Ye You gently touched Qin Sisi’s head and softly said, "Don’t you understand yet? You’ve already obtained the four portions of Life Divine Water, so your body has been reshaped and you are completely out of danger."
"Really?!" Qin Sisi finally felt joy and quickly checked her Magic Source and body.
The Magic Source was intact, and her body was no longer weak and frail; instead, it was stronger and had a greatly increased endurance.
Only then did she believe that she had successfully reshaped her body, and the arduous journey through The Four Forbidden Zones had finally paid off.
Qin Sisi broke free from Ye You’s embrace, stood in the snow, looked up at the Ice Snow Fairy, and said loudly, "Thank you, Fairy, for saving my life."
Seeing the clarity in Qin Sisi’s eyes and recalling her own earlier wishful thinking of keeping Ye You by her side, the Ice Snow Fairy couldn’t help but feel a bit guilty. She coughed lightly and said, "Since those three old monsters have all given it to you, I won’t be the villain."
Ye You stood up and lifted Qin Sisi onto his shoulder, saying softly, "Since our goal in The Four Forbidden Zones has been achieved, we should return to the Demon Sacred Realm."
"Yes." Qin Sisi nodded in agreent.
The purpose of traversing The Four Forbidden Zones was to acquire the Life Divine Water. Now that they had the four portions and Qin Sisi had successfully reshaped her body, there was no need to stay here any longer.
The five-year agreent with Huo Huan was coming to an end, and unless absolutely necessary, Ye You hoped to reclaim the position of Sage Ruler.
"Are you leaving now?" The Ice Snow Fairy felt a slight reluctance in her heart.
Since the betrayal of the Snow-scaled White Horse a thousand years ago, no one had spoken to her kindly. She felt increasingly lonely, and the Ice Snow Palace seed to grow colder.
Qin Sisi replied warmly, "Fairy, we have many things to do in the Demon Sacred Realm and must return quickly. If you have ti in the future, you could visit the Demon Sacred Realm."
The Ice Snow Fairy shook her head and said with a hint of despondency, "No, I am the Guardian of the Extre North Ice Field, and I must remain here in the Extre North Ice Field all my life, unable to take even a half-step away."
After speaking, she slowly turned around, choosing not to use magical power to fly but walked step by step towards the direction of the Ice Snow Palace, her figure exuding loneliness.
Qin Sisi thought for a mont, used her magical power to form magic wings, and pursued her, saying to the Ice Snow Fairy, "Do you still want to go back to that cold palace?"
"Where else could I go?" The Ice Snow Fairy’s tone betrayed a sense of dissatisfaction.
Qin Sisi said, "The Snow Demon Tribe has already submitted to Ye You and is now a part of the magic family of the Demon Sacred Realm, so you no longer need to guard them."
"What? How dare they?" The Ice Snow Fairy raised her brows angrily, ready to lash out.
Qin Sisi continued, "Why are you angry? If I were you, I’d be happy."
"What are you saying?" The Ice Snow Fairy looked at Qin Sisi in confusion. Her guarded clan submitting to soone else; how could that make her happy?
Qin Sisi explained, "This ans the Extre North Ice Field no longer needs a Guardian. You don’t have to stay here anymore; you’re free. You can go wherever you want."
The Ice Snow Fairy was stunned. She had never thought about leaving the Extre North Ice Field before; she had lived here for tens of thousands of years.
However, living in a different place, experiencing different feelings sounded nice.
Qin Sisi continued, "The climate of the Extre North Ice Field is harsh; aside from the Snow Demon Tribe, other creatures find it hard to survive. But the other regions are different. Besides the nine magic families of the Demon Sacred Realm, there are the rmaid Tribe of the No Delusion Deep Sea, the Elf Clan of the Dark Forest, the Mu Water Clan of the Deep Pupil Desert, and many other places you could go. You’re bound to find a place you like, and maybe, you’ll et a more suitable lover."
"A more suitable lover?" The expression of the Ice Snow Fairy beca a bit dreamy, "Is that possible?"
After experiencing the pain of betrayal, could she really find a better, more suitable lover?
"How would you know if you don’t give it a try?" Qin Sisi questioned in return.
After a pause, Qin Sisi added, "If you truly love the Extre North Ice Field, you’re, of course, free to continue living here. It’s your choice."
The Ice Snow Fairy fell into deep thought. Did she love the Extre North Ice Field?
She wasn’t sure; in her mory, she was the Deity with the most powerful Ice Magic, and she had always lived in snow and ice. She thought it was a matter of course, but now Qin Sisi told her she could choose a different life.
"Think it over. We shall take our leave now." Qin Sisi said to the Ice Snow Fairy, then turned to Ye You and said, "Let’s say goodbye to the Snow Demon Leader at the Snow Demon Valley!"
"Alright." Ye You agreed, lifted Qin Sisi, and conjured magic wings to fly toward the Snow Demon Valley.
They were not far from the Snow Demon Valley; the Ice Snow Fairy had just left the valley shortly before they caught up. Earlier, during the Heavenly Tribulation, the Snow Demons felt it and hid in their caves, afraid to co out.
Once the Heavenly Tribulation was over and the dark clouds dispersed, the Snow Demons finally breathed a sigh of relief.
Ye You and Qin Sisi found the Snow Demon Leader and inford them of their imminent departure. However, Ye You assured him that once the situation in the Demon Sacred Realm stabilized, he would return to the Snow Demon Valley and bring ample practice resources. He would also invite the Snow Demon Leader and his tribe to visit the Demon Sacred Realm to strengthen ties and advance with other magic families.
The Snow Demon Leader, worried, asked, "Sage Ruler, what if all the fires are extinguished before you return?"
Ye You looked up at the sky, where light snowflakes now fell, and stated solemnly, "The environnt of the Extre North Ice Field has already begun to change. Haven’t you noticed?"
The Snow Demon Leader was startled and quickly looked skyward as Ye You did. The vast sky seed tinged with a hint of blue, the violent storm had ceased, the heavy snow was gone, only a few flakes fell gently.
"It’s true." The Snow Demon Leader’s expression was both joyful and incredulous. After so many years, the climate of the Extre North Ice Field was finally improving.
He exhaled a long breath, perford a deep bow to Ye You, and said loudly, "Thank you, Sage Ruler, for your great kindness. With your leadership, I believe the Snow Demon Tribe will beco more prosperous."
Ye You helped the Snow Demon Leader to his feet and declared loudly, "From now on, the Snow Demon Tribe will be the thirteenth magic family of the Demon Sacred Realm. There will be no more forbidden zones."
Qin Sisi gazed at Ye You with a smile in her eyes, deeply impressed. Though they could be considered an old couple, every ti she saw his youthful vigor and charisma, she couldn’t help her heart from racing, just like when Ye You was still a black cat.
