow paper was imprinted with clear images, each of them having a strong visual impact.

Qin Sisi, head still lowered, neatly arranged the yellow paper, folded it up, and handed it to Ye You without eting his eyes.

Ye You carefully stored the yellow paper photos and softly said to Qin Sisi, "Wait for

here. I’ll be back soon."

"Okay." Qin Sisi replied softly, still not daring to look up.

Ye You harnessed magical powers to form a semi-transparent silver sphere around himself and flew towards the night sky.

The silver sphere orbited the entire village, dispersing the yellow paper photos like falling snowflakes. They fell everywhere: in the courtyards, on rooftops, on the roads... The peculiar photos could be found practically everywhere.

When Ye You returned to Qin Sisi, she finally looked up and said with so urgency, "Do these photos have an expiration ti? If they continue to exist, they will have a bad influence on the villagers, especially the children."

It was only after Ye You left that Qin Sisi thought of this. She felt a asure of regret as she had acted impulsively.

Ye You dispelled the silver sphere and landed on Qin Sisi’s shoulder, gently reassuring her, "Don’t worry, the images on the paper are very susceptible to sunlight. Just a few minutes under the sun will cause them to fade away. They won’t cause much harm."

Only then did Qin Sisi take a deep breath, secretly grateful to Ye You for thinking ahead.

At that mont, Chen Yan’s ghost floated out from the room and said to Qin Sisi, "It’s almost 4 a.m., I need to conceal myself soon."

Qin Sisi looked at Ye You, who lifted a paw and made a sign on Chen Yan’s forehead to help her resist the Yang energy brought by the sun.

Chen Yan imdiately felt refreshed and gratefully cast a glance at Qin Sisi.

Ye You owed once, and Qin Sisi said to Chen Yan, "Let’s get going."

With that, Qin Sisi and Chen Yan then approached the large dog, Da Huang.

Having been reprimanded by Chen Gang, Da Huang had not really fallen asleep. It imdiately got up and barked twice when it sensed soone was nearing it.

Ye You’s gaze hardened, he stretched out his claw and pushed Chen Yan’s back emphatically. Chen Yan felt a strong force that sent her into Da Huang’s body.

Da Huang’s once alert eyes instantly beca distant and its body rigidly stood still, ending its barking.

Next, Ye You waved his paw lightly at Chen Gang’s room, unlocking the door, then owed twice at Qin Sisi.

Qin Sisi then said to Da Huang, "Go ahead, I’ll be waiting for you at the village entrance."

Once Chen Yan made a move, all the nearby neighbors would undoubtedly be alard. With the invisibility bubble no longer effective, Qin Sisi needed to sneak away in advance.

After saying her goodbyes, Qin Sisi leaves Chen Gang’s house with Ye You. They tread over the many yellow paper photos on the road as they moved towards the village entrance.

Chen Yan, attached to Da Huang, recovered her senses after a mont of confusion. She bared her teeth, revealing cold, stark fangs. She slowly raised her tail and proceeded forth on her fluffy paws towards Chen Gang’s room.

Minutes later, a shrill scream from the room broke through the silence of the early morning.

Subsequently, the panicked cry of a woman followed.

Awaked by the noise, nearby villagers slowly opened their eyes in a daze.

Da Huang broke free and ran out of the room in the midst of the screams. It took off towards the village entrance.

Qin Sisi was stationed at the village entrance, naturally catching the commotion from earlier. She had to walk as far away as possible.

On a vacant patch of land near the village entrance, Qin Sisi stopped in her tracks, and the swift Da Huang soon followed, yipping softly at Qin Sisi.

Ye You extended his paw and with a slight motion in the air, Chen Yan’s ghost dislodged from Da Huang’s body, drifting in midair once again.

Qin Sisi pointed at a yellow paper picture on the ground nearby and said to Chen Yan, "You’ll see. Once the sun cos up, everyone in the village will see these photos."

Chen Yan nodded expressionlessly, "Yes, I see. They will be ridiculed by everyone in the village, and Chen Gang has been turned into a eunuch. My wishes have been fulfilled."

Qin Sisi glanced at Chen Yan but said nothing to rush her. Since she was here, she had to honor her word.

anwhile, the continuous echoes of screams kept ringing out, with so nearby neighbours putting on their clothes in amazent and opening their doors, heading towards Chen Gang’s house in confusion.

While so walked quickly and did not notice the yellow paper photos under their feet, others who were walking a bit slowly had the images from the yellow paper photos caught in their gaze.
