Qin Sisi then asked, "Lele, how long have you been down here?"

Lele scratched his head and said, "I don’t know, just a very, very long ti."

Lele turned his eyes to Ye You and mused, "Will he be able to help

find my mom?"

The joyful smile on Qin Sisi’s face stiffened instantly, and she felt a wave of sadness in her heart. After a mont of silence, she bent down, looked at Lele’s innocent face, and said softly, "Lele, do you know that you’ve already left this world?"

"I... I..." Lele struggled to respond, his beautiful eyes welling up with tears.

Children are very sensitive. Having been here for so long, Lele had sensed sothing was wrong. However, his longing for his mother gave him the courage to stay in this place, hoping that one day she would co to take him ho.

"Stop stop stop." Qin Sisi quickly halted the bouncing Lele, took his hand and said, "Lele, you’re a ghost now and can’t be out in the daylight. We need to leave while it’s still dark, okay?"

"Hmm hmm." Lele nodded vigorously, appearing to be completely obedient.

Qin Sisi turned her head to Ye You and said, "We need to leave."

Ye You nodded, lifted his head, and stretched out a paw. In his mind, he started to cast the spell, calling upon the power of his magic.

Soon, just like when he opened the manhole cover, a golden light shot out from Ye You’s paw and hit the manhole cover above their heads.

Before long, the manhole cover made a low rumbling sound, detaching itself from the sewer’s entrance and fell onto the ground with a "thump".

handle this."

Qin Sisi was aware that the silver sphere created by Ye You required a lot of spiritual power. She hesitated and said, "It’s so late, nobody would probably notice, right?"

Qin Sisi took a deep breath, pulled Lele’s hand and said, "Lele, this is my ho. You stay here for now, and once I find your mom, I will take you to see her, okay?"
