Chapter 128: Chapter 128 Disturbance at Ju Ya Zhai_1

Soon, Qin Sisi and Ning Hao were standing outside Ju Ya Zhai, and they overheard the commotion within.

As soon as the two arrived at the entrance of Ju Ya Zhai, they heard an outraged voice saying: "Boss Zheng, I always thought of you as a friend, but I didn’t expect you to conspire with others to trap . Your conscience is probably eaten by a dog!"

Qin Sisi pushed through the crowd to the entrance and saw that Xiao Wu, who forrly sold her the blue and white porcelain occupied by an evil spirit for one yuan was the one yelling. He was the Wu Cheng that Boss Zheng spoke of.

Wu Cheng had an entirely different deanor than previously - he no longer looked panicky or pale, instead he was quite stern and indignant as he continued to berate Boss Zheng.

Even the usually calm Boss Zheng looked a bit embarrassed and said righteously: "Xiao Wu, you can’t say that. That blue and white porcelain was a troubled item, you voluntarily sold it cheap to Ms. Qin. And after Ms. Qin removed the malice from the porcelain, she then sold it to , there is absolutely no intent to harm you."

"Damn it!" Wu Cheng’s face got redder with anger. "You successfully deceived

once, but won’t fool

forever. You all tead up to frighten

by saying there was a murderous evil spirit in the blue and white porcelain, which made

lose my judgnt and sell my treasure for a single yuan. If this porcelain had disappeared, I wouldn’t have ntioned anything. But now, it appears on your shelf, and I’ve asked around about the price, you’re actually asking for one hundred and fifty thousand. Explain this to ."

"Yeah, explain it!"

"Indeed, this matter is really strange!"

"We’re all in the sa business, how can you trap your peers?"

...

Wu Cheng ca prepared today, and brought a few people to back him up. Together they surrounded Boss Zheng, demanding a reasonable explanation.

Boss Zheng turned pale; he regretfully hadn’t expected Wu Cheng to see that blue and white porcelain again. People usually don’t believe in the existence of spirits at all.

Despite this, Boss Zheng patiently explained: "Xiao Wu, I’ve already told you, there was indeed an evil spirit sealed within the blue and white porcelain, but later, it was removed by Ms. Qin. It beca nothing more than an ordinary piece of porcelain."

"Ha ha ha ha ha..."

Laughs broke out all around as Wu Cheng’s gang found it amusing, their faces beaming with delight.

Wu Cheng took a few steps towards the entrance of the shop, shouting out to the crowd: "Everyone heard that? He said there is a ghost in the porcelain. Do you believe it?"

Voices from the crowd echoed back, "We don’t believe! No way!"

Who knows whether those were gawkers enjoying the drama or individuals Wu Cheng hired.

Wu Cheng, who was standing at the entrance, quickly spotted Qin Sisi at the front of the crowd. Wu Cheng had been thinking of her and Boss Zheng every day recently.

After selling the expensive blue and white porcelain to Qin Sisi for one yuan, although relieved from the horror of the evil spirit inside, Wu Cheng felt remorseful for the significant monetary loss.

Later, soone told him that Boss Zheng’s Ju Ya Zhai had a great piece of blue and white porcelain, he rushed over and found that it was the very one he had sold.

Wu Cheng was shocked and dwelled on this for days. He concluded that Boss Zheng and Qin Sisi had colluded to deceive him.

The more he thought about it, the angrier he beca. He then assembled a group to confront Boss Zheng and sought to reclaim his blue and white porcelain.

When Wu Cheng spotted Qin Sisi, a flash of dark malice flashed through his eyes, thinking to himself: You dare to show up, well, anything you earned from , you will have to spit it out today.

He took a step forward and loudly said to Qin Sisi: "Oh, isn’t this the illustrious Ms. Qin? Do co in, Boss Zheng was just ntioning you, saying you have the ability to slay demons and control evil spirits."

So sneering laughs erupted from within the crowd, nurous playfully disdainful eyes landed on Qin Sisi.

Everybody was of one mind: How could such a young and inexperienced girl have such abilities? Moreover, whether ghosts exists or not is another story altogether!

Qin Sisi shot Wu Cheng a cold glance, seeing his determination. But having already decided to confront the issue, she was curious to see how Wu Cheng intended to resolve this situation.

Without saying anything, Qin Sisi strode into the entrance of Ju Ya Zhai and walked to the side of Boss Zheng, softly saying: "Boss Zheng, I am here."

Boss Zheng looked at her apologetically, nodded slightly, glanced at Wu Cheng and then quickly turned back to subtly gesture to Qin Sisi, signaling her to be careful of Wu Cheng and his gang.

Qin Sisi nodded slightly. Her clear eyes locked onto Wu Cheng as she asked, "What do you want?"

Wu Cheng scoffed, "Nothing much. I heard you controlled the evil spirit in the blue and white porcelain. I’ve never seen a ghost in my life. It would be a great favor if you could show us the evil spirit for the sake of enriching our experiences."

"Yeah, I’ve never seen a ghost either!"

"Show us what a ghost looks like, haha."

...

People around them chid in one after another, all wearing daylighting expressions.

Wu Cheng fanned the flas even more: "If that’s inconvenient, Ms. Qin, please just tell us, how did you conquer that evil spirit?"

Qin Sisi’s brow furrowed. She felt cornered, as if she had nowhere to turn. Speaking would be taken as talking nonsense; silence would be regarded as admitting guilt. It seed that Wu Cheng had more in mind than just reclaiming the blue and white porcelain. He also wanted to ruin Boss Zheng’s and Qin Sisi’s reputations, which would certainly cause Ju Ya Zhai’s reputation to plumt.

Before Qin Sisi could devise a strategy, a rowdy-looking bald man sneaked up to her side with a leer, "Young lady, why don’t you tell us about your heroic deeds so we can learn?" anwhile, his hand was heading towards Qin Sisi’s shoulder.

However, before his hand could touch Qin Sisi, another strong hand caught his wrist, preventing him from moving any further.

The bald man was furious: "What’s your problem? Mind your own business!"

Ning Hao’s gaze turned icy, his voice cold, "Talk if you have questions, don’t use your hands."

"None of your fucking business!" The bald man gnashed his teeth and swung his other hand towards Ning Hao’s face.

Ning Hao shifted his body slightly, easily evading the blow. He then swiftly countered by kicking the attacker’s abdon.

"Aw!" The bald man shrieked and then fell to the ground with a "thump".
